My mother-in-law was at the Hamptons last year and she had a wonderful experience. We also had a good experience each time we visited or called to ask questions or request something. The facility is clean, quiet, and has a positive atmosphere. The administrators are pleasant to work with and very helpful. The caregivers (and all employees we've had contact with including the cleaning & maintenance staff) are caring and kind to the residents. My mother-in-law needed to move back to the Hamptons last week after trying to live on her own. They made the return process smooth. The care givers came to the room to welcome her back with genuine kindness. We are so thankful she will be well taken care of there!!

I visited about a month ago and the water dispenser in the main entrance was not there because it was broken. When I visited yesterday it was not there again. Not all visitors bring water with them and it is nice to be able get drink if you are there for a long visit. Additionally, the trash cans in the halls do work automatically. I have one at home that has the same problem. If the problem is only the batteries, then please change them so we don't have to touch the lid. If the motor is dead, you can put a cabinet door knob on it to assist opening it.

Great community; my Mother has lived at The Hampton for 6 years; very clean, beautiful building, well-maintained, lovely garden/lawn, and a friendly/supportive/caring staff. There are so many activities for the residents to enjoy; not only within the community, but also outside of the facility which gives everyone an opportunity to participate in whatever they choose. Families are always welcome at any time every day and each month, there is a special "Family and Friends Day" held on a Saturday; always a fun theme, entertainment and delicious food for all to enjoy. My sister and I are so grateful for The Hampton at Meadows Place; the caregiving staff, Chef's menus (delicious), maintenance, and governing staff. All of our concerns or needs are always dealt with in a professional, kind and timely manner.

Our experience at Hampton is always welcoming. At the front desk is Ryan, who greets us heartily with a ready smile. Then we have the most caring staff member’s like Kaylah, Yanni and Aiden, ever ready to help us gather residents for the communion service. On the whole all of the staff at Hampton make it a great experience each time we visit. The place is orderly and beautifully kept.

Every time I go with my wife to see her mother everyone is always very nice. My wife knows most of the caregivers by first name. My wife’s mom room and bathroom is always clean. It doesn’t matter who’s working the front desk, they greet you with a smile and a hello.

Our Mom has resided at The Hampton at Meadows Place for three months now after being at another facility and she has received amazing care. The caregivers are very loving to the residents and you can tell Mom is well cared for. The caregivers have mostly all been there for a long-time which says a lot in this high turnover position. Yani Diaz sets the tone for all the caregivers and she makes sure all the residents are impeccably cared for. From the Office Staff to the all important caregivers, my family is so appreciative of what you do for our Mom. Thank you.

Charlene Reimer gave a comprehensive tour, complete with full and very friendly introductions to staff, all while enthusiastically greeting the residents. Whenever I arrive to the Hampton I'm always greeted with a big hello, smile and they always know my name! Very positive attitude at the front desk with Ryan as a shining star. The memory care staff have been very loving and supportive towards my mom. They know her very well. Yanni is excellent!

My mother lived at The Hampton at Meadows Place for more than 4 years and received such great care. The staff kept her engaged and she enjoyed many of the activities. Everyone was very welcoming and became like our extended family! I would definitely recommend it!

Ive had the chance to get to know the staff over the past few months, and I can honestly say that their friendly environment really does help you feel at home throughout their community. The staff is compassionate to their residents, as well as being ever so passionate about providing quality care. Even if (for some reason) you dont believe The Hampton at Meadows Place is a perfect fit for your wants or needs, their jobs arent done just yet. My father was suffering from Alzheimers disease and was wheelchair bound. We had placed in him a memory care facility located in Sugar Land, TX., back in April of 2018, but were forced to select another facility due to issues concerning a major management change that happened in the Summer of 2019. As a result, my family and I searched and reviewed (4) other facilities in the area. After our review, we selected and moved my father to The Hamptons at Meadows place in September of 2019. It was absolutely the best decision! Sherita Bostic, Director, Yani Diaz, and Raunya Hollie were extremely helpful in making sure that my fathers needs were met, that he was not left alone, but was rather with people while he was awake and they truly cared for my fathers well being. When the virus issue happened, they proactively went into protection mode to ensure that my father was safe and sound. Though this was difficult for our family because we visited him regularly, we understood and were grateful for for their quick action. Ms. Yani Diaz was an absolute Angel in allowing us to Facetime my father during this time so that we could see him, and speak to him over these past months. In addition, Ms. Sherita Bostic was especially helpful to our family when my father began rapidly digressing and made sure that we were able to properly say goodbye to him. I fully understand that one must have a heart for this type of work, and to add to it all of the additional tasks, and precautions that the staff have to take each and every day to keep their tenants safe and well cared for all I can say is Great job!, and thank you so very much for taking such great care of my father during the last eight months of his life.

I rate the care my mother received here as excellent. I spent 3 years coming up there to visit my mom every other day and towards the end of her life, every day. I miss everyone as it took me 30 minutes just to get to mom's apartment after saying hello to everyone. I would live here myself if the need ever arose.
