July 2026
The current Wellness Director Parveen at Vitality Windermere is truly exceptional. She is present every single day, always available, and responds promptly to emails, phone calls, and texts. No matter the situation, she always says, My pleasure, and her kindness reminds me of the outstanding customer service at Chick-fil-A. Even without an Executive Director, she has been a constant source of support for residents and families a will help anyway that she can. My grandmother-in-law was fortunate to have her at another community, and seeing the same compassion, dedication, and leadership here has been incredibly reassuring. Entrusting a loved one to a senior living community is never easy, but she makes it so much easier by genuinely caring for both the residents and their families. Vitality Living is incredibly lucky to have her and I hope that she never leaves. I must say the leadership team as a whole is amazing. From the activities to the food, it is really great. Glad we chose here!

From the moment you walk into the community, there’s such a beautiful and calming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at peace. A huge part of that feeling comes from your director of wellness Parveen and the energy she brings into the building every single day. What I appreciate most is that she is genuinely herself. Nothing feels forced or fake. She leads with compassion, honesty, and such a calming presence. She’ll even sit in dim lighting in her office sometimes just to create a more peaceful, less overwhelming environment, and I promise you, it works. You can feel the difference. She communicates so well, listens without making you feel rushed, and truly makes people feel seen and cared for. It’s rare to find someone who makes such a difference in both the biggest and smallest ways. Most importantly, my sister is genuinely happy under her care. My sister enjoys the outings the activities, the happy hours especially! I have not seen my sister dance in years, but each happy hour she’s up on her feet and that makes me happy. She absolutely loves being there and that means everything to our family. So thank you for that! Knowing she’s being cared for by someone who truly has a heart for people brings so much comfort. All the managers are exemplary and I’m beyond thankful. Parveen is absolutely adored for a reason, and this community is lucky to have her and all the managers
May 2026
Our family’s experience with Parveen has been exceptional. After previously caring for my mother at another community, we were so impressed by her compassion, professionalism, and extensive knowledge that we chose to follow her to this community. Parveen consistently goes above and beyond for her residents, ensuring that each individual feels seen, valued, and genuinely cared for. Her dedication creates a level of trust and comfort that is truly rare. In addition, the community itself provides a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment that gives families peace of mind. I must say I’ve had lunch and dinner at this community and the food is beyond my expectations. We are incredibly grateful for the quality of care and leadership demonstrated here.

The folks working at Sonata (recently renamed Vitality Living Windemere) seem universally kind and helpful. However, other aspects have deteriorated over the past two years. While there are still moments of greatness here, the consistency varies widely. First off, the food quality has deteriorated. Two years ago, the menu offered a variety of entrees comparable to what you might eat in a mid-level restaurant. Today, the menu repeats, and occasionally the meal is a sandwich with cold cuts. At this price point, nobody should eat unhealthy lunch meat for dinner. Although the kitchen solicits resident feedback, the chef responds to requests with excuses about the budget. Little improves. Again, at this price point, and with a chef in a full kitchen, food costs shouldn’t be an issue. Plenty of other facilities achieve better results with less revenue per resident. I should also note that the owners have increased rents every year. If there are budget issues, they are self-inflicted. I also have concerns about the amount of salt used in the meals. Residents can add salt if they wish, but they can't remove it. The staff claims a nutritionist reviews the menu, but I can’t imagine they signed off on this level of sodium for senior citizens on blood pressure medications. I also have concerns about the staffing levels. In the past, I have heard that residents have had difficulty getting help in a timely manner. If there aren’t enough staff to address resident pull cords and alarms, the staff must call 911. The residents rely on their alarms and pull cords for health and safety. If someone has fallen or has chest pain, they need immediate attention. It isn't clear to me if this has been addressed. The activities also seem less frequent and less interesting than they were two years ago, when each month had an entire calendar of activities around a theme. That isn’t to say it’s all bad; chair dancing is a hit! If there is a pattern here, it’s that the staff is great and the leadership team (chef, activities director, etc) seems to be slacking. Another challenge here is health care. Vitality provides transportation to appointments on Tuesday and Thursday, but only if there is availability. When family members have to take off work to drive residents to see specialists, something isn’t working correctly. Again, when we moved in, we were sold quite a different standard of care. Finally, to end on a brighter note, the setting looks beautiful, surrounded by trees, nature, and a lovely lake. Again, the staff I've met are universally lovely. I’m hopeful that the new owners will take immediate action to address my concerns above. This facility really impressed us two years ago, and with better management, it can get there again. To do that, I should note, the facility first needs a dedicated on-site director to raise the bar, especially when it comes to food and proper staffing levels.

I would like to take a moment to express how truly grateful our family is for Parveen the new Wellness Director. From the very beginning, she has shown nothing but compassion, kindness, and genuine care toward my mother. Her manners and politeness are deeply appreciated, and the respect she shows to both residents and families does not go unnoticed. My mother is so happy under her care, and that alone brings us peace of mind. I must say I am very pleased with her character. She is honest and transparent, and even during uncomfortable conversations, she carries herself with integrity and professionalism. As families, we sometimes experience denial or even guilt navigating this stage of life, but she approaches every situation with empathy and unwavering support. For that, I am truly grateful. Let her know she’s appreciated and we are thankful for her.

I can’t say enough great things about this assisted living community. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth, compassion, and genuine care that goes into everything they do for the residents. The staff is attentive, kind, and truly dedicated to making sure each resident feels safe, respected, and at home. A huge shoutout to their new Wellness Director Parveen, who is absolutely phenomenal. She goes above and beyond for both residents and families, advocates fiercely for quality care, and leads her team with professionalism, heart, and integrity. You can tell she is passionate about what she does, and it shows in the way the community runs so smoothly and the residents are so well cared for. If you’re looking for an assisted living facility where care, compassion, and leadership truly matter, this is the place. Highly recommend!

I’ve had the pleasure to work with this awesome facility and I love it! The place is beautiful, the staff have great energy and residents are a blast to work with.
December 2025
I've been entertaining the residents in at least 300 different Independent Living, Assisted Living, Healthcare and Memory Care facilities in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, South Carolina and Florida for the past 31 years and Sonata Windermere is truly one of the best managed and beautiful facilities I've had the pleasure to visit. It feels like a luxury hotel and a cozy home at the same time. The staff is very caring and have a very gentle and respectful attitude with the residents. The Activities department has many varied activities for the residents every day and participate in the activities with them. I would recommend Sonata Windermere to everyone that is looking for a special place for their loved ones.
December 2025
I moved my mother, who has dementia into Sonata Windermere in August 2025. Sonata says they are a memory care facility. My mother is in a wheelchair and cannot speak. She would sometimes try to stand up and if she did, she would fall. This happened the first week she was there. She had fallen a few more times and had to go to the hospital. I was contacted by Kristin, who is the director or Sonata and she told me I need to hire someone to come and sit with my mother for a few hours a day. I told her that is what I am paying Sonata for, to care for my mother. Kristin told me they could not provide one on one care and that Sonata was an assisted living community, not a memory care facility. I contacted some people about sitting with my mother and most wanted $30 an hour. As time went by and my mother had a few more falls, again Kristin told me I had to hire someone to sit with my mother, but now it had to be 10 hours a day. I was already paying over $90,000 for my mother to be there. If I had hired someone for the hours Kristin wanted at $30 it would have cost an additional $109,500 a year. As I said my mother cannot speak and has not been able to speak for a few years. One day I received a call from Sonata saying my mother fell off the couch. I asked Kristin, knowing that my mother falls, why would they let her lie on the couch. Kristin said if a resident asks to lie on the couch, they have to let them. I later asked [name removed] did my mother ask to lie on the couch and she said she did. I told [name removed] my mother cannot speak, so either [name removed] was lying to me or the aid lied. Finally, I was told by Kristin, Sonata is not a memory care facility, even though it says it all over their signs and is advertised as a memory care facility. I was told I had to move my mother out of Sonata. I moved her out (Nov 2025) and the day I moved her out; I call Abby, who is in charge of billing and told her to stop the automatic withdrawal from my mother's bank account. My mother is under Hospice care and Advent Health Hospice provided a bed, and I forgot to remove the bed from Sonata. Sonata at no time tried to contact me and remined me that I needed to remove the bed, which I would have done. I checked my mother's bank account and Sonata had charged my mother another month ($7,642.75) for not removing the bed. Sonata is a nice facility and the aids who cared for my mother were very nice, but the administration said is horrible, especially [name removed]. I have met some people who worked for [name removed], and no one had anything nice to say about her. If you are looking for a memory care facility, I would not recommend Sonata Windermere.

Life-Changing Community and Exceptional Care for Our Veteran Father Moving our father, a proud Vietnam-era Naval Aviator and stroke survivor, was the biggest decision my family has made with my father. After losing our mother, he fiercely maintained his independence, but managing his meds, meals, and isolation”especially in the harsh New England winters”was becoming too much, even with our dedicated help. Choosing Sonata Windermere was truly life-changing for him and for us. From the first inquiry, the staff was phenomenal, literally holding my hand through the application process, keeping me informed, and guiding our family with respect through this significant transition. Now, Dad is thriving. Exceptional Care: The attentive and friendly staff ensures he gets his medications reliably and is well looked after. Dining & Health: He absolutely adores the restaurant-style meals with choices, getting three square, delicious meals a day. He is also taking full advantage of the daily workout opportunities and in-house Physical Therapy (PT), keeping him engaged and active. Beautiful Apartment: His room is much more than just a room”it’s a beautiful, modern apartment. It feels luxurious, but with the age-appropriate amenities built-in (like the walk/roll-in shower and safety bars), offering dignity and comfort without compromise. The Community: Most importantly, he has found his community. He is making fast friends, enjoying meals with his neighbors, and participating actively in organized meetings, games, and casual meetups. The isolation is gone. Sonata Windermere gave our father back his quality of life and gave our family complete peace of mind. We cannot recommend their facility and their team highly enough. Thank you, Sonata!
November 2025
From the very first day, Sonata has shown what a supportive and caring community looks like. Leadership goes above and beyond to provide guidance, encouragement, and a positive environment for everyone involved. The teamwork stands out ” people genuinely care about one another and about making residents feel loved and valued. The residents themselves bring so much warmth and joy; it truly feels like a family atmosphere. It’s easy to see why so many people appreciate being part of the Sonata community. It’s a wonderful place that radiates compassion, dedication, and genuine care.
November 2025
We have been taking my mom who has FTD to Sonata for their day stay option for a few weeks. She has really enjoyed her time there and is well cared for. The facility is clean, modern and has many activities to keep her busy.
November 2025
I absolutely love Sonata Windermere! The building is beautiful, modern, and always so clean. You can really tell how much care goes into keeping everything looking great. The atmosphere is peaceful, warm, and welcoming, and it truly feels like home.
October 2025
Windermere Sonata allows people to age with dignity. I cannot express the gratitude I have for this place and the entire staff- the sales team, executive team, front desk, nurses and med techs, dining staff, cleaning staff.every single person we have encountered has been so kind, thoughtful and caring. What an absolute blessing this place is. It’s like living in a 5 star resort!!!
October 2025
We recently visited Sonata Windermere for two days and we would love to share the amazing service provided to their residents. The Executive Director: Mrs Collazo, Activity Director: Jill Morrero, Maintenance Director: Todd Olds, and the front desk: Louise Pierre, went above and beyond to welcome us on site and accommodate all of our needs. They were so kind and attending to their residents. I would highly recommend this facility to all looking for a home for their loved one.
October 2025
This beautiful building is filled with the most caring wonderful staff, they show up early and go the extra mile for their residents. They are surprisingly courteous with each interaction. Many other facilities have employees who simply clock-in and out to do a job. We witnessed their staff building personal relationships with each resident, as a Member of a family! This all starts from the top-down: Kristin C. leads with love, knowing everyone's name, she engages staff and residents, and her personal care for each of them is what has transformed these people to be the most loving-caring heart-felt environment we have ever seen for assisted living. -Andrew D.
October 2025
When I go in to visit, every single staff has been so helpful. Residents enjoyed a plethora of activities and friendships with the staff, and other residents. This is a happy place.

This is such a warm and welcoming place. The staff are always kind and genuine, and it feels like a community where people are truly cared for. Every time I’ve been here, it’s been a positive experience.
September 2025
Love this community so much! The team truly cares so much about their residents and families . I have encountered so many different staff members and management team that go above and beyond for resident care/satisfaction, and not to mention there is always something fun going on activity wise for the residents and family members! I would most definitely recommend this community to seniors in the West Orange area.
September 2025
Even though my mom was in the hospital, Sonata kindly decided to move forward with her art show, which happened to fall on her birthday. Our family attended on her behalf, and it turned out to be a truly beautiful and well-attended event. The residents and staff were incredibly thoughtful ” everyone asked about my mom’s well-being and sent her heartfelt wishes. The evening was filled with music from the pianist, and at one point we all joined together to sing Happy Birthday, making the celebration even more special. Our family truly felt the warmth, kindness, and appreciation that everyone there had for my mom. When we later showed her the video of the evening, she was delighted and proudly said, They loved my art. Thank you, Sonata, for honoring her work and surrounding her with so much love and community on her special day.

Rhody was a great, very comprehensive and transparent in his tour and presentation.
August 2025
Kelly, the Valeo Memory Care Director, at Sonata Windermere is one in a million! She truly has the residents' best interests at heart. Mom has been at Sonata for five years now. Kelly is the first to plan an Easter party for residents and families with a special appearance from the Easter Bunny, tea for Mother's Day, and Poker for Father's Day. Every week there are outings that the Memory Care residents are taken on whether it be to restaurants, museums, bowling, etc. It means a lot to the families that their loved ones are so well taken care of. Thank you, Kelly!
August 2025
They have been more than accommodating for our family! Kristin their executive director has gone above and beyond to make sure all of our questions are answered. Sonata Windermere was the perfect choice for our loved one.
August 2025
Facility and surrounding property are beautiful.Admission staff was very helpful through the transition. Mom has been there a little over a month so it is difficult to give an accurate assessment. Communication with the staff could be better. Numerous attempts to contact have to be made for a response.
August 2025
Sonata Windermere is a beautiful facility with very caring staff, they offer a lot of activities and social events for their residents, even with their memory care portion as well. I know many residents really enjoy living there and I believe they help transition the residents well and make them feel welcomed and cared for. I would definitely recommend anyone looking in the area for assisted living to come and visit and take a tour. You will be amazed.

The team here is amazing and the care they give is the best in the area. Never a dull moment with so much to do.

This beautiful lakefront community feels more like a welcoming boutique hotel than an assisted living facility. But what truly sets it apart is the incredible staff. From the front desk to the dining room, the finance office to the nursing team”every person we encountered took the time to get to know not only my dad, but our family. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference during a very meaningful chapter of his life. We’re deeply grateful.
April 2025
I always enjoy visiting this beautifully located facility right on the lake”such a peaceful and scenic setting. The building itself is very well-kept, and many of the staff are truly kind and dedicated. It’s clear they care about the residents, and that’s what matters most.

My father had a hemorrhagic stroke four years ago and has been cared for by Sonata Windermere since mid 2021. The staff at Sonata could not be more thoughtful, sensitive, and nice. The facility is always maintained, clean, and is located on a beautiful lake. Their daily social activities are well organized and FUN. Because of Sonata, my dad's health has been unbelievably fantastic; especially after his hospital neurologist described how he narrowly survived a massive stroke.

My sisters and I needed a place for our mom to live and be safe and sound. We toured the residence and fell in love right away with the beauty of the facility itself. Then, there are the beautiful staff who run the residence. Jennifer first showed us around and that was it, we were sold. Of course, mom loved it too. That is where her journey began. Nadia, Kristen, and Kelly were perfect guides on getting mom in and settled. The medical staff have been great with taking care of all her needs. Mom has really enjoyed Claudia and Jill the activities staff. And there are so many activities that keep her busy. The dining staff and the food are great as well. We thank all of you for everything you do, and we are so glad we found her home at Sonata.
February 2025
We toured many prospective assisted living facilities for my MIL. SONATA at Windermere was far and away the best we saw. Excellence in facilities, price, value, cuisine, activities offered, and most importantly, staff who are genuinely friendly and concerned about our loved one's well being. Since move in day 3 years ago, our high expectations have been surpassed on all levels. and our loved one is thrilled with her living situation. Director Jamie Lu is outstanding with communication and listening to concerns and compliments. (Concerns have been few, while compliments have been many.) We have found every person we've dealt with at SONATA Windermere to be stellar.
February 2025
I am so glad that I have this facility of an assistant home, taking care of my family. I can say the med tech that my family speaks up upon the most is Denise pagan. I was told that she is very passionate. She is very loving. She’s funny she loves to talk as well likes to hear my moms stories. She’s very much alert. She has passion for for what she does.As well she is a good listener.
February 2025
Sonata Windermere is beautiful and immaculately kept, but more importantly, it is staffed with people who actually like and care about the residents, their jobs and each other. There is a true sense of "community". Whether it be Jennifer, Nadia, Turquoise, Chef Sam, or any other staff member, they are quick with a smile, an assist and an ear. We can rest easy knowing our loved ones are in their good care.

December 2023
My mom lived at Sonata/Azpira for almost 2 years. Mom’s apartment had a stunning view of the lake. Sonata is best for those needing minor assistance (medication assistance, dressing, etc). There is a clique of very independent functioning residents who influence management. Most residents are friendly. Staff at Sonata was wonderful: the concierge (Zayonara and Val), Activities (Claudia, Lisa and Jill), maintenance staff, everyone in the dining room from chef to waitstaff all knew Mom’s name and showed her much kindness as she started to decline One star off for Jamie P Wellness director. It should really be two stars off. Not only did she lack empathy (what was expressed was not sincere) but also would not provide any options for additional care other than moving Mom to a different facility. Which we did.

My grandma moved into this community 6 months ago. I live out of state and visited last weekend. It was like I was walking into a 5-star resort. Upon entry, the daily happy hour was happening with a live pianist and dancing in the main lobby overlooking the lake. I definitely recommend Azpira at Windermere!
February 2023
I attended a social networking event at Azpira a few weeks ago. I have visited before but many years ago. With recent updates to management, you can truly feel it in the air. Every person I saw had a smile on their face and said hello. All of my referrals will initially go to Azpira first. Great job to the team!
February 2023
A beautiful lakeside community! I recently visited the community and was blown away by the kindness and hospitality that Azpira had to offer!
February 2023
My grandpa invited me to the lakeside Christmas event that was held here. The event was held in the outdoor courtyard. They had live entertainment, a lake view, a fire pit going with the option to make s’mores, a hot cocoa bar, and high quality appetizers. It seemed like every resident who lived here was in attendance and it was such a great time!
February 2023
I recently toured the community to help my grandparents in their decision for a senior living community. Upon entry, the lobby overlooks the lake for a beautiful first impression. The residents were all involved in activities and a pleasure to talk to. After speaking with current residents, the decision is easy”Azpira is the place my grandparents have picked and look forward to staying social and healthy.
February 2023
Azpira at Windermere has been a blessing to my parents. They have a full social calendar and always so happy when I visit. They recently went on an outing to a horse ranch and can’t stop talking about it! A truly beautiful senior living community!

January 2023
We moved our family member into Azpira at Windermere in late January of 2020. The staff at the time of move in was nothing short of incredible. Kim “ the Memory Support Manager at the time “ was with us every step of the way during our family member’s adjustment into their new environment. Shortly before COVID occurred, a new Executive Director “ Ashley “ stared. Again “ nothing short of incredible. JoJo and Jackie “ two of the resident assistants “ just amazing. Always so nice, always so accommodating, etc. Communicated clearly what was happening. I will say that during the COVID shut down, the team there did everything they could ensure the safety and comfort of the residents. Azpira at Windermere was chosen because it was only 3-4 years old and it just had a warm comfortable feeling. That said, mid-way through COVID, a new Executive Director, Tracy, came on board. Almost instantly, the feeling inside the community changed “ and not for the better. It seemed that the staff became afraid to communicate what was occurring with family members. There was little to no communication from Executive Leadership about what was going on inside the community. One time, I tried to approach Tracy and she literally turned around and walked away (after visually locking eyes). I was just going to introduce myself. Previously, when music or parties occurred on the Assisted Living Side, Memory support residents were always brought over to enjoy it. This changed under the new leadership and it felt as if the Memory Support residents were locked away. We were very understanding that COVID changed a lot of things for everyone, however, these types of changes are systemic of other issues. In the summer/fall of 2022, Leadership again changed at Azpira. I am happy to say that the feeling that drew us to Azpira at Windermere has returned back to what we initially felt when we moved our family member in. You walk in and everyone is professional yet warm, and always there to assist when needed. I can’t say enough about Emily the current Memory Support Manager. Her empathetic, listening ear has been so supportive. Naomi, Nadia, Emily, Cassandra, Bonnie “ and so many others to mention “ have brought the heart back into caring for our loved ones. We are thrilled to see the turn around that has happened at the community. Thanks to each of you for all that you do every day.

Emily is the representative that met with me for over an hour. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the facility. Her enthusiasm about her job that I could feel was amazing!! The grounds are well kept, the appearance of the facility inside was superb! The programs offered are plentiful and I really liked the fact that the entire staff seems very committed to their job. I have no reservations about moving my spouse there.

My dad is a resident there and we are very pleased with the staff and care he receives. The food service is excellent from meals to bake items, everything is fresh, they love to celebrate holidays and go above and beyond for their residents.

A problem with a lot of assisted livings is the food... but the culinary manager Cassandra & her staff of chefs and waiters go above and beyond to create an amazing experience and delicious meals for the residents in the dining room. If you or your loved ones are foodies you will not be disappointed with what Azpira at Windermere's Kitchen has to offer!

Visited Azpira a few weeks ago and was amazed at how well maintained, upkept, clean, and visually appealing everything was. The staff members were very kind, polite, and respectful and catered to their patients needs. Very different from the typical stereotypes that come with many assisted living facilities. Keep up the great work.

Azpira is a beautiful facility. Before touring, I wanted to speak to a few residents to see how they liked living there and they all said they enjoyed their environment. I could definitely see what they were talking about. The community sits off of a lake, community fire pit with lounging chairs. A grand piano sits inside the lobby area where you can chit chat with fellow residents or family members. The dining area reminds me of a B&B @ Hilton. Very welcoming and clean. I set up a tour and met with Nadia who made me feel comfortable about the decision I want to make for a family member who means the world to me. Thank You Nadia for making my time well spent and easy.

We moved my grandparents here about a year ago. Azpira went through a substantial staffing change when we arrived. The newly promoted Executive Director, Naomi, has done a terrific job building the community. She takes personal interest in every aspect of Azpira, from the employees who work at the campus, the physical campus itself, and most particularly the residents. We can tell a big difference in how the campus feels when we visit. The newly appointed maintenance director, Orlando, has done a great job staying on top of the day to day repairs that were constantly left for another day; meaning repairs are taken care of in a timely manner instead of forgotten and never fixed. We are very happy with the job Orlando and Carlos do around the campus. They keep the facilities working, literally keeping the lights on and the water running. The business office has always been very easy to work with, from Naomi’s transition from business office manager to executive director, to the current manager, Nadia, we never worry about missing invoices or documents when we need to submit things to our long term care insurers. The nursing staff directors are both internal promotions, so they know what the residents needs are and take care of the day to day. We greatly appreciate Emily and Bonnie’s commitment to making sure the floor is adequately staffed and that residents are monitored with attention and care. Another bright spot is the dining room and kitchen staff. Cassandra runs a smooth operation. I am so glad that when Grandpa has GI issues she is open to modifying his diet and making sure what he eats tastes as good as it is nutritious. Grandma is especially happy when the campus has parties as Cassandra and her staff work to make the food served extra special. It feels and tastes like a banquet buffet rather than a school cafeteria. That is not easy while staying within budget. The current staffing all the way to the CNAs and housekeepers are all very good at making sure Azpira is a very pleasant place. The campus has a staff and administration matching the beauty of Lake Speer. Highly recommended!

Our uncle has lived here for 2+ years. The administration and team in place are awesome. We support from out of state but visit regularly. The team is incredibly good at communicating with us and very caring towards our uncle. We attended Octoberfest there yesterday and could see by the outstanding food , entertainment, and spirit of the crowd that Azpira continues to be a great fit for us. You can see the commitment to residents in daily staff interactions and support with respect they display.

Ms. Berindei: At the outset this is a positive note regarding the Staff who are taking care or my Mother. We cannot give enough accolades to all of the staff at Azpira; Mom has been a resident for over 3 years and we have been amazed at how loving and caring all the staff have been to Mother and our family. Of particular note “ Hazel, Monica, Roxy and Bonny have been on the top of the list and have gone out of their way to make sure that Mom has what she needs and have all gone above and beyond care. By naming these few, we know that others have been left out; however, we have had more interaction with these four. Thank you for having and retaining such a caring staff, and please recognize them for the Stars they are. Sincerely, Bill Carbrey
