My grandparents reside there now. We went to visit and the staff were extremely friendly, great attitudes, and a fun atmosphere. The place was incredibly clean and super festive for the Halloween holiday. It gives us great peace of mind to know they are in a spot where the staff clearly cares about their residents and jobs. Wonderful place and would highly recommend to anyone looking.

I just returned from visiting my mom at the Bridges of Warwick. After spending a few days at the facility I was so happy with the decision our family made to relocate my mother from Florida. The staff is so kind and compassionate. It was incredible getting to know Dee who my mother refers to as her guardian angel. She goes above and beyond and you can see the love that she has for her residents. It was absolutely beautiful to watch Lucy engage with every person in the dining room. She has a wonderful way of making mealtime fun and special. Also very grateful to Morgan who always goes above and beyond to give my mom the best nursing care. Thank you to all the staff. Looking forward to seeing everyone again soon. Suzanne

My mother has been a resident at The Bridges at Warwick for the past year, and our family couldn’t be more grateful for the care she receives. The staff here are compassionate, attentive, and make her feel supported and valued. She receives exceptional care at Bridges, including PT and OT several times a week. Working with the team and Brandon, they incorporate PT/OT into her daily life, and she has made progress with walking. Staff even walk her to the dining room for meals to help her practice ambulating. This isn’t done just by aides or therapists, even the Executive Director, Kim Sager, has personally walked my mother to lunch, and the Education Director, Cathy, often accompanies her as well. That kind of personal attention is rare and deeply appreciated. In addition to the PT staff, her nurse Morgan is caring and warm. Te is wonderful and helps my mother organize her room, while they chat and joke together. Beyond the excellent care, my mother has found a warm and welcoming community. She loves spending time chatting with her new friends or sitting outside. It’s clear that the Bridges at Warwick is not just a place to live, but it’s a place where residents can thrive. We are so thankful for the dedication and kindness of everyone here, and we highly recommend The Bridges at Warwick to any family seeking phenomenal care for their loved one.

Just want to give a shout out to DD at The Bridges. She is by far the best caregiver and helped my mom adjust to Assisted Living. So thankful for her kindness, compassion, and caring nature. It wasn’t an easy transition for my mom to give up her place in Florida and I tend to worry a lot, but the head nurse Morgan is also a gem. She is very approachable, addresses resident’s needs, and provides excellent care!

I shadowed a visiting physician here at the Bridges and spoke with some of the nursing staff as part of my studies. I was impressed by the friendly disposition of the care team here. Their cordiality is surpassed only by their devotion to delivering a high standard of compassionate care. The residents themselves were very pleasant and seemed happy to see us when we came in for our checkups, and it was evident that the staff at the Bridges take great care to ensure that the residents receive the help that they need.

I highly recommend Bridges at Warwick. I was very apprehensive about moving my 80+ year old parents from the home they’ve lived in for over 50 years but I am thankful that I did. My parents still have the independence they wanted and the care they need. The facility is very well managed and maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. The entire staff made my parents feel very welcome and like part of the Bridges family from day one. I encourage you to check them out, you will not be disappointed!

Andrew and the Lilac Trace team were simply wonderful during my mother's time as a resident. The staff were consistently warm, caring and attentive and always sought to put a smile on her face. When her time was near, everyone rallied around her and her family to ensure it was comfortable and had the same dignity they had always provided.

My mother is 98 years old and moved into the Bridges , personal care apartment, almost 4 months ago . Moving into personal care anywhere is a work in progress and a big adjustment for your loved one, but, here at Bridges , it has been a thoroughly positive one in all ways . My mother , my family and I can honestly say it has been the best decision we made for her. All the staff who focus on nursing, physical therapy, dining , house cleaning and her personal daily care have been very attentive to my mother's needs. They are all approachable, helpful , knowledgable and very polite and friendly towards the residents. The administration staff are front and center at Bridges ; You will always see them when you first walk in the building . Kim and her staff take the time to talk with you to see if there is anything they can assist with and asks how my mom is doing. Communication is important to them and it really shows. And If they are not in their office, then they are on the floor with residents or staff or often participating in the resident activities! Thanks to everyone for their care and support for my mom...!

My wife and I are residents at The Bridges at Warwick. Periodically we have interactions with the students at Jamison Elimentery. This is an example of one of the activities the Bridges schedules for the residents to make our stay more enjoyable. This Wednesday we had a Memorial Day Picnic Lunch with the students (5th grade).I believe we had about 80 students participate. At first the students were substitute servers taking orders and bringing food. The menu was kid friendly consisting of hotdogs, chicken fingers, chips and popsicles for desert. Then the kids split up, got their own lunch, sat at our tables and had lunch with us. We had 2 young ladies share lunch with us, later joined by another young lady and boy. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this experience was for both of us. The kids were so polite, actually were interested in what we had to say, and willing shared their experiences at school and other activities. When we watch TV all you hear is that our children’s test scores are down and their not learning enough. We found our experience was just the opposite. These kids were very knowledgeable about the classes they were taking and how they might differ from the classes we might have taken. When we asked them about their favorite subject each had a different answer and explained why they liked that subject and what they might want to do in their future. One young lady asked me about what I thought that homes were too expensive for first time home buyers. That question surprised me as one I would not have expected but is a good example of what they might be thinking about. Another young lady shared with me that her favorite sport was hockey. Another surprise! Anyway, in summary, we have had several interactions with the Jamison Elimentery students since we have been residents and have enjoyed every one of those. The kids are so well behaved, polite, fun to be with. Looking forward to more.Their teachers, and parents are doing a great job and should be very proud of them and the work they are doing. We are!

I would walk into memory care greeted by one of the staff members who proceeded to give me a summary of my moms day. The care staff in Lilac Trace memory care at Bridges are the most kind and caring people. They treat the residents with respect and compassion. In fact, the entire building is full of kind, cheerful staff -- housekeeping, maintenance, dining, nursing, activities, therapy, reception, administration. My family and I want to tell everyone about how the Bridges at Warwick are professional and truly committed to treating and serving their residents with love, dignity, and respect. We are grateful for the relationship staff built with our family and the warm welcome we always receive. I witnessed firsthand the attention and love the staff readily gives to all residents. Their compassion and patience go above and beyond what we could have imagined. Especially Andrew Fox and his staff in lilac trace, the memory care unit. It was always clean and welcoming. We appreciate the hard work and dedication they always put into their care for residents day in and day out. We highly recommend it here.

We moved our mom here about two months ago and it is everything I have wished for her to have in a senior living center. From the very first moment, they were the most accommodating and patient people to work with. They answered all of my questions and didn't hound me like crazed sales people as other places have and continue to do. I could not appreciate their way of handling this sensitive and difficult time more. They are truly one of a kind and that can be felt from the moment you walk through their doors. On our very first night there, I sat with my mom at dinner and several residents commented "you won't find a better place than this" - that was so comforting to hear from those who have spent a great deal of time at The Bridges. It is no exaggeration to say that this place saved my moms life, her entire demeanor and outlook has completely changed. We are so grateful she is able to live here.

Hello There

The Bridges at Warwick is the best SLC in Bucks County. The staff from top to bottom are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. The building is clean, warm, and welcoming. The layout is such that there are places throughout the building to congregate and socialize, unlike many SLCs that are oversized and cold, like a hotel. This truly feels like home. It’s always decorated nicely for the holidays and there’s always something fun for the residents to do. The activities department are full of kind and caring people who keep the residents engaged throughout the day. The care staff are great and genuinely care about the residents. I always see them going above and beyond, and they are all invested in caring for their residents. The therapy team work cohesively as a team to make sure all of the resident therapy needs are met, and go above and beyond to achieve the goals of their patients. Kim Sager has done an amazing job as the executive director of The Bridges. She is kind, organized, and approachable. She always takes time to listen and resolves issues in a calm and professional manner. Since she has been in the role, the Bridges has really transformed into one of the best places to work and live in senior care.

My husband had a stroke in June 2024 that left him with aphasia and cognitive impairment. He was in a very undesirable rehab facility that was not conducive to the healing process. His rehab doctor and I concluded that he might do better in an assisted living facility so my search began. I was looking for respite that offered rehab with the assumption that I could possibly take him home if he improved. The minute I walked into The Bridges, I felt that this was the place for him. It was bright and airy and clean and looked very welcoming. After meeting Nick and then Kim, I knew this would be a good fit and a safe place for him. The Bridges has proven to be the right choice for my mother and our family. Like so many who are faced with few choices when entering the residential health care system, we had our short stays in facilities that were simply unacceptable. But the Bridges has been absolutely wonderful. The facility is always clean, the nursing staff is invested in the residents' care, the assistance staff is always dedicated and responsive, and the administration is professional, kind, and accommodating. Most importantly, every resident is safe, well cared for, and genuinely loved by their caretakers. There are interesting activities all day, every day. Even the food is good! But what makes the Bridges the right choice is an honest and accountable administration, a staff that genuinely cares, and a safe environment in which my mother feels safe and is well cared for. Thank you, Kim, Nick, and everyone at the Bridges!

I cannot say enough about the staff at the Bridges. My mom has been in various facilities and hands down, "The Bridges" far exceeds expectations. I will share my experience with anyone who has questions. In each facility they sell you when you are looking for a caring and responsible, professional place for your mom/dad and promise you the world. Then you move in and find out the place has numerous disappointments. Not at the Bridges. If you have a problem, speak up. The Executive Director, Kim always wants to know if there is an issue. She recently said in a weekly email from her (which is amazing) that she sends to family members, "if you don't tell me your concerns, I can't fix them" Speak up and she will rectify any and all concerns. The nursing care is top notch, always having a professional on hand. The Med-tecks are warm and professional and the aides are loving, caring and serve with the utmost dignity for your loved ones. My mom recently passed away while on hospice at the Bridges and the staff was like family to us as well as Mom. She loved everyone who cared for her and her passing was comfortable and peaceful. She was in her home. Thank you to the Bridges, KIm, Kathy, Melissa, Sarah, Ralph and all the staff. I can't name them all here but I will always remember all of you. I don't often do reviews but knowing the difficulty in finding a safe, warm and loving place for a parent, I had to post this. Hope it helps others.

My mom has been a resident at the Bridges at Warwick (Jameson) for many years. I can always reach out to the Director of Wellness, Sarah, and Kim, the Executive Director, with any question, small or large. They get back to me right away, even on the weekends! Aside from assessible & responsive management, the care givers are the most gentle and thoughtful team I've ever met. They remember everything for my mom so she can remain up to date. They even remind her of the grandkids' birthdays (I have a calendar in her apartment) and help her to make cards. This means the world to me, my mom and the kids. These little things help to retain a piece of her that is slowly and sadly slipping away. My mom was always so detail oriented, but dementia has taken that from her - and us. I am grateful to the Bridges and the amazing staff for helping to keep parts of her together. We could never express how thankful we are for each and every one of the caring, sympathetic, and attentive staff that have touched my mom's life, and our hearts. From the bottom on MY heart - thank you for helping to preserve my mom's independence and giving me piece of mind that she's in the right place. Thank you.

The Bridges of Warwick has been a great home for my parents. They have different care needs; one lives in assisted living and the other in memory care. The staff have been super accommodating and make it possible for them to spend as much time together as they can. The staff have been extraordinary to go beyond the call to get the little things right that matter to residents. Recently, my dad accidentally set his TV remote down on his mug warmer. I think he may have fallen asleep. Later he noticed that the remote was melted and ruined. Previously, Nevin had moved mountains to get a voice-activated remote from Comcast. After all that Nevin went through to get it for him, he was embarrassed to ask him for a replacement. However, Nevin came through with a replacement quickly and graciously, as always. Like nearly all of The Bridges staff, it is a delight to interact with him. Another story. When we were moving my dad into a facility before he moved to the Bridges a couple of years ago, no one there had let the cleaning staff know about the impending move-in. Debbie happened to notice me going into his apartment, and she came in to apologize that it had not been adequately cleaned yet. She quickly took care of that, and over the ensuing months, her weekly cleaning of my dad’s apartment became a pleasant and friendly event. After he moved into The Bridges, who should show up to clean his apartment but Debbie! She, like the rest of us, had decided that The Bridges was a far better environment than the old place. Time and space do not allow me to tell all the stories I could, but I must mention that kind and sensitive medical care provided by Morgan and John (apologies to the others whose names I don’t recall). And the patient and tender care my stepmom receives in the memory care wing by Andrew’s staff. And the very friendly interaction with Nick in Marketing and Joan and Cheyenne at the front desk. I wish I could remember more names, but really, nearly everyone at The Bridges is friendly, professional, and very competent. You will feel very good about sending your family members there.

Several months ago, it became clear that we had to find a new retirement community for my stepmom who was in the memory care wing of a brand-new facility. My dad lived in the independent living wing of the same community, which he described as "like a Las Vegas hotel”very ritzy. We chose it based on its relatively convenient location, the fact that it offered all three levels of care (independent, assisted, and memory), and the impressiveness of the physical facility. Unfortunately, the staff at this facility did not measure up to the physical plant. I won’t go into the horror stories I could tell, but offer one particular comparison. Whereas the old place forbade the use of nanny-cams, perhaps because they were afraid of what resident’s families would see, Kim at the Bridges told me that they WELCOMED the use of nanny-cams because they were PROUD of the quality of care they provided. I had been extremely impressed with Kim when she was the Director of Marketing during our initial search a couple of years ago. Now that she is the Executive Director at The Bridges, she is able to set the tone for the entire community, and it shows. The atmosphere is completely different compared to the old place. The staff seems genuinely happy! The greet each other and residents warmly. The physical plant is nice, though perhaps not glitzy, but I can attest that what really counts is the quality and attitude of the staff. That is where the Bridges really shines. When we selected The Bridges for my stepmom’s memory care facility, my dad knew he would have to step down to assisted living, since they do not offer independent living. But now that he has been there several months, he agrees that it was a very good move for both of them. And the family is very relieved to know that they are both being looked after by people who genuinely care. My dad and stepmom have been residents of The Bridges for several months. My wife and I are on site at least once a week and often more frequently. We have gotten to know many staff members by name, but not all. So, I will first apologize to the many wonderful staff members of The Bridges whose names I do not know or have forgotten. But I would like to recognize a few that I do know. I have already mentioned Kim, who as ED sets the overall tone. Unlike some Eds, she is willing to be an advocate for residents even when that may involve believing them rather than newly hired care staff. There was an ugly incident between a new care staff member and my dad (over the nanny-cam) which it turns out was not the first such incident. When my dad brought it to her attention, the offending staff member was fired immediately. (I believe this person had been a source of concern for some time.) Despite what you may conclude from that story, Kim is about the most upbeat person I know, and her positive attitude also encourages the staff and residents. But she is willing to do the hard job of getting rid of bad apples. I’d like to tell one more story about a staff member, Nevin, who is the Director of Maintenance. At the old place, my dad had a voice-controlled remote control for the TV. He is 88 and found it hard to find the right channels because there are so many. With voice command he was able to get to the right place easily. It turns out that the Comcast/Xfinity boxes at The Bridges are not set up to accommodate voice-controlled remotes. And if you have ever tried to do something out of the ordinary with the cable company, you know what an unresponsive Byzantine bureaucracy it is. After many frustrating phone calls and unkept promised from the cable company, Nevin went in person to them and got the correct cable box and voice-controlled remote control. With no help from them (because it wasn’t available), he figured out how to install it. [To be continued--Google says I exceeded the limit.]

My mom has been at the Bridges in Jamison for over seven years now. The staff has done a nice job caring for her and her needs. The facilities are beautiful, and I think this gives her and the other residents a sense of comfort like they’re at a lovely resort. They keep the residents busy with many age-and-condition-appropriate activities, and loved ones can use an app to track what they do. My mom generally seems happy there when I see her, and that’s what counts.

My wife has been in the Memory Care community at the Bridges for nearly two years. I have been very satisfied with the care she's received -- the staff works hard to take care of her comfort, safety, and personal care, and the med/health staff has been particularly attentive, addressing such needs as therapy, occupational and physical, podiatry (periodic visits) and dentistry. The senior staff members, led by Kim, are the facility's greatest assets -- they are proficient, experienced and caring.

We're so happy with the care our mother is getting at Bridges. She was in two previous nursing facilities. Her aides have a very gentle patient mannerism in the care for the elderly. The service, concern and communication by the Fox Therapists is exceptional. The staff continually go the extra mile in their care and concern of the residents. My mother's recliner recently broke. The Maintenance manager Nevin came in on the weekend on his time off and worked on the chair and repaired it. When I thanked him repeatedly, he indicated "it's what we do"! Management is very communicative. The kitchen staff is very compassionate, and their food is excellent.

The decision to transition a loved one to an assisted living facility can be an emotional and challenging time for the entire family. What stood out about the Bridges of Warwick the most was the genuine kindness and support shown to us by Kim Sager and her entire staff! Kim’s kindness and the caring approach she has shown with my Aunt, as well as our family, has been above and beyond! It is very comforting to know we made the best choice possible in choosing the Bridges of Warwick!

I'm giving 5 stars for the level of care and attention they showed to my mother, especially as she was near the end. They took such good care of her and were very attentive when she had trouble doing things for herself. That being said, I think mom would have given them 4 stars because of the food. That was her only complaint, that the food wasn't always the best. But then mom could be picky

My mother has been at The Bridges at Warwick since August 2021, after her stroke and subsequent physical challenges. Her care has been excellent, and she has made many new friends. I am particularly impressed with how the medical staff supported my mother along her journey towards accepting her new physical limitations. Mom was pretty stubborn and somewhat depressed at times and wanted her "old life" back. The staff gently and compassionately allowed her to process, at her own pace, her new physical reality. Mom is treated with respect and kindness, and I am so pleased to have found The Bridges, which is only 10 minutes from my house. I get to see mom a good amount every week!

My parents have been living at The Bridges for almost a year now and they're both very happy here. I don't think I'd give 5 stars to anywhere, because achieving that level on all areas - food, housekeeping, medical care, activities, and services - would be near impossible. Quibbles: IMO, the menu should include more fresh produce and my mom fusses that they don't make her bed "properly" (Mom is VERY picky!). Plusses: Mom says she feels SEEN and cared for by the staff and trusts them and they have gone above and beyond to help me solve some specific issues like how to transport my wheelchair-bound Dad and "memory-challenged" Mom to their grandson's wedding. A strong choice.

Bridges at Warwick is the definition of COMMUNITY. From the sunny and warm welcome in the lobby, you can feel the genuine kindness and compassion. There is always laughter to be heard during the day as folks are participating in activities. Care staff is helpful and dining room staff are always attentive to residents . When it is overwhelming and scary to support aging loved ones, the Bridges staff make you feel comfortable. The staff at Bridges has deep experience and expertise ; highly recommend.

My grandfather was a resident at the Bridges for the last two years. To say that the facility and staff was amazing is an understatement. All of the staff treated him as if he was their own grandfather. He very reluctantly moved into an assisted living facility after living on his own in Florida until age 96. Convincing him to move there was the hardest part. Everything from the day he moved in, until the day he passed was extremely easy and handled with the utmost care. The day to day staff was extremely knowledgable and the management office was next level. They even helped out with health advice for another family member that wasn't a resident out of the goodness of their hearts. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Bridge’s! From the moment my aunt moved in, it was evident that this was the perfect place for her. On our tour, she said this is home! The staff is friendly and my aunt always tells me how much she appreciates their kindness. Kim and the other members of the administrative team are just as remarkable. They are always available to address any concerns or questions, and they truly go the extra mile to ensure the residents are happy and comfortable. It's clear that they genuinely care about each individual's well-being. One of the things that impresses me the most is the wide range of activities available for the residents. My aunt is always busy with something fun and engaging, whether it's arts and crafts, group events/outings, or games. She has made so many friends here, and it warms my heart to see her socializing and enjoying life to the fullest. I can't thank Bridges enough for the positive impact it has had on my aunt's life. Knowing that she is safe, happy, and surrounded by friendly faces brings me immense peace of mind. If you're looking for a caring and vibrant community for your loved one, I highly recommend this facility. It truly feels like a home away from home.

When faced with the difficult and emotional decision to relocate my mother to a memory care facility, my mission was to find a clean, safe, supportive, and compassionate community where she could thrive and be happy. I found all this and more at The Bridges at Warwick. My mother has been at The Bridges at Warwick in their memory care unit, Lilac Trace, for over a year now. She is content, comfortable, and well taken care of. I haven’t seen her this happy in a long time. Though my once very active and vibrant mother has lost her ability to carry on a conversation, she does speak a few words. As I walk with her, she points things out and says, beautiful. She is smiling again. She is surrounded by a lovely group of people and has made friends. It is heartwarming to see her walking hand in hand with other residents. I have come to know quite a few of them. It’s a family. It’s a home. I am extremely grateful for the many staff that go above and beyond to show my mother love, care, and kindness, especially executive director, Kim Sager, and many nurses and aides in Lilac Trace. I highly recommend The Bridges at Warwick to anyone searching for a memory care community for a loved one!

My mom has been at the Bridges at Warwick since 2018. I couldn't think of a better place I would like to have my mom stay at. She has Alzheimer's and she's in the fine care in the Vista memory care division. Andrew Fox (the supervisor there) has paid great attention and care, along with his associates ,in making sure my mom and all her resident friends are taken care of. Kim Sager's leadership has definitely proven to be helpful and supportive for the well-being of the facility. Catherine DeGrazia, Malina(don't know her last name but in Vista),Gianna Schwinger, Gina(I do not know her last name but I think she's in activities) are some of the other names I can remember. Sorry I do not know all the names but everybody deserves their Kudos. They have been doing their best to keep costs contained while maintaining a high level of service, good attitude and friendliness.

I cannot say enough good things about the Bridges. My mother was under the care for nearly 9 months, with serious health concerns, and they were awesome, the Staff went well above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about Kim, she really stayed involved and nearly became an extension of our family. My mother does miss living there. We needed to move her due to long-term care insurance provisions in my mother's contract that she purchased more than 30 years ago, or we would never have moved.

This is the REAL DEAL! Bright, cheerful, and homey with a young staff that is energetic, creative, and really, really passionate about what they do -- activities (Wii bowling leagues!!!!), lots of weekly and seasonal social events for the residents and their guests, enrichment classes, clubs, lovely outdoor spaces, PT & OT, to list just a few. It is beautifully well kept and stylish with the emphasis on the comfort of their residences, not just "eye candy" for the children seeking a home for a parent. Note: wide hallways so that 2 people can comfortably pass using walkers or wheel chairs and shorter hallways to apartments so that residents don't have to travel too far and feel out of the action. There is a communal kitchen for residents and their guests to bake cookies or even a full dinner for a family gathering. There is a communal garden that produces food for their meals, chairs that are actually the correct height, comfortable, and easy to get into and out of, not just attractive. And, so much more. If you are ready to be pampered and still have the privacy of a quaint apartment, contact Kim! She has been incredibly patient and helpful to my family during our search!!!!
