Cascade Heights is a wonderful, amazing place. If you’re looking for a full service residence with amazing people then this is your home.. The staff is so wonderful and kind and the cafeteria is great and the food is terrific. You won’t find a better place in Orlando than Cascade Heights for your retirement living. It’s a beautiful environment with beautiful people. They were there for me in a time of need and I will always be thankful for their kindness.

Cascade Heights is truly a remarkable community! Not only do they have the best entertainers and residents, but their staff is terrific. The resident engagement team, led by Annie, is top-tier AMAZING”constantly creating meaningful experiences that help residents live life to the fullest. Another thing that sets this place apart is the stability of its leadership. Much of the team has been there for years, and the Executive Director, Joff, has been with the community for over 18 years!. That kind of consistency makes a real difference”you can feel the care, dedication, and strong sense of community in everything this team does. A friend & I had occasion to meet some residents of Cascade Heights today, had lunch with them & questioned them about living at this facility. They answered our questions, with direct responses which I interpreted as truthful, which made my assessment of this facility to be above board as a Independent/Assisted Living community. After lunch, we were directed to the Sales Office, where we met with the Sales Director, Mary Jo Hand & the Community Coordinator, Melanie Gray. Both individuals answered our questions without hesitation, especially my friend, Carl, as he had specific concerns regarding the Assisted Living portion of Cascade, regarding the availability of the nursing staff, the assistance regarding his Insurance coverage, & size of the available apartments. I believe he received the answers he was looking for. Melanie took us on a tour of the facility, including a Studio & medium sized one bedroom apartments. I was impressed with the size, layout & amenities in the one bedroom apartment. Back at the office, I was given some additional information regarding Veterans assistance in regards to deciding to pick Cascade as my Independent Living facility. I was quite impressed with both Sales Associates, with their forthright answers, the over- all appearance of Cascade, the friend- liness of the staff & the residents. Although I'm not ready to make the move at this time, when the time comes, Cascade Heights will definitely be at the top of my list, for facilities I would spend the remainder of my time dwelling. My visit to Cascades was everything I had hoped. Every random person we encountered went out of their way to be helpful. Melanie, my tour guide was as gracious and informative as could be and took the time to answer every question or concern. Cascades is a beautiful facility and has so much to offer in the way of first class independent living. I look forward to a return visit. As a retired teacher I have to give Cascades an A+++!!

We had a very nice visit at Cascade Heights. It is a lovely residence. It looks great,and smells nice. They had a country western singer preforming. The crowd was large and having a great time. The apartment was very spacious and nice. My brother in law was very impressed.

We had a tour today at Cascade Heights. Melony was our guide. The facility has an open and comfortable feeling . Currently, it decorated for the holidays. There are beautifully decorated trees everywhere. We toured a 2/2 and found it spacious with lots of storage closets. There is so much more to talk about . Take a tour and you too can see what a happy retirement community this is.

WE liked the cottages. But had to ask about the little buildings we saw on the way in. We were only shown the apartments in the main building. When I asked if I could see one, the ladies took me over and showed us one. I told them I would rather be in a cottage, Not sure why they didn't ask us if we would be interested in a cottage or an apartment . But all is well .

I have been here 2 months and know I made the right decision. It has an atmosphere like a high end resort yet it’s like my entire family lives here. Food is very good. The staff all have open door policy. I could go on but it’s all positive. Bill H

Cascade Heights retirement community is one of those beautiful communities. The grounds and center is always clean. There's lots of activities and the staff is loving in a spiritual way. Hugs and smiles. From the front desk to the activities coordinator they all love what they do and the residents speak about their positive experiences often when with me. Love this community lots!

Cascade Heights is a community gem. There is stability amongst management staff, Mary Jo is easy to work with and explains everything step by step. The apartments are spacious and maintenance staff are attentive to resident needs. The food is really good and the menu offers several options. Hands down, the best activities in senior living happen here. Annie and her team are phenomenal and inclusive of everyone, staff and residents alike. Definitely a top notch option for anyone interested in independent or assisted living.

Cascade Heights exceeds all expectations in senior living. My aunt recently moved in after complaining in other facilities. She is beyond thrilled to be a part of this community. She is involved, has met several friends, and I’ve had a few opportunities to watch the activities department put on wonderful shows with huge attendance, bringing such joy to all. Something going on everyday! The best way I can describe it is it’s similar to Disney World for children! Thank you Cascade Heights!

This is one of my favorite locations. The whole entertainment/activities team works diligently along with Annie to keep the residents entertained and busy. You can tell everyone here really loves their job and the residents as well. I have been coming here for years and have seen the leadership under Joff as Executive Director, he is amazing.

I have been living here since August 5 and cannot believe I am so pleased with independent living here. The price is reasonable at $2997 monthly. The dining room is beautiful and the servers are efficient and personable Menu is varied and range from good to excellent. The chef is often in the dining room and available. Love my little (661 square feet) apartment with screened in balcony).Annie is an unbelievable activities director.Lots to keep you entertained The Gilitter Ball was over the top in every way

Personalized living staff is wonderful! The director Geoff not very good at working with people at all, and the nurse tawny never returns calls. The food is good, but there are cock roaches everywhere, hundreds!! Was much nicer when it was Chambrel, Brookdale is all business.
