I had a short time to look for a independent living for my father coming from Fort Worth to League City. When I talked to Heather at the Delaney, I immediately felt at ease in this monumental task of putting a parent in a "home". Heather took the time that was needed to show me around and assured me Dad would be happy and well taken care of. She showed all the amenities for his comfort and to feel at home. Dad is very happy in his new surroundings and the care he is getting, and I am still at ease with the move. She made everything easy and had suggestions for whatever that was needed. I'll start with the great things about Reunion Court. The caretakers are wonderful! My mom has been at Reunion Court for a year and a half and it's been reassuring knowing that she's well cared for 24/7. They're respectful, engaging and treat residents with dignity. The facility is consistently clean and very well maintained. The activities are engaging and seem to be enjoyed by the residents that participate. Now the disappointing part that I wish I had known in advance. Based on my experience with their business office, there are some deceptive business practices that happened as part of the admission process, that are now coming to surface. It's absolutely insane that monthly expenses have increased 30% in a year and a half. When I first noticed a billing descrepency in January, the individual helping me at the time was transparent in where the issue came from and was quick to resolve it. Fast forward to August and there's a $4000 addition to the normal monthly bill that has been withdrawn, with zero communication from anyone in the business office as to what was happening and no advanced notice. When I asked about it, I was given an explanation and told the Executive Director would follow up...that was August 18th. Since then I've received 1 voicemail and that was 2 weeks ago. Perhaps it's a one off in my situation, as I would certainly hope this isn't happening to other residents. My father was in an assisted living facility several years ago and I never experienced financial descrepencies like this during his time there. I'll end with this...the caregivers and facility itself are wonderful. However, the lack of communication from the business office/Executive Director, lack of follow up, and feeling like I was part of a financial bait and switch tactic, have made this part of caring for my mother extremely frustrating and stressful. Had I known this advance, I'd probably reconsider my decision on Reunion Court, which is really disappointing because there are some great people working there.

If you are looking for a living place that has professional, compassionate and attentive to your loved one, Reunion Court is their next step home. It is clean, orderly and a brightly decorated environment. The residents and staff made my sweet mother feel welcomed. We were pleased with her time living at Reunion Court.

I enjoyed my visit today. There is a lot of love and compassion for the residents here. The residents in memory care enjoyed making book markers. And the residents in assisted living were painting. Painting with a twist! Everyone was calm and happy! The staff was very accommodating. Keep up the good work.

Its been a difficult road figuring out where to move my mom. We looked all over Kingwood, and Clear lake area to be near me or my sister. Lupe was a fantastic listener, she helped me work through some struggles with making a decision. She helped me to see what my mom is feeling. The place is light, and bright, and airy. I feel really good about what I saw here. We have made a decision to come to Clear Lake! Thank you for your help- Lupe.

I cannot say enough about this place. 5 stars all the way! My mother is in their Memory care . I saw Caregivers Shay, and Dorothy- they were both laughing with my mom, and dancing to music. This warmed my heart, she was smiling from ear to ear. They really do love her and care for her. I am so glad I made this choice, thank you for givint me peace of mind.

My mother was scheduled to move into The Oaks at Reunion Court (their memory care unit) several weeks ago, but she developed an infection and needed 10 days in the hospital and another 13 days of skilled nursing. Despite the delays and uncertainty regarding her arrival date, the staff at Reunion Court was absolutely wonderful! (Special shout out to Kate and Pat who were beyond wonderful.) So far, Reunion Court has definitely been worth the wait. The staff is anxious to understand and accommodate my mother's particular needs (poor vision, poor hearing, poor balance, etc.), but they actually seem anxious to accommodate every resident's special needs. The facility is lovely and well maintained, and it's very clean. (No unpleasant smells!) Additionally, the cost was actually less than we expected and considerably less than hiring in-home care providers. Based on my family's experience, you should feel comfortable knowing your loved one will be happy, safe and well-fed by the caring people at Reunion Court's memory care unit, The Oaks.

The staff at 12 Oaks of Reunion Court has been very helpful and welcoming as my father has transitioned into their Memory Care facility. While a difficult transition personally the staff has eased our families concerns as we have together navigated the best care plan possible for my father, who’s needs have been challenging. Communication and flexibility from our family and the staff has been key as every patient has different needs.

Reunion Court has been the perfect place for my MIL! We moved her from independent senior living (where she was very unhappy and lonely) to memory care (The Oaks) at reunion court. Since the move we have seen a big change in her, she smiles and laughs now. She has the care she needs, and all the wonderful activities to keep her mind stimulated. The staff has been wonderful, very helpful and supportive to her and us. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for her.
