My Mom has been so happy at Arbor Terrace of Athens for 2 years now. The staff is absolutely amazing and kind. From the moment you walk in the door and Judy greets you at the registration desk with a smile to the medical staff directed by Keisha, every part of AT is welcoming and reassuring. The activities offered are non-stop and varied. The medical practices which come directly to the community without having to leave the building (my mom does NOT like going to doctor offices...) is priceless.

We are so blessed to have a home for mom at Arbor Terrace. From the first visit with Alice, to getting to know the staff, everyone is so friendly and warm. All of her needs are taken care of. Everyone always has a smile and knows her name, from the first week she was there. It truly feels like a family when you walk through the front door. I definitely recommend! She always says how great the food is too!

The facility was full when I called about availability. However Ms Alice Woodward is an amazing resource. The care that she places in each phone call is invaluable in a time of need. She was so kind and caring.

All the staff at Arbor Terrace are so kind, caring, and attentive. There are many activities for residents at all levels of care and many activities can be customized for individual residents. These things make AT a great place for our beloved elders. Plus, the food is excellent and served in a dignified way in the dining room! I am so glad I chose AT for my dear husband.

They communicate with my family, care for Mom’s physical and emotional needs, and are competent to handle her needs. There are many places in Athens that provide care, but Arbor Terrace is the go to place for quality care by awesome staff. In my experience, I have seen the staff consistently go above and beyond because of their genuine love and deep connections to the residents there! The best times have been during community wide engagements! Music Therapy is a blast! The residents LOVE Amanda! Oh and did I mention that the food is great? Just another plus! But one word of warning: Quiet during bingo! 🙂

My parents were both residents at Arbor in 2019. My dad was in Evergreen Community and my mom in Assisted Living Community.They received the best care and were very content! When I visited them I felt very welcomed and saw the family atmosphere in each community. As my mom always said,Dont worry about me! Im in a good place and have no complaints. My dad passed but my mom is still there and doing well. I am looking forward to participating in the activities again and eating the wonderful meals they provide!! I highly recommend Arbor Terrace!

A six year resident of Arbor Terrace, my moms experience there was more than I could have ever asked for. It is a beautiful community and so homey and family oriented, but what really meant so much to my mom and me was the high level of care she received, both physically and emotionally. Aging is not an easy process for an individual or their loved ones, however, the folks at Arbor Terrace made it not only easier, but gave us a safe haven where we found joy, enrichment, meaningful moments and love. I cannot express the gratitude we feel for this community that embraced us with open arms and hearts as though we were part of their family. Thank you Arbor Terrace of Athens! Thank you.

This is a beautiful communty that has been wel-known in the Athens community for over 20 years. Their staff is warm, friendly and experienced. Their dining director is an amazing chef and creates wonderful meals with lots of choices for their residents. They have visiting physicians, onsite PT, OT and Speech and lots of activities to meet their residents interests.

Arbor Terrace of Athens has done an outstanding job during the time of the Covid crisis. Residents have been well cared for and excellent protocols have been followed. The staff communicates with family members often and in a variety of ways. Our family has been pleased to be a part of the Arbor family. Dad receives the care and support that he needs.

I have worked here for a year and 2 months and it is the best place to work. The love I have for my residents and team members is unconditional. We are all a big family and we all have each other on our good days and bad days. I would reccomend arbor Terrace to anyone that is looking to put there loved one somewhere where they will fill like they are truly at home

My Mother has been living at Arbor Terrace for over a year. It is very clean and very well maintained. We are so pleased with her care. We have no complaints. All of the staff is friendly and very loving. Rose Cleveland cares deeply for all of the residents and for anyone to say otherwise is just not being honest. We enjoyed a wonderful Five Star Meal to celebrate Thanksgiving today. The food was amazing and I enjoyed sitting with my Mom and other residents families. Thank you Arbor Terrace for a wonderful memory of good food and fellowship.

Visited my almost 95 year old aunt during lunch time. The receptionist was so nice, she asked (not told) us if we would mind waiting in the reception area while my aunt finished her lunch. The receptionist said she knew my aunt would not finish eating if she knew we were there, as she had told her she was expecting company. She kept us updated on which course they were eating and made us feel very welcome. When my aunt left the dining room the receptionist went over to her and said you have guests here for you, you're a lucky lady. We had a nice visit, I had not seen my aunt in 5 years and we laughed about seniors visiting seniors (I'm 65 now) Clean, nice complex.
