Reviews The Bridges at Warwick
November 2024
My husband had a stroke in June 2024 that left him with aphasia and cognitive impairment. He was in a very undesirable rehab facility that was not conducive to the healing process. His rehab doctor and I concluded that he might do better in an assisted living facility so my search began. I was looking for respite that offered rehab with the assumption that I could possibly take him home if he improved. The minute I walked into The Bridges, I felt that this was the place for him. It was bright and airy and clean and looked very welcoming. After meeting Nick and then Kim, I knew this would be a good fit and a safe place for him. The staff has been great and very helpful and friendly and Fox rehab rocks! Three weeks ago, I made it his “permanent “ home.

Excellent care for my mother-in-law. Loved the place.
June 2024
My mom has been a resident at the Bridges at Warwick (Jameson) for many years. I can always reach out to the Director of Wellness, Sarah, and Kim, the Executive Director, with any question, small or large. They get back to me right away, even on the weekends! Aside from assessible & responsive management, the care givers are the most gentle and thoughtful team I've ever met. They remember everything for my mom so she can remain up to date. They even remind her of the grandkids' birthdays (I have a calendar in her apartment) and help her to make cards. This means the world to me, my mom and the kids. These little things help to retain a piece of her that is slowly and sadly slipping away. My mom was always so detail oriented, but dementia has taken that from her - and us. I am grateful to the Bridges and the amazing staff for helping to keep parts of her together. We could never express how thankful we are for each and every one of the caring, sympathetic, and attentive staff that have touched my mom's life, and our hearts. From the bottom on MY heart - thank you for helping to preserve my mom's independence and giving me piece of mind that she's in the right place. Thank you.

We recently moved my mom to the facility after my father's passing. The entire staff has been great. Staff has been so supportive, communication is good, facility is clean and most importantly our family feels that our mom is safe and happy. There are tons of activities and they help/encourage residents to participate, help with initial intros, getting around, etc.

I have been visiting my grandmom at the Bridges at Warwick for a long time and the staff is always so nice. They know me by name and really try to get to know the families of their residents.
April 2024
My family has been very pleased with the care my father is getting at the Bridges. Everyone has been so good with him. He is in Memory Care and has a lot of issues and the staff are extremely helpful and understanding.

Kim Sager, and Nick Bottaro. At the bridges of Warwick Are amazing. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding especially when Dealing with life changing/difficult situation And choosing the correct retirement home. My wife and I highly recommend them. We suggest you set up the meeting/visitation And see for yourself Their knowledge and advice is well worth it

My wife has been in the Memory Care community at the Bridges for nearly two years. I have been very satisfied with the care she's received -- the staff works hard to take care of her comfort, safety, and personal care, and the med/health staff has been particularly attentive, addressing such needs as therapy, occupational and physical, podiatry (periodic visits) and dentistry. The senior staff members, led by Kim, are the facility's greatest assets -- they are proficient, experienced and caring.
March 2024
Several months ago, it became clear that we had to find a new retirement community for my stepmom who was in the memory care wing of a brand-new facility. My dad lived in the independent living wing of the same community, which he described as "like a Las Vegas hotel"—very ritzy. We chose it based on its relatively convenient location, the fact that it offered all three levels of care (independent, assisted, and memory), and the impressiveness of the physical facility. Unfortunately, the staff at this facility did not measure up to the physical plant. I won't go into the horror stories I could tell, but offer one particular comparison. Whereas the old place forbade the use of "nanny-cams," perhaps because they were afraid of what resident's families would see, Kim at the Bridges told me that they WELCOMED the use of nanny-cams because they were PROUD of the quality of care they provided. I had been extremely impressed with Kim when she was the Director of Marketing during our initial search a couple of years ago. Now that she is the Executive Director at The Bridges, she is able to set the tone for the entire community, and it shows. The atmosphere is completely different compared to the old place. The staff seems genuinely happy! The greet each other and residents warmly. The physical plant is nice, though perhaps not glitzy, but I can attest that what really counts is the quality and attitude of the staff. That is where the Bridges really shines. When we selected The Bridges for my stepmom's memory care facility, my dad knew he would have to step down to assisted living, since they do not offer independent living. But now that he has been there several months, he agrees that it was a very good move for both of them. And the family is very relieved to know that they are both being looked after by people who genuinely care. My dad and stepmom have been residents of The Bridges for several months. My wife and I are on site at least once a week and often more frequently. We have gotten to know many staff members by name, but not all. So, I will first apologize to the many wonderful staff members of The Bridges whose names I do not know or have forgotten. But I would like to recognize a few that I do know. I have already mentioned Kim, who as ED sets the overall tone. Unlike some Eds, she is willing to be an advocate for residents even when that may involve believing them rather than newly hired care staff. There was an ugly incident between a new care staff member and my dad (over the nanny-cam) which it turns out was not the first such incident. When my dad brought it to her attention, the offending staff member was fired immediately. (I believe this person had been a source of concern for some time.) Despite what you may conclude from that story, Kim is about the most upbeat person I know, and her positive attitude also encourages the staff and residents. But she is willing to do the hard job of getting rid of bad apples. I'd like to tell one more story about a staff member, Nevin, who is the Director of Maintenance. At the old place, my dad had a voice-controlled remote control for the TV. He is 88 and found it hard to find the right channels because there are so many. With voice command he was able to get to the right place easily. It turns out that the Comcast/Xfinity boxes at The Bridges are not set up to accommodate voice-controlled remotes. And if you have ever tried to do something out of the ordinary with the cable company, you know what an unresponsive Byzantine bureaucracy it is. After many frustrating phone calls and unkept promised from the cable company, Nevin went in person to them and got the correct cable box and voice-controlled remote control. With no help from them (because it wasn't available), he figured out how to install it. [To be continued--Google says I exceeded the limit.]

Wonderful facility and wonderful staff who really care.
March 2024
Love the Bridges! The facility is so bright and cheerful, staff is wonderful and there is truly a family atmosphere. Kim and her team do a fantastic job.
March 2024
My mom has been at the Bridges in Jamison for over seven years now. The staff has done a nice job caring for her and her needs. The facilities are beautiful, and I think this gives her and the other residents a sense of comfort like they're at a lovely resort. They keep the residents busy with many age-and-condition-appropriate activities, and loved ones can use an app to track what they do. My mom generally seems happy there when I see her, and that's what counts.
February 2024
My mother has been at The Bridges at Warwick since August 2021, after her stroke and subsequent physical challenges. Her care has been excellent, and she has made many new friends. I am particularly impressed with how the medical staff supported my mother along her journey towards accepting her new physical limitations. Mom was pretty stubborn and somewhat depressed at times and wanted her "old life" back. The staff gently and compassionately allowed her to process, at her own pace, her new physical reality. Mom is treated with respect and kindness, and I am so pleased to have found The Bridges, which is only 10 minutes from my house. I get to see mom a good amount every week!
February 2024
I'm giving 5 stars for the level of care and attention they showed to my mother, especially as she was near the end. They took such good care of her and were very attentive when she had trouble doing things for herself. That being said, I think mom would have given them 4 stars because of the food. That was her only complaint, that the food wasn't always the best. But then mom could be picky
February 2024
The staff are competent, kind, and friendly and have gone above and beyond to make our whole family feel a part of the Bridges community. I could not imagine a better experience.
January 2024
We're so happy with the care our mother is getting at Bridges. She was in two previous nursing facilities. Her aides have a very gentle patient mannerism in the care for the elderly. The service, concern and communication by the Fox Therapists is exceptional. The staff continually go the extra mile in their care and concern of the residents. My mother's recliner recently broke. The Maintenance manager Nevin came in on the weekend on his time off and worked on the chair and repaired it. When I thanked him repeatedly, he indicated "it's what we do"! Management is very communicative. The kitchen staff is very compassionate, and their food is excellent.
January 2024
I am an RN from a local hospice company that has been coming into the Bridges for about a year. The staff is very helpful and kind and treats me like family. The Director of Nursing Sarah Donato is amazing and always has time to help me with any concerns I may have. We work together really well in coordinating care for our patients.
January 2024
I've had several clients move to The Bridges and can't say enough about the staff there. They know my clients well and take good care of them. Staff is accessible and communicated well with me. The facility is well managed and maintained. I would definately recommend them.
January 2024
The decision to transition a loved one to an assisted living facility can be an emotional and challenging time for the entire family. What stood out about the Bridges of Warwick the most was the genuine kindness and support shown to us by Kim Sager and her entire staff! Kim's kindness and the caring approach she has shown with my Aunt, as well as our family, has been above and beyond! It is very comforting to know we made the best choice possible in choosing the Bridges of Warwick!
January 2024
After years of living there my nonna has loved every part of it. Not only is the property beautiful but the staff is great!
January 2024
My parents have happily resided at The Bridges at Warwick since early 2021. Communication, care, and peace of mind have been consistently exceptional. I really can't speak highly enough about the staff, the facility, and most importantly… my parents' quality of life.
December 2023
Such a beautiful community! I visited someone there a few weeks ago and was so pleasantly surprised to be greeted by staff and residents alike. All of the residents looked happy and engaged in the different events and activities taking place. I will absolutely consider this for my mother!
December 2023
I visited the bridges at Warwick recently and was thoroughly impressed with everything from the warm welcoming at greeting to the happiness of the residents. This place was very clean and absolutely beautiful!
December 2023
Beautiful community with the most amazing staff
December 2023
I recently visited this beautiful community. The staff and everyone I met were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I am out of the area, but this community would be a top contender for my loved one.
November 2023
My parents have been living at The Bridges for almost a year now and they're both very happy here. I don't think I'd give 5 stars to anywhere, because achieving that level on all areas - food, housekeeping, medical care, activities, and services - would be near impossible. Quibbles: IMO, the menu should include more fresh produce and my mom fusses that they don't make her bed "properly" (Mom is VERY picky!). Plusses: Mom says she feels SEEN and cared for by the staff and trusts them and they have gone above and beyond to help me solve some specific issues like how to transport my wheelchair-bound Dad and "memory-challenged" Mom to their grandson's wedding. A strong choice.
November 2023
Bridges at Warwick is the definition of COMMUNITY. From the sunny and warm welcome in the lobby, you can feel the genuine kindness and compassion. There is always laughter to be heard during the day as folks are participating in activities. Care staff is helpful and dining room staff are always attentive to residents . When it is overwhelming and scary to support aging loved ones, the Bridges staff make you feel comfortable. The staff at Bridges has deep experience and expertise ; highly recommend.
October 2023
My mom has been at the Bridges at Warwick since 2018. I couldn't think of a better place I would like to have my mom stay at. She has Alzheimer's and she's in the fine care in the Vista memory care division. Andrew Fox (the supervisor there) has paid great attention and care, along with his associates ,in making sure my mom and all her resident friends are taken care of. Kim Sager's leadership has definitely proven to be helpful and supportive for the well-being of the facility. Catherine DeGrazia, Malina(don't know her last name but in Vista),Gianna Schwinger, Gina(I do not know her last name but I think she's in activities) are some of the other names I can remember. Sorry I do not know all the names but everybody deserves their Kudos. They have been doing their best to keep costs contained while maintaining a high level of service, good attitude and friendliness.
October 2023
I can't say enough good things about Bridge's! From the moment my aunt moved in, it was evident that this was the perfect place for her. On our tour, she said "this is home!" The staff is friendly and my aunt always tells me how much she appreciates their kindness. Kim and the other members of the administrative team are just as remarkable. They are always available to address any concerns or questions, and they truly go the extra mile to ensure the residents are happy and comfortable. It's clear that they genuinely care about each individual's well-being. One of the things that impresses me the most is the wide range of activities available for the residents. My aunt is always busy with something fun and engaging, whether it's arts and crafts, group events/outings, or games. She has made so many friends here, and it warms my heart to see her socializing and enjoying life to the fullest. I can't thank Bridges enough for the positive impact it has had on my aunt's life. Knowing that she is safe, happy, and surrounded by friendly faces brings me immense peace of mind. If you're looking for a caring and vibrant community for your loved one, I highly recommend this facility. It truly feels like a home away from home.
June 2023
I cannot say enough good things about the Bridges. My mother was under the care for nearly 9 months, with serious health concerns, and they were awesome, the Staff went well above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about Kim, she really stayed involved and nearly became an extension of our family. My mother does miss living there. We needed to move her due to long-term care insurance provisions in my mother's contract that she purchased more than 30 years ago, or we would never have moved.
May 2023
Following a severe fall and hip surgery, my brother and I read reviews online and personally visited many facilities providing rehabilitation post-surgery. The search was mentally exhausting. As soon as we walked through the door of The Brides, we looked at each other commenting that we hoped the services were as spectacular as the appearance. The Bridges was designed and is maintained by a vision of warmth, comfort, and pleasure. When my brother and I visited, it was autumn. We walked past a porch with padded rocking chairs and beautiful containers bursting with autumn flowers, leaves, and pumpkins through the sliding doors. You are greeted by a sitting area and beautifully decorated fireplace that divides two well-appointed living spaces for residents and guests to gather. I cannot understate how warm, soothing, and beautiful the facility living, dining, and bedrooms are. The facility has the latest security and fire prevention equipment and drills are done regularly. I personally sat through one and an entire floor was cleared not only efficiently but in a manner that was not alarming or upsetting to the residents and guests. The dining room at The Bridges reminded me of a dining area you would find in a hotel. It was beautifully appointed and the food was excellent. My mom never had a bad meal there and they cater to every whim. They quickly learned my mother’s preferences and were kind and jovial at all times. My mother was there for two months and her room was spacious with a sleeping area, sitting area that had a recliner and flat screen TV, a kitchenette where we could keep snacks and drinks for her, and a large, beautiful, walk-in shower. The facility has a workout area, social areas for family members to hold birthdays and private dinners, a beauty salon where my mom delighted in having her hair and nails done better than at home, a movie room, an arts and crafts room, and even a kitchen were cooking lessons and sampling are given! There were always musical events, movies, arts and crafts, religious events, cooking classes, and outings to enjoy. Most importantly, my mother learned to walk again. The physical and occupational therapists at The Bridges are amazing! The are patient, and their enthusiasm is contagious! They kept me updated and were masters at motivating my mom and others. The residents love them! After two months, my mother walked away from The Bridges and returned home – something my brother and I were not sure we would ever see. Through occupational therapy, my mother became completely independent again. The Bridges did not just release my mom. They arranged for continue occupational and physical therapy at my mother’s home and did follow-up calls to see how she was progressing. My brother and I take her back to visit with the wonderful staff and residents she bonded with while there. There is not a better place to either recuperate or live at than The Bridges. Just one look says it all…
February 2023
I visited the community today for a Professional Connection gathering. Kim the Executive Director had a beautiful spread of food and drinks for everyone! The community was sparkling and so inviting. It was a pleasure spending time at this community! I spoke to a lovely resident who said the food is so good and she is so happy living there. I had to share how impressed I am with this community. Keep up the awesome work you are doing Kim! Your a gem.
January 2023
My grandfather was a resident at the Bridges for the last two years. To say that the facility and staff was amazing is an understatement. All of the staff treated him as if he was their own grandfather. He very reluctantly moved into an assisted living facility after living on his own in Florida until age 96. Convincing him to move there was the hardest part. Everything from the day he moved in, until the day he passed was extremely easy and handled with the utmost care. The day to day staff was extremely knowledgable and the management office was next level. They even helped out with health advice for another family member that wasn't a resident out of the goodness of their hearts. Highly recommend.
November 2022
So impressed with the nursing team and cleanliness of The Bridges of Warwick...there is a sense of comfort and belonging from the moment you walk into their community. Management is stellar and they care a lot about their team. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a kind, loving environment for their loved one.
November 2022
When faced with the difficult and emotional decision to relocate my mother to a memory care facility, my mission was to find a clean, safe, supportive, and compassionate community where she could thrive and be happy. I found all this and more at The Bridges at Warwick. My mother has been at The Bridges at Warwick in their memory care unit, Lilac Trace, for over a year now. She is content, comfortable, and well taken care of. I haven't seen her this happy in a long time. Though my once very active and vibrant mother has lost her ability to carry on a conversation, she does speak a few words. As I walk with her, she points things out and says, "beautiful." She is smiling again. She is surrounded by a lovely group of people and has made friends. It is heartwarming to see her walking hand in hand with other residents. I have come to know quite a few of them. It's a family. It's a home. I am extremely grateful for the many staff that go above and beyond to show my mother love, care, and kindness, especially executive director, Kim Sager, and many nurses and aides in Lilac Trace. I highly recommend The Bridges at Warwick to anyone searching for a memory care community for a loved one!
November 2022
I can't say enough for the level of care my parents are receiving!! All of the staff are so accommodating, helpful, kind and very caring. My parents love all of the fun activities they have for the residents. I also want to especially thank Nick Bottaro for all of his help!!! My parents had to move in sooner than expected and Nick moved mountains to make it happen
October 2022
Wonderful facility run by caring people. Took great care of my parents. Highly recommend!
April 2022
My husband Jerry, spent the last year at the Bridges, in the Memory Care Unit . The challenges of caring for residents with dementia can be overwhelming and challenging in this Covid-19' year, but the staff and management team worked together through these obstacles and helped my husband until he passed away in November. I searched many facilities until we found the Bridges at Warwick , from Kim who did his admission to Melissa who does the billing, Catherine the administrator, Rona on the front desk, Denise the nurse manager, Paige and Andrew who oversee the care staff - I can not thank you enough!
March 2022
Our Dad moved into The Bridges at Warwick assisted living community four and a half months ago. The Bridges was recommended by Christ’s Home Skilled Facility (where our Dad was in rehab after a hospital stay). We looks at four places and chose The Bridges. The Executive Director (Catherine), Director of Marketing (Kim), Billing (Melissa), Front Desk (Rona and others), Nursing (Paige, Andrew, John, Naa, and Sarah), and Facilities Maintenance (Nevin) staff were extraordinarily pleasant, welcoming, professional, and helpful. The Bridges felt just right in every way for our Dad. Our family's experience has been a blessing for all of us. We feel that our Dad is in the perfect, perfect, perfect place for him! Seriously. That's what I always tell people. He is valued and respected as a person, very safe, and his needs are met above and beyond what we could have hoped for. He loves his apartment, always says how nice it is, and appreciates the help that the staff provides with care, laundry and housekeeping. He has an easy walk with his walker to the dining room, has made friends easily (thanks to the staff’s support) and really enjoys the activities, especially the Happy Hour/live entertainment, sing alongs, the Jamison Elementary School kids’ visits, movies, outings and special events. We loved the LifeLoop app that helps us keep up with activities, newsletters, messages, and photos of our Dad, too. The physician, Dr. Neft, who comes to The Bridges has been helpful with medical issues as they arise, and the nursing staff is very attentive to our Dad’s medical needs. The truly know our Dad, care for him, and communicate well with us. He’s made great progress with the on-site PT sessions, and the PT (Joe) is also extraordinary in communicating how our Dad is doing. He’ll be starting speech therapy there next week with Annie to help with his cognitive/memory issues. He gets his hair cut regularly at the on-site salon and looks sharp and happy. I just can’t say enough about how grateful we are to all the folks at The Bridges for making our Dad’s new home just right for him. This is especially helpful because we live out of state and our Dad wants to stay in PA. We’re able to respect his choice thanks to all of the caring folks at The Bridges and we're grateful for that every day!
March 2022
Moving my aunt from NY to the Bridges was very stressful for her. The staff at the Bridges was there to help every step of the way. They go above and beyond to make sure the residents are not just being taken care of but are happy. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The facility is lovely – very clean. We really appreciate all the support – even at very late hours!
December 2021
My sister has been at the Bridges for five years; first in assisted living and now in the memory care unit. Her care has consistently been outstanding and the staff very responsive to any questions and requests that we have had. The Bridges is, simply put, the best care facility going!
September 2021
My mother has been warmly welcomed by the staff at the Bridges of Warwick. The executive Director, Catherine Williamson works tirelessly to meet the needs of every resident. She too is fairly new to the community establishing a high end quality control plan. The management team empowers the caring staff to continue to rise up and give their best performance daily! There is a sense of we can! I am forever grateful to Catherine and the Bridges of Warwick staff for taking a chance on bettering the life of my dear mother. Thank you.
September 2021
My mom is in memory care and I couldnt be happier with the quality of care ;everyone from aides right up to the director. Clean attentive and try to deal with difficult minds with compassion
September 2021
Staff and administration have been wonderful!
July 2021
Thank you to the Bridges for making our mom happy, comfortable and safe. When you choose a place for your mom, you worry constantly, did we make the right decision? Did we find the best place?. After 6 months of my mom being at the Bridges, my answer is yes. Thank you to Kim, Rhona and Catherine. You bring the laughter, care and heart to the community. We are grateful:)
June 2021
I work for a respiratory and Durable medical company. I have been servicing The Bridges at Warwick since it opened. The facility is immaculate , always very clean . The staff isALWAYS so friendly. It starts with a warm greeting from Rhona and Kim which are the first staff members you come across. The wellness staff, (Paige) is so helpful with the residents and is also a pleasure to work with. Kevin and Joe from the Fox rehab Dept are wonderful. They are always working hard to recondition and strengthen those in need (always with a smile). I would highly recommend The Bridges at Warwick to anyone looking to place their loved ones in good hands! Eric S. Total Medical Solutions
March 2021
I would highly recommended this facility. It is well run and the staff is very attentive. My father has been a resident for two years and he is well cared for. Kim and her team go above and beyond for the residents.
December 2020
Covid has been rough on Bridges, like it has been on thousands of personal care places across the country.
November 2020
My father has lived at The Bridges for three years. Before he moved in I looked at 10 other places. No other place compared. The staff is wonderful and even during COVID I felt connected. They communicate and let me know if there is a problem. The place is always clean, bright and the staff is friendly.
November 2020
Excellence in care!
November 2020
Beautiful facility and fun events! Management team is knowledgeable and accommodating. Care staff are kind and patient. There is a feeling of warmth and comfort when I am visiting.

Our mother is 91 and has been at the bridges for a year. My sister, brother and I are very happy with her care and support. Our mom is always happy and her care has been fabulous. Everyone at the bridges is very friendly and always seem to have the residents top on their list. The activities are great. There is always something for the residents to do. Even through COVID 19 the staff is doing everything they can to keep the residents active. They go to great lengths to keep everyone happy while doing social distancing. This has been very hard not being able to visit but I know that our mom is happy and being cared for. I would definitely recommend the bridges. They certainly care about their residents and it shows everyday. Linda Wiegand

Both my MOM and my Father-In-Law are at the Bridges. The staff is very knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. During these Covid-19 times, they have kept their residents at the forefront of their minds -- while keeping up with all of the new CDC guidelines. During normal times, the activities are fabulous and keep our loved ones engaged both physically and mentally to help keep them at the top of their game. The facilities are always well-kept and clean and beautifully maintained -- we couldnt ask for a better place for our family.

Weve been a part of the Bridges family for seven months. The staff are more than caregivers to my loved one, but also a support system for our whole family. We are praying that all residents and staff remain safe and well. We cannot thank you enough for working to keep the residents safe. We love you all.

We are so thankful to have been able to find The Bridges for my in-laws to move to. They are very happy living here, which gives our family great comfort. My father in-law has Parkinsons and the staff is very helpful in making sure he is well taken care of. There are many activities for the residents to take part in, always makes me happy when we stop by and theyre not in their room! The staff is beyond awesome...always greeted with a smile, always someone available to address any concerns with and they all know every resident by name! The Bridges is a warm, caring community. Im so happy my in-laws live here, enjoy it and call it home. ❤

This is the REAL DEAL! Bright, cheerful, and homey with a young staff that is energetic, creative, and really, really passionate about what they do -- activities (Wii bowling leagues!!!!), lots of weekly and seasonal social events for the residents and their guests, enrichment classes, clubs, lovely outdoor spaces, PT & OT, to list just a few. It is beautifully well kept and stylish with the emphasis on the comfort of their residences, not just "eye candy" for the children seeking a home for a parent. Note: wide hallways so that 2 people can comfortably pass using walkers or wheel chairs and shorter hallways to apartments so that residents don't have to travel too far and feel out of the action. There is a communal kitchen for residents and their guests to bake cookies or even a full dinner for a family gathering. There is a communal garden that produces food for their meals, chairs that are actually the correct height, comfortable, and easy to get into and out of, not just attractive. And, so much more. If you are ready to be pampered and still have the privacy of a quaint apartment, contact Kim! She has been incredibly patient and helpful to my family during our search!!!!

Our loved one has dementia and was in another facility prior to The Bridges. She very much wanted to leave the first facility because she was "bored out of her mind." We were getting constant phone called to move her elsewhere. We were conflicted on whether to move her or not. What if she says this about the next place, we worried. Well, moving to The Bridges was a good move. She has been at The Bridges for 9 months now and what a difference! There are constant activities and the staff is committed to keeping residences engaged and happy. Often there are several activities for her to choose from. Medication is well managed. Paige is our favorite RN. The facility is clean and well-appointed.

The Bridges at Warwick has proven to be the premier care facility in the area. My family has tried other facilities but they dont really compare. The activities keep my grandmother engaged and happy, the staff goes above and beyond, o and the food is delicious. If you need help or information ask for Kim Sager when you call, shes the best. They also host great events for the community throughout the year.

My grandmother is so happy at the Bridges. The care staff and dining staff are awesome. Thanks Kim Sager for helping my family.

My mother, now 91, moved to The Bridges at Warwick in August 2018, and she is happy and thriving! We couldn't be more pleased about her care and the dedication of the staff to making her life as fulfilling as possible. She transferred from another facility where she was deemed to have "plateaued" after recovering from a serious illness, and their plan called for her to spend the rest of her life in a wheel chair in their skilled nursing unit. The Bridges made a different assessment and rehabilitated our mom so that she is now walking with assistance from her walker and participating in all of the daily, day-long activities offered to residents. In fact, she's only in her room to sleep! The Bridges is clean and beautifully decorated, and we are very happy we chose The Bridges for our mother.

We feel very fortunate to have our loved one at Bridges of Warwick. It is a very big decision to place your family member into a facility. The entire staff is amazing. They are kind, friendly & attentive not only to our loved one but also to us, the family. The facility is very clean. They provide numerous activities and very good food. We can rest easier knowing that our cherished family member is being well cared for while we can't be there with them. I cannot put into words how grateful we are to everyone at Bridges. Thank you.

Placing a loved one into an assisted living facility is so hard. Bridges has held our families collective hands through this process. We have been through quite a lot from both parents moving in together after 60+years of marriage. They helped us deal with emotional issues due to dementia, the death of my father in law, to the loving care my mother in law has gotten as her disease progresses. The team is outstanding keeping her clean, SAFE and entertained. The facilities and apartments are lovely and spotless. They take care of so much it allows us to come and enjoy our visit without having to feel compelled to adjust or clean anything in the apartment. The food is good so visiting for a meal has been pleasant.

Our mom was here for several months after being at another facility. I will say the Bridges is better than the other place, and there is an LPN-nurse on staff which is good. They do check on the residents periodically. However, it seems they are not equipped to handle medical emergencies, and what they deem an emergency is questionable. Our mom was very frail and was sent to the ER countless times when it wasnt necessary. She ultimately declined and needed nursing care and they docked us several thousand $ from her account. I would not recommend this place.

Supportive, compassionate staff who worked with my family member. They provided information and assistance. My family member was supported and cared for the entire stay. The food was good, facility is clean and staff are friendly.

I can't say enough about the Bridges at Warwick. My father was recently diagnosed with early on-set dementia, and needless to say, it was pretty traumatic for all of us. When we first met Kim at the Bridges, she made my father and us feel like family. The facility is beautiful, and the staff is so attentive. When I call my dad now he rarely answers his phone because he's enjoying an activity!

Beautiful community, care and activity staff very caring and engaged.

Experience the joy and celebrate life everyday! This beautiful community honors all who live here with love, respect and autonomy. The staff share the same mission and vision that every life should be celebrated and cherished.

My mom has lived at Bridges for just over a year. Facility is lovely -- new and cheerful and always immaculate. Staff is terrific -- mom truly loves all the team members and was initially very reluctant to move. Excellent activity program -- she is busy 100% of the day. Having Fox Rehab on site is very convenient and staff does classes even if not in active PT therapy. Management is caring and very involved.
October 2017
Beautiful building and the staff really cares about the residents. So much fun happens here. The Vista program is one of the better programs I have seen for memory care. Aside from all the typical activities, they have their own fenced in garden and music program.
August 2017
My Mom has been a resident of The Bridges of Warwick since it opened. My sister and I have been very impressed with the care and compassion demonstrated by all of the staff, including administrators, nurses, med-techs, nursing assistants, office, dietary, housekeeping, and activity departments. I believe their strength is not only the quality of care that they provide, but also in their positive and frequent communication with the residents and their families. The staff does an outstanding job in meeting the needs of the residents and their families. Families are included and invited to many special events and that creates a very special community. I have been a health care professional for 44 years, and I have worked and visited many facilities. The Bridges is an exceptional memory care and assisted living facility.
August 2017
I can say without a doubt that the Bridges of Warwick has the highest standard of care in Bucks County. My mother had been a resident of another well-known and highly recommended community but I was disappointed in her overall care while there. I researched and visited every facility in our area and agonized about my decision to move her, but I was so happy when I finally found the Bridges, a place mom referred to as her home. It is immaculately clean, no strange odors and has a cheery and upbeat vibe.Everyone was so welcoming and kind not only to mom but also to our family. The caretakers, physical therapists, and staff that interacted with mom everyday are so caring, kind and compassionate. I can't praise them enough for their friendship and quality of care they provide. Whenever I visited they were always engaging the residents in activities and seemed to be having fun and laughter alongside them too. Mom was very physically active and they were able to meet her needs through an individualized program to keep her moving. The food they serve is top quality. They have an amazing creative chef who prepares the most healthy and delicious meals with fresh produce that was lacking in so many other places. Family and friends are always invited and encouraged to come to monthly brunches and other themed activities and meet the other residents and families. I am so grateful to people that offered mom their friendship and thankful that mom was able to be part of this caring community.
May 2017
My wife and I were unable to make the mothers day brunch. When we got there for dinner there weren't enough tables for us to sit together in the Vista unit. The staff went out of their way to set up a table in the living room so we could have some alone time with mom. I can't thank the staff enough for what they did for. I now know even more that my mom is where she needs to be.
January 2017
My wife and I once again had to deal with the unfortunate diagnosis of dementia in a family member. This time it was my mother. We had already watched the disease take my wifes mother, years ago during a painful, long progression. Since we were well aware of the facilities in the Bucks County area we searched for other alternatives. We were elated when we heard The Bridges of Warwick would be built literally around the corner from our house. My Mother was one of the first residents to move in. My wife and I have been very impressed with the care and compassion demonstrated by all of the staff, during this difficult transition from her home of almost 20 years, to her apartment at The Bridges at Warwick. There have been many struggles while my Mother adjusts to this sudden loss of independence but the staff; nurses, med-techs, and administrative, have all been most supportive and extremely helpful to us while we all work through the ups and downs, daily. The staff does an outstanding job in meeting the individual needs of the residents and their families. The disease causes unique symptoms and changes in each loved ones personalities and their care has to be individually crafted, which the Bridges at Warwick excels at. Included are many events that we and my other family members attend, that help to nurture a feeling of one big family. Overall, The Bridges is an exceptional memory care and assisted living facility that we are grateful to have in Warwick.
December 2016
My mom has been at The Bridges for several months now. Like many her age, she was hesitant to move there, but she is very happy and engaged at The Bridges. To this point, we couldn't be more pleased with everything about The Bridges. There are a lot of great things about The Bridges: the beautiful building and rooms, the wonderful activities and events, and the great food, to name a few. But the most important and best thing about The Bridges is that their management and staff are extraordinarily kind people. You can't teach or substitute for kindness, and it shines through. This holiday season, we are truly grateful for The Bridges, where my mom lives, and for the people that run it. What a blessing!
September 2016
Our mom is very happy here -- moved in in July, absolutely not wanting to leave her old place or come to Bridges. From Day 1 she's LOVED it. Really really loves the staff and the other residents. Have to agree -- the staff is engaging, caring, energetic and happy. Really impressive. Her apartment is always immaculate and the shared spaces are beautiful.
August 2016
I can't say enough good things about the Bridges and the staff. They have helped my Mom so much in such a short amount of time. She's smiling, laughing and participating in activities because of these well trained employees. I feel so blessed that Mom is secure and happy in their loving care.
August 2016
My mom lives here and since I have seen a livelier person. The activities have given her memory more of a challenge and I can see a change in her interactions. The care, activities, and meals are keep her strong.
April 2016
Mom moved in today. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. The staff here go above and beyond for residents. Looking forward to what's in store for mom next. Thank you for everything so far. Our family is grateful.
