My life time friend is in the memory care facility and as much as it hurt me I found it was the right thing to do especially for her. My very first experience with the staff I knew this was the place I wanted her to be. They were so knowledgeable and kind and still are. The activity director is wonderful and treats them all as family. Actually me too. It helps to know she is loved and taken care of when family can’t be there. There are activities all the time for them and all the families. I would recommend Brookdale to all that are in this place in your loved ones lives.

Moved my mom into this beautiful assisted living community in February of this year and she is thriving! She loves the food, her friends and never misses Bingo! I am grateful she is cared for by wonderful nurses and caregivers! And the housekeeping team that cleans her apartment and does her laundry weekly- THANK YOU!

I am beyond excited to share my review of Brookdale Pinnacle. My sister joined the community as an assisted living resident in February 2025, and the transformation I’ve witnessed has been nothing short of amazing. Before moving into Brookdale, she rarely left her room or even got out of her lounge chair. She relied on our family for nearly everything. When I visited her two weeks ago, it was like seeing a whole new person! First, I love her room. It’s the perfect size, giving her the independence to easily navigate the bathroom, shower, and kitchenette. She now uses her walker to go to the dining room for lunch and returns again for dinner both of which she enjoys every day without complaint. She’s also joined bingo twice a week, made new friends, and even gets her hair done at the on-site salon. The biggest moment for me came when I stopped by to say goodbye before leaving Grove City. I found her sitting outside in the sun, something I couldn’t have imagined just months ago. I am so deeply grateful to the Brookdale Pinnacle team for giving my sister a new lease on life and helping her thrive with independence, connection, and joy.

My parents were at Brookdale from December 2016 until my mother passed away December 2023. Over that time, I had an outstanding relationship with the staff and management. Both of my parents were in good hands. The staff was cheerful, polite, and easy to talk with concerning their care. The facility is well maintained, and there were plenty of activities. Care staff, social workers, hospice care were all in contact with me on a regular basis. They were also more than willing to answer any questions I had and we had open conversations regarding their care and health status.

Brookdale is a great place! My grandma lives here and I have been around several different communities and this by far is the best. It’s clean, the staff is friendly and cares for her well, and there are a lot of activities to keep her busy. I highly recommend!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Brookdale Hospice. My mother in law received the best home hospice care from Lawanikee, Sonny and Mallory. I was very impressed from the moment my mother in law moved in, Brookdale had every supply ordered and delivered to our home in time to get my mother-in-law comfortable and situated. They helped ease the stress of her transition and was there always throughout her journey to answer any and all questions. Thanks to the compassionate and patient care of the above mentioned staff, my mother-in-law was able to spend her last few months on this Earth comfortably at our home. She adored Sonny and had some good laughs with Lawanikee and was pleased with her talks with Mallory. My husband and I are beyond thankful for all that the Brookdale staff did for my mother-in-law and for us. Without their care and compassion, we would have been lost. Thank you!
