I live here and I love it. It's clean and friendly. The staff works hard to meet all of our needs and Julia is a great leader always doing what's best for us. We hadxa lightening strike and the staff with Julia's leadership tookbamazing care of all of us. We have the best food our cook is wonderful. They are always asking our in put so we are i happy. Staff and management in this building are so wonderful. As a hospice aide, I visit many facilities but Cedar Creek is by far the best atmosphere. Everyone is so kind and caring and my patients here are always so well taken care of. Staff are always willing to jump in and help anytime, management included. Every time I walk in, there’s a group of residents having a good time with a different fun activity. I have never had one negative experience in this building and only have great things to say! 🙂

You’ll find no better community than Cedar Creek of Franklin. The community is clean, well maintained, and grounds are beautiful. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about residents- they’re quick to respond and always helpful. The apartments are spacious and comfortable and the location is convenient to shopping, dining, and major roads while still feeling peaceful. I highly recommend Cedar Creek of Franklin to anyone looking for a welcoming and well run community.

Cedar Creek is a cozy assisted living and has a home like feel. I especially like their caf© area! They’re in the process of renovating apartments and getting new floors, and I can’t wait to see how it turns out! Casey, their Marketing Director, is super friendly as well!

My 92 yr old mother has been a resident here since February 2022 when the facility was called Christina's Place and under different corporate management. We were reasonably pleased with the facility, but there were frequent changes in directors and caregivers. There were not many routine activities for residents. Since Christina Place became Cedar Creek of Franklin and part of the Cedarhurst network we have seen so many very positive improvements! The facility has had some renovations including a new roof and landscaping. The facility director is outstanding and has hired many new caregivers and program directors and they stay! There are always many activities for the residents: crafts, making snacks, playing bingo, cards, trivia, bocce ball, chair exercises, chair dance class, video travel and outside groups being brought in for entertainment. They facilitate special events such as the eclipse party, their own racing event with remote-control cars, pumpkin painting, Valentine's party, Mother's Day brunch, Father's Day cook-out, and a wonderful Christmas party. The residents can be as engaged as they desire. There are even weekly trips to local stores for those who want to shop. Most importantly, this is a place where you feel welcomed and at home. All of the staff are so kind, get to know each resident's likes/dislikes and treat them lovingly as if they were family members.

My father moved to Christina Place recently and it has been a wonderful experience so far. The staff is friendly and responsive and their communication with family members is great. It really feels like a community, not just a facility.

From the minute you pull into Christina's Place you feel at home. This is not assisted living, this is an assisted family. My dad was welcomed and got to know the staff and their families. My dad raved about the good food choices! The involvement from the staff in helping dad make new friends and feel connected was above and beyond. If you are looking for a down to earth place that does not feel institutionalized for your loved one this is the place for you!

My Mother moved to Christina Place on Friday, January 8, 2021. My family and I were worried that she would be sad or scared since she has never been apart from us. Ever. We were reassured that it could take a couple of weeks for her to be comfortable and happy. Nope!!!!! It only took a couple of days!!!! She loves all the people, loves her room and LOVES the food!!! I spent way too much time worrying about this transition!! Haley, Jerad, Lora, Shannon and everyone’s name I cannot recall at this exact moment made this the best experience we could have dreamed of. She has been taken great care of and we could not be happier. If you are apprehensive, please don’t be!!! It’s the best of the best!!!!

We have had a loved one at CP for 8-months. They have been great. Every interaction I have with the staff makes me think we are the only people they are working with. It's a great relief knowing our loved one is being taken care of and is safe. I highly recommend.

My father is a resident here. The staff are always responsive when I ask for assistance, they know him by name and make him feel safe. They even keep track of his favorite and least favorite foods and try to accommodate him. They know when he is out of sorts and they are good about not trying to make him feel lesser in spite of his speech not always making sense due to his dementia. They work hard here and it shows.
