I can not express my appreciation enough for the exceptional care my mom received while she was a resident, from each and every one there. The daily activities to the head nurse and administrator all talked to everyone and addressed them by their first name, which made me feel comfortable as well. I never had to worry about my mom not being taken care of because I knew she was, which is a common concern for a lot of families. I thank God I found Bradford Place. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a place for their mother or father.

My cousin has been a resident of Bradford Place since March 2022. Our family is very pleased that we selected this memory care facility for her. The Executive Director Jasmine Price, the nurse Rhonda Dempsey, and the staff of caregivers are personable, attentive, and accessible. Likewise, we commend the kitchen staff because these ladies are responsible for three of the highlights of our cousin's day. Our family will be forever grateful for all you do to show care and compassion toward our loved one.

They have good caring people working there. Dad is always happy when I talk to him and he tells me about different things going on there. I feel like he is safe and well cared for. Nice common area for dining and visiting. Apartments are nice size, residents can have privacy if they want but staff is checking in to make sure they are ok. Clean. Good precautions in place to keep the residents safe and healthy. Good communication with residents and family. Really glad we found this place.

I have been quite impressed with Shannon and her staff for how well they perform their very difficult (physical, mental and emotional) work. This is work that has been made so much more difficult over the last year due the COVID-19 pandemic. My mother is a resident with early-to-middle stage dementia and can be quite a handful, but words cannot fully describe how pleased we are with the personal care she receives from a very respectful staff.

I was very impressed with Bradford Place. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the management was engaged and directly involved in all aspects of the facility, and the building itself was warm and inviting. The newly remodeled rooms are bright and comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

My mom is a current resident at Bradford Place. She receives very good care from every person there! There are occasions where they are short-staffed, but they all pick up the slack to make the residents feel special. She enjoys the daily conversations with every employee there. She is treated like family from cleaning to the kitchen!

My Grandmother lived out her final years at Bradford Place. The staff genuinely cared about her (and us). It is a peaceful environment where she was able to stay safe and comfortable. I will always be grateful.

Both of my parents are doing very well at Bradford Place and for the most part, the staff is all very friendly and accommodating. There are activities and field trips should they want to take part and they have a shuttle for the residents to go to doctor appts and shopping. The dining is very nice as is the food and they even bring your meals to your room if you prefer.

My mom is doing great here. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The facility is immaculately clean. I picked them because when I first had a visit with them I went unannounced. The staff I saw were genuinely friendly and it was so clean. She thinks it is great and she loves having her own bathroom. The community is small and that is what she wanted. Overall it's been great.

Our loved one's experience has been positive so far. The community the Bradford Place is very well kept and clean throughout. Majority of the time the staff are helpful and friendly. They offer a variety of options at meals and our loved one has not enjoyed the food. They offer an assortment of activities for the residents to enjoy.

This is truly a wonderful community, my father is doing great here. This is a great looking community. They do a good job with the cleanliness. It has been a great experience. The staff is very caring and treating my father very good. He loves the food, the meals are nice. There are activities offered. There isn't many men here at this community, there is only my father and two other men. My father is really happy here, he says he couldn't be happier. We are very pleased with this community. I would highly recommend it.
