I highly recommend Atria. They have been an absolute blessing, and I would trust them to care for me someday. My aunt has lived in Memory Care at Atria for the past three years. Within just a few months of moving in, she no longer needed her walker and her head drop syndrome was completely eliminated, which greatly enhanced her quality of life. The Activities Director is truly a beautiful soul who keeps the residents engaged, active, and smiling. Watching the residents enjoy activities like bingo has brought me to tears laughing. Holidays have special events, there is always something going on at Atria! The atmosphere is filled with joy, patience, good humor, and great memories. The staff are consistently attentive, compassionate, and remarkably patient. Even after answering the same question multiple times, they remain calm, kind, and reassuring. They do an incredible job of keeping residents comfortable, happy, and respected. My aunt's room is always clean, and the residents are consistently well-groomed and appropriately dressed. Laundry is handled individually rather than mixed together, and although clothing is not always labeled, her belongings reliably find their way back to her room. The dining experience deserves special recognition as well. The cook does a fantastic job, and the daily menu choices honestly make me jealous! Every meal looks delicious, and family members are welcome to join their loved ones for meals, which makes visits even more enjoyable. Most importantly, Atria provides a safe and caring environment where loved ones receive the support they need. Medications are managed properly, personal care needs are addressed, and families can focus on spending meaningful time with their loved ones rather than carrying the full burden of caregiving. It allows you to return to being a daughter, niece, spouse, or friend”and simply enjoy your relationship with the person you love. I am incredibly grateful for the care, compassion, and dignity Atria provides every day.

Keith, Alan, and the entire maintenance and admin teams here do a wonderful job with this community. Smells so fresh and clean. The food was well above my expectations. I would gladly eat here any day. Also the amount of activities I saw going on in all the common areas was inspiring! What a vibrant and beautiful community! Carleen goes above and beyond with the residents at events and activities. She is inclusive and helps residents of all ability levels get involved and participate.

The atmosphere is positive, clean, and appropriate to meet the residents' needs. The food is delicious and well prepared. Our Mother has been a resident of Atria Bay Spring Village for almost 2 years. Mom is thriving at Atria and my brothers and I are grateful for the peace of mind that knowing Mom is safe and taken care of by a group of incredible people who genuinely care about Mom and all the residents. We wish to laud Susan the Director and Sharon for leading a team that spans the awesome front desk people to the dining room team that never fails to accommodate (rather deliciously I might add) to the housekeeping staff and so on. Of particular note is the breadth and quality of the activities! Mom is always off to an exercise class, or an arts and crafts session, or a live concert to name a few! In sum, because Mom is so happy, comfortable and inspired by the community at Atria Bay Spring Village we are proud to recommend this facility and encourage you to meet Susan and Sharon for a tour! My mother has been at this Atria facility for two years. She started in the assisted living section, but recently moved to the memory care unit. The facility is beautiful, with lovely decor, several attractive community lounge rooms, and beautiful outdoor spaces. It is also very well maintained, and the food is good! The front desk staff -- Janice, Deborah and Susan -- are the most friendly and caring individuals ever and really set the tone for the whole establishment. The nursing staff in the memory care units are also particularly caring and attentive to my mother.

It is beautiful and is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and comfort. The staff members are always warm and welcoming and we want to especially thank the director Susan Lehman, admission director Sharon, the incredible kitchen and wait staff, director of nurses Meghan, the front desk receptionists and all of the wonderful, caring CNA's. It is such a comfort every day to all of our family that our mom is in such an excellent place. She has made new friends and truly enjoys the meals, which are wonderful. We are very grateful.

My mom has now been at the Atria Bayspring for almost 5 months and has been very happy with her transition from living in her own home to her new environment . She has really enjoyed the meals and making new friends too . The community itself is beautiful including her apartment , common areas and dining room ! She also really enjoys her frequent morning trips to the chapel . We also find all of the staff very friendly and attentive to all questions and requests including the Executive Director Susan Lehman , Admissions Sharon and the front desk staff , dining room staff and nursing staff Megan and CNA's ! Helping a friend move into this home..Great staff, impressed with all the common rooms.. After my friend lived here for 4 Months she realized everyone was alot older, it was depressing, the promised 2 weekly outing fell to 1 a week and the food was the same not as delicious as they had described, very difficult for someone who is vegan..They could not meet her daily nutrition requirements after constant meetings regarding this and their failure to meet her daily food nuitritional requirements she only asked for basics was forced to find alternative food sources on top of paying 4 K a month add another 600.00 to the monthly bill..Needless to say she is not living there anymore..

As the holidays approach during these challenging times of Covid, I want to express our gratitude to the staff at Atria Bay Spring Village, for all they do to keep our loved ones healthy and in good spirits. It was a difficult decision for our aunt to initially leave her condo and consider assisted living a few years ago. Sharon Glaude immediately helped Denise feel comfortable during her initial tour and most welcome in her new surroundings. Even after a resident has moved in, Sharon's door is always open and she'll stop to engage with residents on a personal basis, to ensure they are happy and thriving. It is obvious the residents adore her. Lynn, as executive director, does a great job keeping all families informed and up to date...not an easy task as we are are all living in even more difficult times right now. The lines of communication are always clear and open. The needs and best interests of each resident is top priority. Margaret Shand and all staff do everything they can to ensure spirits are up and residents remain safely engaged and healthy. Margaret works so well with Chris, culinary director, in creating festive celebrations to keep everyone smiling and entertained. It is truly a team effort that has helped this community create a family atmosphere. Our aunt recently had to undergo another transition to life guidance and the staff made it an easy move and got her happily situated in a new environment. We are at peace knowing our loved one is content, in wonderful company and in good hands at Atria. Thank you!

My father transitioned from Independent Living to Life Guidance about a year ago. At first, I was very apprehensive about the change, but it was the best decision we ever made! Mary Corvese and her staff have been absolutely fabulous in every way! The 24 hour loving care that he receives is such a comfort to me. My dad is always treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Knowing that all of his needs are met, and that he is safe and happy, is a blessing. I am so grateful to the entire staff for taking such good care of my dad!

Like many families, when we first visited Atria, we were going through a time of loss and transition. We were rather numb and overwhelmed when we met Sharon Glaude. I can't say enough how kind and gentle she was, clear about our options, and supportive with checking in during the 15 months it took to get our affairs in order and move my Mom, NIna, from Massachusetts. Mom settled in nicely and often mentions how safe she feels at Atria, how attractive it is, and how well-designed her small apartment is. She loves the activities. Margaret Shand creates an interesting, complex and stimulating schedule. She is also very happy with the food and appreciates Chris, the head chef, who is very open and personable. We also particularly enjoy Barbara at the front desk, who is welcoming and always has something interesting to discuss. I cannot say enough how fortunate I feel to have my mother at Atria, especially since I am her number one person and travel often for work. Coincidentally, I have another "mother" now living at Atria, a woman I have known since I was five years old. I saw her in the hallway yesterday and she looked more relaxed, vibrant, and youthful than I have seen her in years. When I asked how it is all going, she said, in a nutshell, "I love everything about Atria."

My mom has been in the Life Guidance unit of Atria Bay Spring for about 1.5 years. I am so happy with the care she is getting there! She's got dementia plus intestinal problems, but the staff has learned her habits and idiosyncrasies and work with her to make her as happy and comfortable as possible. Hats off to Linda, the Executive Director! Also, the food is terrific and the cleaning staff is excellent! The CNAs and Med-Techs are so caring and kind. Special mentions (just to name a few for just this month - Marie, Bianca, Michelle, Donna, Chanel... I'm sure I'll have more names next month!
