We had to check in our mom because she broke her arm and couldn’t manage on her own. We live out of state and we’re just in for the week visiting. It was very stressful but she told us she wanted to go to Brookdale so went through all of the hoops to get her there. Michelle was the most amazing person ever and such an advocate for my mom. She went above and beyond what I expected and wow I’m impressed. Michelle is amazing and cares about elderly people so much. I can’t say enough about her! She worked off hours to meet my mom and help her when we were distressed. I highly recommend Brookdale! They are all wonderful. ™

I was on the hunt for a temporary stay at an ALF for my step father and im so happy I found Brookdale!! We took the tour with Michelle who was absolutely amazing and we knew right then that Brookdale was our place! He has been there for 2 days now and everyone has made him feel right at home. Shan and all of the staff from the front desk to the cafeteria have been so pleasant and welcoming. I feel very confident in recommending Brookdale, my experience has been top notch!

My grandmother has lived at Brookdale for the past year. I can honestly say that some of the staff have always been very kind and caring.... Barbara, Bridget, Eveline, Cindy, Linda, Diana, and Humberto, Christina, Dana, Josh. My only disappointed is the turnover recently of director, wellness nurse, business office manager. Often there is no one available to ask questions to, no return of voicemail, office doors kept closed. I understand it takes time to train the newly hired staff but the temporary staff sent by corporate are not friendly. I have witnessed a corporate staff belittle a staff member, this should not happen in public areas of the community. Now my grandmother is saying that the personal care provided is very little and they seem very short-staffed. I am only hoping this situation improves or we will be looking at different facilities with better staffing.

My brother lives at Brookdale and enjoys it very much. I help him with his personal affairs and have worked with many of the staff at Brookdale. I have found them all very concerned for his well being and easy to work with. Tanisha in particular has gone out of her way to look after him. She even went to visit him while he was hospitalized which I thought was very thoughtful of her. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone looking for a high quality friendly assisted living facility.

We live in Michigan and our mother lives in Florida and unfortunately needed to be placed in a senior living program. Brookdale Senior Living has a fantastic staff and follow through. A fantastic receptionist and sales representative in both Angela and Josh. Being over 1200 miles away. It’s very hard to put your trust in someone you have not met face-to-face.. Thank you, Josh and Angela for making this transition a whole lot less stressful for my husband Jeff and I. Truly appreciate your care and follow through making sure that our mother is taking care of. Truly thank you Vicki .

Anne and her staff made us feel like family. They welcomed Dad with genuine care. We were very uneasy about giving up care for Dad at first. We visited often, we watched how the staff interacted with the residents and we started to feel better. When we sent emails with questions or stopped by their offices we were always met with prompt responses or an avenue to explore. We checked out more than a few places and although there are newer facilities we didn’t find a warmer one. We made the right decision with Brookdale Tarpon. The people make it what it is and they have an incredible team.

My mother stated that she would never go to an assisted living facility and would either stay in her home or live with family. After her needs became too much for family, she went into Brookdale ALF in Tarpon Springs. She loves it which is a pure miracle. Anne, Josh, Humberto, Sharon, Teneshia have been very helpful in making my mom feel like she belongs. I was told it usually takes a month for residents to feel comfortable. My mom is going on her third week and told me the other day " I feel well suited for this place." Thank you God for Brookdale in Tarpon Springs and the caring, compassionate, and loving staff members. There is no place like Tarpon Springs Brookdale. I heard great things about Brookdale Tarpon Springs and decided to check it out. When I called in I received a wonderful greeting from the community Sales Manager Josh. He had a big Midwest spirit and invited me to join the communities weekly happy hour. Upon my arrival I was instantly welcomed from the front desk receptionist and Josh himself.. He had a nice welcome sign and made me feel great. The community was beautiful very cozy and had a nice coastal decor. The staff were all super nice and I could feel how happy the residents were. I really enjoyed meeting the Chef and I was given a homemade apple pie. I was blown away. They also have in house OT PT and Speech through Select outpatient care which is very important to me. My favorite thing about the community was the size. All one level with no stairs or elevators. If you are looking for a safe clean and happy community call Josh at Brookdale Tarpon Springs.

We can't be happier with Brookdale Tarpon Springs. It was a tough decision on where our parents were going. Several visits and talks with staff, residents and some of their family members, convinced us to go with Brookdale Tarpon Springs. And it has surpassed our expectations. From Josh, the sales manager, Dana, the Executive Director, Ann Marie, the Health and Wellness Director and all her staff, they have been simply wonderful. Tenisha, the Business Office Coordinator, has been a pleasure to work with. Sharon, the Resident Programing Director, is the best. The food and the service, by Chef Moss and his staff are amazing. It really is everyone there. To Bess and Donna, the receptionists, who are so pleasant and helpful, and Bernie of Maintenace and a special shout out to the Resident Ambassadors, who have been so helpful, welcoming, caring and kind.

My Mother Zelda has been at Brookdale Tarpon Springs for a little over 2 months now. It took about 2 weeks for her to adjust to moving to an assisted living facility after living with us for 2 years. She is now thriving due to a wonderful staff of medical assistants and a great staff of directors. Brookdale has become a family to my Mother, wife and I. I cannot say enough nice things about the directors who are not only true professionals but are caring folks when it comes to dealing with geriatrics and their families. I want to thank Dana, the director, Josh, the sales manager, Ann Marie, the Nurse in charge of all medical issues, Tenisha, the financial manager, Umberto, the OT, Moss the chef, Janet, the PT, the folks working the front desks, and all the medical assistants and nurses who work the floors. Brookdale is an extremely clean environment and very helpful in finding ways to assist with finances for your loved ones. Should anyone ever need a testimonial about Brookdale and their programs, please do not hesitate to email us and we'll be happy to share our recommendations concerning what kind of care you can expect for your loved ones. My dad lives at Brookdale Tarpon Springs and he loves it! (He does not love many things so this is saying something.) He loves that there are no elevators, he has friends and he said his favorite thing is the activities--they have fun gatherings and lots of Bingo for prizes. He also really likes the food. What I like is that it is super clean and efficient. Everyone is above and beyond professional. They are smart, organized and get things done. At the same time, they are very kind and gentle with my father, who is a vulnerable, elderly adult. I have complete confidence in their care and judgment. He is always clean and smiling away. The Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist and SLP are ahh-mazing Since entering the facility he has gotten stronger, can transition better and has learned a lot of tips and tricks to be more independent. I have seen my father smiling serenely while he is getting care. He is so relaxed and happy. He gets a shave and hot towel treatment every week at the onsite barber. His Physician's Assistant visits twice a week (most places only get a once a week visit). His PA has actually managed to stabilize him. His cardiologist said she was really impressed at the care the PA had administered. My dad has a complex health situation--advanced Parkinson's disease, kidney disease, funky blood pressure, and the PA has him stabilized. I didn't even know that was possible. Mike drop! So five stars to Brookdale Tarpon Springs. If I could give it more stars, I would.

I cannot say enough positive things about Brookdale Tarpon assisted living community where my father resides. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the level of care and attention given to each resident. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and they go above and beyond to ensure that every resident's needs are met. But what really sets this community apart is the incredible chef Moss ! The food served here is simply amazing. Every meal is beautifully prepared, with fresh ingredients and a wonderful blend of flavors. The chef takes great care to ensure that each resident's dietary needs and preferences are met, which is greatly appreciated by everyone. The combination of exceptional quality of care and fantastic food has made my father's stay here truly enjoyable. He looks forward to each meal, and he is constantly raving about the chef's cooking. It is clear that the staff and the chef truly care about the well-being of each resident, and they work hard to make this community a warm and welcoming environment. Overall, I would highly recommend this assisted living community to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones can receive exceptional care and enjoy delicious food. My loved one's income has not kept up with even 10% of these rate increases and that does NOT include any special care services (which also increased in price over the last few years).
