This place will get shut down one day!!! [name removed] IS A SCAMMER AND THIEF. Her brother is an abusive [language removed]. How can you live with yourself knowing how you treat these vulnerable low income people?!?! MANY have died here mysteriously !!! Including my own mother. You’re despicable and you will answer to god for your wrongdoings one day.

This ad with the Caucasian people is lies and fake advertisement. Because the people who are living there as of now do not look this way 07/2025. No one ever answers the phone, nor do they return your messages which is very unprofessional. My uncle is very sick and uncappable of taking care of himself. He could go into cardiac arrest at any time because is heart beats so low, he's not remembering to take vital medications. Not remembering to eat he's depressed tired all the time, this is no assistant living facility. There are no nurses here to see that he takes his medications, No one to assist him into the shower @ $ 750.00 a month. The upkeep of the property is non existing as well as the inside which hasn't seen a fresh can of paint in 10 yrs, nor has the floors seen a mop in 10 yrs. The air in the hallways is thick with mildewed air, old air and stale air, you don't want to inhale, and they call this assistant living and retirement. Only in the HOOD the rundown areas and poor areas. That they closed their doors and turn their back on the communities and take their programs to fix up properties somewhere else. Middle class and up type of neighborhoods if the Caucasian people in this picture. Where living at Bay Gardens Retirement Assistant living Village, it would be located in the HOOD of Fowler Ave and 15th St.
