After being thrown into a situation with my mother, I contacted Orchard Park. From the time I contacted them, to the present, my experience has been EXCELLENT! My mom loves it there! They deal with issues immediately, staff is friendly and nice, and food is great!

Amazing staff, they really care and are very good with all the residents. Because of several family moves my father has been in 3 different homes. Orchard Park is hands down the best in all aspects.

My mother has lived at Orchard Park Senior Living in Clearlake for 10 months. I couldn't be happier. The facility is lovely. Residents have their own living space that includes a kitchenette with refrigerator/microwave, and a private bathroom. The spacious dining room serves three hot meals daily. There is a cozy living room with a fireplace and large screen TV where movies are shown. A large activity room has several events scheduled daily. The best part of Orchard Park is the people who work there. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is always kind, cheerful, and eager to help in any way. I visit weekly, and everyone says hello. One or two of the workers usually takes a moment to give me an update on how mom is doing. My mom is in her late nineties, and needs help with most things. I always find her clean and nicely dressed. Her bed is made and her living space clean and orderly. She always tells me how much she loves the women and men who care for her, and she isn't easy to please. Me? I'm convinced they only hire angels. I highly recommend Orchard Park to families needing a safe, caring, supportive environment for their elderly love ones.

Ive worked at Orchard Park senior living for close to 5 years now, it has been through a few different names but it remains the same. Ive grown with many of my coworkers and residents throughout the years and this has become my second home and family. There are many great management team members here who support their staff and residents with such care and love that is hard to explain unless you could see it for yourself, many of the residents do see this and they choose to remain with us for many many years! I would feel extremely comfortable with the idea that my own grandparents could make a home here when the time comes that they need extra help.

My dear sister was a resident in memory care at Orchard Park, I was so very touched by the level of compassionate care that she received while there as well as how pleasant the surroundings, a beautifully decorated facility, lovely courtyard and kind, concerned staff, a perfectly wonderful place to call home...I returned a year after her passing to become employed at Orchard Park so that I too could be a part of this proficient team that I now call family...
