This facility is horribly run and maintained. There is no exterminator program, multiple rooms are filled with bed bugs. Residents are forced to pay for the bedbug treatment themselves. The rooms are filthy and food almost inedible. Their cooks have substance abuse problems that have been ignored on multiple occasions. They don’t do background checks for applicants which allows them to house sex offenders, drug addicts, other criminals and simply say “we didn’t know” when something happens after move in. Lastly, if you have an issue don’t expect it to be handled properly. The director is too busy working her second job and is often leaving the office closed.

They have bed bugs real bad here. Also they have stolen articles like comforter,sheets,clothing etc. They don't clean either

i'd like to know how often these people that gave these reviews visited their loved ones. THIS PLACE IS NASTY. their "restaurant style " dining room involves liverwurst or pbj or their specialty Grilled Peanut Butter and Jelly and THIS is for Dinner !! . absolutely no fruit or vegetables on the side unless you count applesauce. people have been locked in their rooms for months with covid , a woman went to the door to look out at civilzation and got yelled at to get back to her room. sounds more like a prison than a place to live.where are theIr inspections ? SURPRISE INSPECTIONS ? Would you want to live out your golden years like this just because you're 91 and cant be alone ? these people are paying almost every cent they own to live this way ? even tho this recommendation[ha] is on assisted living center..THIS place Vienna Gardens is NOT ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY.,they like to add a $5 surcharge for every bit of help they give you. no bill of sale of course

The staff here was extremely polite and knowledgeable. It's a very clean establishment. The residents looked very happy and appeared to be well cared for.

I have the utmost respect and appreciation for the staff and the atmosphere of this place. I never worry about my Dad while he's there and he has been genuinely happy. The activities, upkeep and dining are top notch. Even the overall vibe of the place is great...and none of that is by accident. It's through the hard work and diligence of the people there. Bravo!
