Hal the house owner is the most caring and personal house owner there is! He cares deeply about happiness and welll being of his tenants. Paul the house manager is very loving and watchful over his tenants and makes sure they get all the medical things straightened with the doctors. His lovely wife is also very kind, and has taken time out of her day to help cook the house lunch. She also makes sure no birthdays are missed. Lillian the head caregiver is especially gentle with the more feeble tenants, I've noticed. She love to call individuals ' honey " Mary is very gentle when helping you and she has a great sense of humor. We love to laugh together. All the house mates are great at watching over each other and helping each other out. From living here I've lost over 100 pounds because of Hal's focus on health. I now shower myself and have gotten better at walking to and from. The leadership is very much centered into health and happiness and living a happy life.

My grandmother has been at the Banff location for about two years. I am so grateful that my family found this group home where she is so well cared for. I have visited on multiple occasions and it is apparent how the staff care for every resident. The house is clean and tidy no matter the time of day that I visit, and the residents always get the help they need. It is a challenging decision to place an elderly loved one in any type of home or facility—not to mention a difficult transition for the individual entering the home. Paradise for Parents is the place. I am so grateful for Laura, Melanie, Miriam and Elvis for the love and care they have shown to my grandmother. It is all I could ever ask for when I live on the other side of the country.

I am blessed to have my mom in this wonderful, safe environment. The staff is like family treating all their clients with compassion,. The staff makes wonderful meals and they are cheerful people. We relocated my father here after being disappointed in the care that he recieved at another nursing facility. Hal, Nora and the rest of the team welcomed my father with open arms; treating him like family. They distributed his medication, and assisted him with bathing, and other services to meet his needs as his condition advanced. They even celebrated his birthday, and found a hospital bed to make him comfortable when he could no longer walk. The loving staff, and exceptional communication with Nora and Hal made my father feel special the last 6 months of his life. We are forever grateful to them.

I have to start with a heartfelt THANK you! Every time I visit the home it is always unannounced. My Daddy is always clean and loved on! I genuinely love each and every caregiver they are Phenomenal. I checked 32 homes before I finally found Royal Paradise; it was so hard for me to leave my Daddy I needed to know that he would be given his medication, fed and groomed daily. He is in a safe extremely clean home. I’m so thankful that my Daddy is at a place where he is safe and cared for. I am able to sleep at night knowing that my Daddy is in a home that I trust with people that love and care for him we are Blessed.
