My in-laws stayed at Chancellor Gardens (mother in law in memory care and father in law in assisted living) and they had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely respectful and supportive. They seemed to truly love and care for our parents. Some of them even showed up to their funerals- that is going above and beyond. The facility was clean and didn't have that "nursing home smell." Visitors are welcome and encouraged (which is a good sign). We can't say enough positive about Chancellor Gardens.

Chancellor Gardens is the best assisted living facility as far as my family is concerned. My sister has lived here nearly 14 years and she always tells me how happy she is being here. My mother has been a resident in the memory care unit for about the last six months. Sallie and her staff are amazing caring people that do loving compassionate work for those who live there. I would recommend Sallie and Chancellor Gardens to anyone looking for a wonderful place for their family and loved ones. Also if the facility you are considering does not hold a Valentine dance for residence and their families I would look somewhere else. Chancellor Gardens has a Valentine dance and it's amazing. The staff at Chancellor Gardens are the best! My mother was in a very unsafe situation and I talked with Jody in Marketing and she did the impossible to get us a safe place in Memory Care working to get us in and settled in a very short time. Everyone from the Director, Director of health, head of the memory care area and any other staff we have been in contact with have been so kind, understanding and accommodating to me, my mother and other family members.

We moved my grandmother in to Chancellor Gardens a few months ago and she absolutely loves it! The staff is very friendly and caring, this building has a very low turnover rate with staff which makes all the difference in the quality of care! The food here is great as well, my grandma always tells me about something new and wonderful that she ate each day! The building is newly renovated and very clean, it looks amazing! If you take a tour you will see that these people really care about the people that live there! Lastly, the activities are awesome! Chancellor Gardens has activities going throughout the entire day every day to keep your loved one engaged and happy!

Plenty of fun daily activities! Even lots of outings to restaurants, State Parks, theatres, museums, and such. The food is great! Tasty, with lots of choices and you can customize meals with some substitutes. Call button response is prompt, usually within 10 minutes at most! Despite being the biggest place I've lived in, it's WAAYY better than the smaller ones I was at before.

Chancellor gardens is the best assisted living place! Our loved one has lived here for nearly 13 years and continuously tells us how much she loves it. This is an awesome place for your loved ones! They did everything for me and my father in his last days at short notice. I was not a resident and in 2 hrs we were in and tucked in and being taken care of like royalty! I am FOREVER grateful for their excellent care for my dad and for me. Made me eat and washed my cloths as I felt better and brought me soap for a shower. Everything I can say about this wonderful place will come up short for what it was! It has been 5 years for my mother at Chancellor. The staff has been very good to her as she has aged. I am sad that she has not made more friends and participated in more activities. I imagine that this is a challenge for many of the residents. Still Chancellor was the right place for my mother and she appreciates staff and the people she does meet there.

I toured many assisted living facilities in the area, and Chancellor Gardens stood out to me as the clear choice to work with. The rooms and common areas were clean and inviting, the scheduled activities looked fun and engaging, and the staff were personable and friendly. They were so kind and helpful while we were there, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. They were exceptionally attentive and we will be forever grateful for the time we had there and for the personal care they gave to our mother and the family.

Let’s be honest…no facility will ever care for our loved ones as well as we feel they should be cared for, but Chancellor did as well as a place can do. Our mom was in the memory care facility for 8 months. The staff has been attentive, they have been responsive when we had complaints, and they have been flexible and accomodating. When she passed, we all agreed that we were glad we had her in such a good place for her last months. I would definitely recommend Chancellor.

I just want to express my appreciation for the amazing staff at Chancellor Gardens. We moved my mom into the facility in July. There is always a very friendly environment. Both staff and residents go out of their way to say hello and make everyone feel welcome. It has been a pleasure to hear my mom talk about conversations she has with friends when eating in the dining hall. My mom also loves to play a certain card game not being offered when she moved in. The staff found out the needed resources and helped to form groups that now meet weekly to play. This may sound like a small thing, but to my mom it was huge that the staff went out of their way for her enjoyment.

I have been so extremely impressed with the amazing team at Chancellor Gardens. It truly is a home environment, not at all clinical. As you walk the halls your are greeted by not only staff members but also Residents. Everyone seems so comfortable and happy there is such a Varity of activities. Something to for everyone even those residing in the Memory Care have a Varity of no fail activities to help keep them engaged throughout each day. So grateful my sweet Mother in Law was able to live out the winter season of her life with them caring for her.

I recently moved to Orlando leaving behind an incredible position I helped in chancellor gardens for almost two years. I just glanced at a few Assisted living facilities here in Orlando out of curiosity! I have realized Chancellor Gardens is taken for granted.... It is by far the most amazing facility that I have seen in every aspect! Aethstetically, caregivng, food and everything! I miss the hard-working employees, the friendly, welcoming, and fun management, and especially the exquisite meals I had too many of... 😉 I wouldnt trade those two years for any other employment anywhere else. I learned, grew, and enjoyed every minute of my experience there. Chancellor gardens does a killer job as much with employees as they do with their residents. My grandmother who lived there in the assisted living side and later moved to the CFL part of chancellor had the most amazing care and she passed recently... But me and my family are at peace knowing she had the best quality of care before passing. Keep it up everybody!

Chancellor Gardens became home for both my parents when home was no longer an option. Chancellor Gardens took them in with open arms. Mom went to memory care where the staff was loving and professional. When the time came for Hospice, everything possible was done to ensure her comfort and care. Not only her care, but also for my father and family as they travelled in from out of state. After my Mom passed, my Father continued to receive wonderful care. The staff was there to help him meet residents and join in social activities. As his health declined, he was 97, the medical team and staff provided the attention needed. He received all his care on property. It was purposeful, necessary and professional. Again, Hospice came in and truly made his passing comfortable. Chancellor Gardens is well maintained, has professional leaders and caring staff. Thank you to all the staff that cared for my parents for over 2 years. I cannot express my thanks eloquently enough for the past 5 years of care and comfort Chancellor Gardens has given first my dad and his girlfriend - Walt and Geri - and then the last year for my dad after Geris passing. My Dad passed almost a month ago, and saying goodbye to Chancellor staff wasnt like saying goodbye to family, it WAS saying goodbye to family. Rodney and Tammy have assembled a wonderful, caring staff. My father LOVED living there, all the friends he made with both residents and staff. My sister and I are forever grateful for the loving environment Dad and Geri were wrapped in for the final years of there lives. Thank you Chancellor Gardens. Chancellor Gardens is amazing. Not only is it a great looking building, the people are even nicer. You can feel the difference as soon as you walk in. Everyone greeted me and offered to help me. There is a welcome home sign up front and that says it all. Food was great. The place smelled wonderful and this whole place just made me happy. I was looking for a place for my family and I have found it. Look at other places but I think you will come back like I did.

I love coming to work and seeing the residents enjoy their lives. They take pride in their apartments and decorate their front doors. The holidays are the best to walk around and see the decorations on their "front porches". They have stories to share, just get to know them and your life will be brighten from knowing them. My mom spent her last couple of years at Chancellor Gardens. She was on her late 80s and celebrated her 90th birthday here. The staff were wonderful and patient. They treated her and our family with dignity and kindness when she finally passed on. I cant thank them enough for all they did for my mother and our family.

My husband, father, and myself took a tour of the facility, and were we ever surprised! The staff was absolutely kind, patient with all of our questions, and they tailored the to tour based on our needs. We spent about 2 hours there, and I never felt we were putting them out. As we toured, the Aids, nurses, and anyone else who crossed our path was very friendly. This is an awesome Assisted Living Community. I have personally worked with many of the staff and I can honestly say they have the cream of the crop. Amazing activity program. If you are looking for a memory care that has excellent memory and brain exercise therapy activities, Sally their program director is amazing and the staff is well trained and knowledgeable about the dementia disease and process. MBK has the most qualified and educated, educators to train staff so they can provide the best quality and dignified life for those who reside there. Rodney Washburn is one of the best administrator in the state! I would highly recommend Chancellor Gardens to anyone who is in need of assisted living care.

I love this place. My dad is in the dementia ward and Sallie and the caretakers are so sweet!!! I can tell my dad likes them and is happy there, which was a huge concern for me. Sallie will even text me pictures of him with puppies, or any cute picture of him smiling which really means a lot!!!

I love this place! Every staff member made my mother feel right at home. She was befriended immediately by the other residents as well as being cared for expertly by Carli and her staff of wonderfully trained CNA's and Andrea and her support staff. Every member of the team at Chancellor Gardens make you feel like you're family. In addition to the beautiful accommodations, nourishing food and endless supply of activities and outings, my mother felt loved. That's the most important factor for me. - Confirm with community manager that living and services required for you or your loved one's unique needs and budget are met.

Assisted Living Center uses the term "assisted living" or "personal care" to inform users that a community provides assistance with some Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). It may not meet your state's legal definition required for that level of care.
