While my mother did not end up at Brookdale, I will say their salesperson, Deb Catalano, was wonderful to us. From the moment we met her, my Dad and I felt the caring and compassion she exhibited. She spent a lot of time with us and the facility is beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend Brookdale based on our limited experience.

Both of my parents have lived at Brookdale. Prior to his death, my dad was in the memory care section. My mom lives there now. We have been really impressed with how caring and patient the staff are with residents. Staff members do a great job of making the place feel welcoming and fun -- lots of activities, good food, opportunities to do things outside of Brookdale, and nice facilities. My mom was reluctant to leave her home but has been really happy at Brookdale and we know she has 24 hour care!

I am the legal guardian for a friend who resides at Brookdale Bowling Green.. There are no words to describe how grateful I am for the quality of care at Brookdale Bowling Green. Management went way beyond expectations At the beginning to help my friend and me as guardian. I will forever be indebted to them for the time and care they provided.My friend is very happy and content at Brookdale Bowling Green. She loves living there with all the services and the friendliness of the management and staff. As guardian, I am very impressed with the positive and friendly atmosphere at the facility. Management and staff are all very engaging and create a family-like atmosphere. They are simply fun! Staff have made comments about how pleasant it is to work at Brookdale Bowling Green. Communication is excellent and that has been so important during the COVID period. They have diligently worked to keep everyone safe and healthy and they have been very successful while keeping everyone content. I highly recommend Brookdale Bowling Green. It is a model care facility.

The staff was so kind and attentive to my father that passed on Nov 23, 2020. They were aware of and practiced the protocols to avoid COVID-19 and are successful at keeping their residents safe and healthy. Brookdale is now home to my parents-my dad by his choice and my moms by my dads choice. I wish my mom could make her own decisions and I know she would be in her house that she dearly loves...but she is not in any mental state to make such a choice so she is with my dad at Brookdale. Let me tell you about the ppl that work and run Brookdale - they are a special group of people who take special care of their charges. They look after them like they are family. I know my mom-though not happy, is safe and well cared for. I thank God for people like them who are so kind and caring
