I have been a member of the Heritage Woods staff family for 11 yrs in May of 2021. Our staff takes care of every resident of our home as if they are our family member which we feel they are. If this service had been available when my mother needed care I would have not hesitated to intrust her to the staff here.

I wanted to give heritage woods in Benton a huge shout out! What exceptional care they deliver to their residents! The facility is always so clean, the staff are so friendly so very caring to each resident. Its a great place for your loved ones to maintain their independence while at the same time knowing they have great caring helpers at hand should they need it. Its more of a family atmosphere there than anything else! Just a great comfort to know your loved one is being looked after and taken such good care of! Thanks to heritage woods staff for all you do in our community

When my mother and I toured the Heritage Woods of Benton Community, we were so impressed at how beautiful and clean everything was! We were introduced to many of the staff members and they were all so friendly and welcoming! They answered every question I had and didnt pressure me in any way. It will be a while before any final decisions are made but we know when the time is right, Heritage Woods will be our first choice!

There is ALWAYS something going on at HW of Benton! beautiful community. that helps older adults maintain their independence as an alternative to nursing home care. A residential environment with supportive services that serves all income levels, including those relying solely on Medicaid or Social Security.

My brother is a resident and seems happy there. He has a really good friend from his hometown living there also. I was allowed to stay in his room with him and that really helped since I live so far away. I also shared many meals with him and other residents while visiting . Hope to be seeing them all again soon.

I have been working here for over 5 years and I have never worked with so many compassionate workers and team leaders. This place is the best in caring and loving the residents we have. The residents are so funny and I have never had the chance to express how much we all really love and care for each and every one of them.
