Keystone Place is a jewel! My relatives recently moved in there after first visiting many other care places. While helping them move, and visiting them, and eating several chef prepared meals in the dining room, I can't say enough good about the professional and caring staff. They are polite and very helpful to their residents. My relatives told me they feel very lucky to live there!

I've seen a lot of horrid elder communities, and this place is furthest from any of those experiences I've had. Very clean, and polite staff, and they seem to care greatly for their residents. The residents seem very happy and love the community they live in.

my wife Sue was only at keystone from mid April 2018 till September 23rd when she passed away at the age of 64. The keystone staff was and is the most caring bunch of people, they even kind of mothered me on more than one occasion.

Thank you to the care givers in the Sunny Cove memory unit for the excellent care you provided to my dad, Myron Mayfield. My dad lived in Sunny Cove for 6 months prior to his passing away in December 2017. We cannot say enough about the professional, caring, and patient staff who took care of my dad. They also supported my mom and our entire family during that time. My parents were married for 67 years and it was painful for my mom to watch the love of her life slip away. Knowing he was being well cared for and that he was in a good place was a comfort to her and the rest of us. On behalf of our entire family, thank you.

My husband was a resident in Sunny Cove for over a year. I transferred him from a place in South Minneapolis where he was not being cared for properly. The moment I walked into Keystone Place I was delighted. I was met with amazing staff, Michelle and Bill, and had the grand tour. When I saw the memory care unit I almost cried. Here was this great sunfilled room with a lovely garden area right outside the window. The care my husband received was so great that for the first time in several years I was able to take a vacation without worrying about him. The aids treated him with dignity and respect. I was there often and never saw any signs of neglect on anyone. On the contrary, they clearly cared deeply for each resident. Many of the aids have worked there from the beginning and seem to really enjoy their jobs. I would recommend this place to anyone searching for a home for a loved one. I toured many homes and Keystone Place convinced me there are a few great places out there. My husband passed away recently and the staff took such amazing care for him. Also, the were kind and helpful to my family as we kept vigil for him. Joan Peine

My mother is a resident there. She is 93 years old. The staff there are so great with her. They treat her as if she was their grandma. It took mother a while to adjust to living there? after being in the same home for 60 years. Now she tells them "take me to my pad." Mother can be difficult at times as she doesn't always want to take her meds. They are kind and patient with her. The facility is always clean, the staff are all awesome!

Exceptional If I could give the staff rating of 10, I would. The staff is the most caring, compassionate group of people I have ever met. The residents always come first. In the memory care no one is left along in their room unless they are to I'll to join the group. If I ever need this level of care, I'd want to be here. Can't praise the staff enough.
