Sally and I moved into Cogir of Mill Creek a month ago. I can’t find the words to express how happy we are to have made this decision. Cogir is now our home and the residents our family.

EDIT: Had to revise this to a 3 star) At first glance Cogir seemed to be a very nice place. Being a new POA for my father, and being smack in the middle of the pandemic, we took trust in this facility and the staff. The first several months were good. Then some of the key staff that we considered to be above and beyond had left, which changed the dynamics of the facility. Everything went OK until my father's hypoxia/hypocapnia had suddenly flared up, causing him a long stay in the hospital and then a after a long stint in rehab, I finally got him back into Cogir. This part was good … but the cost of care went up by almost 50%! As my father got better and no longer needed that extra assistance, the price never went down, instead comments like "strange behaviour" were being cited as a reason to keep the cost up, which was really due to a CO2 condition that the resident nurse never caught or read in the return paperwork from the hospital. As his condition cleared, he was back to normal. Also, many of the night staff were young and very inexperienced. The director at the time was very empathic however. Cogir could be a better choice if the staff was better trained, and hopefully by now it is.

I love visiting Cogir! I love helping the residents with their notary needs as I'm mobile and can come to their home. The staff is always very helpful!

I love living at Cogir of Mill Creek, centerly located in the heart of Town Center, which includes five star restaurants, convenient shopping, health care providers, and drug stores. The living accommodations are unbeatable. Swimming pool, theater (with nightly movies), bistro, entertainment, regular celebrations, and live entertainment in the beautiful courtyard. What really matters most is the friendly competent staff and excellent foods prepared by our Chef Dave. He can accommodate special diets. Come meet the friendliest people in the USA and beyond!

My wife and I helped her Dad move into Cogir Mill Creek and we had an exceptional experience. David was our primary leasing contact, and he provided top notch service throughout the process. Everyone was very accommodating. The room was nicely renovated, clean, the grounds and facilities are well kept, and the location across from Mill Creek Towncenter is great.

This is a great place to live. I especially like the new program, Welcome Buddy Team run by 9 residents with the support of Administration. Team members welcome new residents with a nice welcome basket and assists with the transition.

Im so very, very glad we moved my mother-in-law here! Every staff member weve met has been amazing! They care about their residents, love their jobs, and it shows in the quality of care. No matter what time of day or night that Ive been there, Ive always seen staff and been greeted with a friendly smile. The health care staff, nurses and aides, are excellent at providing quality, loving care, and communicating with family members. The dining room is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the wait staff are attentive. The Mothers Day brunch was out of this world! Youve got to come see this place!
