I want to give a shout out to the staff at Anchor Bay East Providence. My dad has been there for a few months and then broke his hip. He has been in the hospital and rehab for three months. He now is ready to return to Anchor Bay however, he needs to move up to the third floor memory care unit. April, the director, has been wonderful to work with and has helped tremendously making the transition as smooth as possible. Josh from maintenance, was a God send with helping move his furniture to his new apartment. James from housekeeping, stopped in personally to welcome him back. All of these little things have made this next stage of my dad's life a little bit easier.

I hope this is the right page to leave reviews for the Anchor bay in Providence. I was there visiting my great aunt last week, when I was walking through the place with her everyone was so wonderful. A staff person, who I was later told is the nursing supervisor Brook was dancing with one of my aunt's neighbors, later my aunt told me that after her neighbor passed away the same nurse came to tell her the next day, and sat with her awhile to offer support. Kim at the desk was also very cheerful and warm with the patients. I'm not local, and because of my work I have been in many care homes but I can say that nearly a week later I still am very reassured that my aunt is in such great, and fun hands.

We worked closely with the staff at Anchor Bay during our exploration of options for a family member. The staff all went above and beyond with their customer service, and I really got a sense that they are more like a big family than just a community. Even after our family member made the decision to go elsewhere (for personal reasons unrelated to the quality of care at Anchor Bay), Ashley remained an active resource for both assistance and emotional support, which really made a great impression. If you're juggling with options for assisted living or memory care for your loved one, take it from someone who has done extensive research on all of the facilities in the area; Anchor Bay is by far the best selection. A big thank you to the staff at Anchor Bay for everything they have done and continue to do for my family.

I want to thank Mary for always listening to my concerns about my mom and going above and beyond in providing her care. An example...one evening before putting my mom to bed, I noticed swelling in her hands and was concerned about her wedding band becoming stuck on her finger. I told Mary about the swelling and asked if the nurse could be alerted in the morning about the swelling. On my way home, Mary called to say she checked on my mom, saw the swelling, and went ahead and removed the ring and locked it up for me to pick up. I so appreciated Mary's act of kindness.

My mom has been living at Anchor Bay for 2.5 years. After looking at multiple facilities over a period of days, we felt instantly at home when we walked into Anchor Bay. Ashley went above and beyond, helping us to get my mom moved in comfortably in a very short time frame due to an unexpected need. The entire staff is always friendly, helpful, and caring no matter the situation. They are truly special people and have given my family peace of mind.

This is such a cozy and beautiful community. It's Natural setting makes it a perfect place to view wildlife ( I saw a Baltimore Oriole for the 1st time in years during my visit), and to engage in gardening pursuits. Resident engagement opportunities abound in both assisted living and memory support, with individual talents being honored and highlighted. Each resident I spoke with told me that they love living life at anchor Bay at East Providence

I cannot express my gratitude to Ashley, Paige and the team at Anchor Bay! My mother just moved there, and she is well-cared for, emotionally and physically. They are on it! The process of getting her there was a long one for me. I checked out several assisted living communities. Anchor Bay was the first visit. I loved it there. I kinda wanted to move in!!! My family members and mother expressed wanting to keep my mother in the town she was in, but honestly, at this time, I had to make her closer to me to oversee her care, and Anchor Bay is 15 minutes from my home. After much consideration, I went with my gut. I chose Anchor Bay, and I'm so glad I did. The sense of relief I have in knowing that my beloved mum is safe and cared for is something inexplicable. She has cared for me my whole life, and now it's my turn to watch over her. This was the best choice. Thank you to everyone at Anchor Bay! Rock stars!!!!!

My best friends mother moved in a few years ago. She has early stage dementia and is doing so well at AnchorBay. Staff is so friendly and caring and take such good care of her. It was so nice to come by and see how happy she is there and how beautiful the building is. Ashley Ferreira is the sweetest and knows all the residents so well. I highly recommend Anchor Bay of East Providence for your loved one.

My brother moved to Anchor Bay in April and loves his new home. The staff is very professional and they create a warm and caring community that is like an extended family. Ashley Ferreira, the Director of Sales and Marketing, was extremely helpful in facilitating the transition and was very generous with her time and advice. If you are looking for someone who will care your loved one and understand the importance of family, look no further. Ashley and the admission team at Anchor Bay have gone above and beyond for us. Ashley is one of the most compassionate people I have only met over the phone-email. Unforeseen circumstances have prevented mom from moving in right now and yet Ashley keeps in touch and genuinely cares about her. Anchor Bay is very fortunate to have Ashley as a Director who honestly understands the value and meaning of family. Deciding to move your parent out of their home that they have lived in for over 25 years to an assisted living community is a very difficult situation. Throw in the times of covid and you have an emotional and logistical nightmare! My family and I can not thank Ashley and Paige over at Anchor Bay enough for their understanding, dedication to service, professionalism, and genuine kindness in helping during this very difficult time. Our Dad has seemed to transition well and we attribute that to the gorgeous facility and the amazing staff. We honestly could not have asked for a better outcome. My sister has been living at Anchor Bay for almost three years and the people employed there have been kind, caring and patient. Jennifer Azzarone, Judy Azzarone, Allison Cipriano, and Kristen Speaks have been outstanding with their caring ways. Also, the nursing staf is excellent.
