My mother-in-law is there in memory care and we could not be more pleased with the care she is getting. All of the staff are as nice and can be and seem to really care. We like it so much we are about to move another family member there.

My mom is in the memory care side and the nurses are like us, not perfect. They have a lot of responsibility and do a very good job of juggling. Most of them have awesome attitudes and seem to be caring and loving people. I don't know what we would do without Castlewoods and their staff. Many thanks

I am in the process of moving into my room. I have met several residents during the first part of my coming in with clothes and such. Saturday is my big furniture/ boxes move. I am so thrilled that folks have made time to speak to my niece and myself! I'm a great talker myself and hope I start off right at Castlewoods!

Volunteered and throughly enjoyed my time here! The atmosphere was great! Everyone was SO friendly and in such bright spirits! The residents seemed very fulfilled and had nothing but positive things to say about their stay there and the care they receive. Bingo was a blast with this bunch! I can't wait to come spend some more time here!

Castlewoods is such a beautiful assisted living place! I was just bowled over by how lovely everything is, how my friend's room was so efficient, and how nice the staff were when we were there visiting!

Had very positive and helpful interactions with Anthony, Twyla and the ladies in therapy regarding new back brace. All agreed to work together to help her get the most out of therapy and use of the brace. Also love Thomasine who takes such good care of my aunt.

Thank the entire staff at castlewood for taking care of my brother bramlett posey and also for treating me like family whenever I went to see my brother.whenever I couldn't make it down I would call and I was always told that bramlett was doing good and that they would tell him his little brother called.thsnk the dining room staff for wonderful meals for bramlett and I no he will miss his caring friends he made while there,again thank the management for being so nice to bramlett during his stay and to all the staff for the care and love he was given,thanks chucky posey.

We have had the absolute best experience with Castlewoods Memory Care! Sheila, Anthony, Leona, Amanda and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to give the absolute best care to your loved one. They give each resident the individual care that they require, while treating them with the upmost respect and dignity. These precious memory care residents deserve to be treated like human beings and they certainly get it at Castlewoods Place. My family and I will be forever grateful to this facility.

My dad passed away two weeks ago and was mom"s primary caregiver. My brothers and I were faced with the stress of dealing with the loss of my dad and finding the right place for mom. The staff at Castlewoods Place was amazing and supported us through the admission process. They were compassionate and caring and the facility is beautiful. Thanks Amanda, Jan and Kristi for going above and beyond so our family can know mom will be comfortable and safe. Additional review 11/17/21: My mom had to move to the Memory Care Unit a few months ago...Sheila and her team are amazing! They take great care of mom and keep her busy - which she loves. This is the worst place I have ever seen. I had to put my mother on hospice care due to her cancer. She loves to play bingo but apparently no one would take her down to play due she is not on a list. Also she said the food is horrible and has gout but they still give her stuff she can’t eat. We have had a meeting with the staff but apparently they don’t care either due it has not got any better. I know they are short of staff but they really need to care of their patients that are paying for service.

Castlewoods Place is a top notch facility. My dad was at this facility and the level of care and compassion cant be beat. Its easy to tell that the staff truly enjoys caring for their residents. We had an unpleasant experience with another facility in Brandon and it made me really appreciate the staff at Castlewoods Place. Thank you for all that you do!

My grandparents are here and its a very nice, safe and secure assisted living facility with tons of stuff for the elderly to do daily from workout classes to arts-crafts, to outdoor activities to games to live music performances, etc. The staff is friendly, responds quickly to any and all calls regarding patient questions and care and they take great care of my grandparents. The only complaint my Granny has is the food is not very good. Lol!

Castlewoods Place is a wonderful place to live. The staff and all the employees are very friendly and super nice. Tiffany has some activities going on all day that you can join in and have fun. We have church services every Sunday morning and prayer meeting on Wednesday. If you or your family are looking for a assisted living place you should come check out Castlewoods Place.
