This facility appeals to the eye. However, the care in their memory care facility is lacking. There are no activities for the residents. They have lost most of my sisters clothes and have given her someone else's clothes that don't fit. The clothes given to her had other residents nametags on them. During the daytime that I spent with my sister, no one was offered any water to drink. I would not recommend this facility for memory care patients!

My father and mother stayed at this independent living facility. Very nice building and staff were helpful. But they are understaffed, so not very many activities During my parents stay, the alarm kept going off early morning for no apparent reason. But, most deficient is their food service. The food quality was horrible. Even though they claim to have a great chef, the food is below cafeteria grade and the service is slow.

Westmont of Morgan Hill has been an absolute blessing for my Mom. The staff is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares for the residents. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone’s comfort and well-being. For example, I'm particularly grateful for the care provided by the Director, Ria, who went out of her way to pick up a personal care item from the store for my Mom that she had run out of while I was away on vacation. This small act of kindness speaks volumes about the level of care and compassion at Westmont. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a variety of activities to keep residents engaged such as Bingo, Jeopardy, movie nights, etc. The meals are nutritious and served in the style of a full-service restaurant . I highly recommend Westmont of Morgan Hill to anyone seeking a warm, supportive, and loving community for their loved ones.

My mom has been living at Westmont for over a year. We are so pleased with the facility and staff. They are attentive and take a personal interest in the residents. We appreciate the caring they show to be sure mom eats daily and takes medications. If there are ever any issues the staff reaches out to resolve timely and are also receptive with any concerns we have. My parents recently made the move to Westmont in Morgan Hill. The property is beautifully decorated and maintained and has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The best part of Westmont though, is the staff. From the initial conversations before my parent’s move, to now, a couple months later, they have been so helpful and caring. When my mom took ill and had to go to the hospital, two of the nurses took their personal time to go visit my mom at the hospital. My mom is in Compass Rose (their memory care center) and my dad is upstairs in Assisted Living, and the staff across the board is wonderful. So thankful I have such a caring and dedicated team to help take care of my parents.

Westmont of Morgan Hill is an excellent retirement community. After researching several other communities in the South Bay with my uncle, we all (family) chose Westmont. My uncle moved in July 2023. After an initial transition process from a single-family home to an apartment, he has really settled in and enjoys living at Westmont. The staff is friendly, engaging, compassionate, and warm. My uncle and I have interacted with Ria, the director, on numerous occasions, Ria is very kind, compassionate, conscientious, proactive, and accessible. We are all confident in the staff and care received, hopefully for many more years. The facility is beautiful, with several amenities and activities available. My uncle has met some friends and really likes the convenience of the dining hall which is open from 7am -7 pm every day and the laundry and cleaning service. Some additional items we like about Westmont are the convenient location right off the freeway, medical and dental offices available nearby, the onsite haircuts, and several shopping and dining options nearby, including a family favorite, the In-N-Out, which is a 5-minute drive from Westmont.

This past year I moved my stepfather from a different assisted-living facility for a few reasons, including proximity to my home, an environment that is warmer and one that is more intimate. Given its size and layout, everything is much more accessible and easy to navigate. I feel that my stepfather is viewed by everyone on the staff and they are generally concerned for his well-being. When I go there I feel like I’m going to a second home and that gives me joy. Ria has gone above and beyond to make sure my stepfather is healthy, engaged and safe. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a next home for themself or a loved one.

Westmont of Morgan Hill is a very nice community. My mother has been a resident there since it first opened in 2011. She started out in independent living and as her health declined she has moved into assisted living with memory care. Throughout her stay there, now going on 12 years, the staff and management has treated her with great care and dignity. I’m always able to meet with the management staff and discuss her care and needs in an open and professional manner. I can drop by and visit at anytime and have always encountered a friendly and caring environment.

My family and I were reluctant to find an assisted living for my grandma. I guess we were still in denial that it is the best option for her and part of us didn't want to accept that the strong woman who raised us cannot live independently anymore. But a colleague recommended Westmont of Morgan Hill to us and convinced me to check out the place. I visited a few days ago and I can honestly say that it really helped put our minds at ease. Ria, the nurse director, greeted us and gave us a tour around the facility. I can say that the whole place is clean and well maintained. It has this homey feel that make the residents feel comfortable even if they're not living in their own homes anymore. I have also met other staffs during our tour and everyone seems to be so nice and friendly. Food and dietary plans have also been discussed and from what I have read from other reviews, all of them say that the food is great! I also found out that they recently received a 5 star from their most recent pharmacy audit. We ended up deciding to have our grandma stay under their care. After all, they have outstanding reputation, secure facility, excellent food/dietary care plans, competent staffs, and exceptional directors, Jolie and Ria, who make sure that everything meets excellent standards. So far, my grandma says she's happy. I couldn't have found a better place.

My mother in law moved in Westmont of Morgan Hill last week. She is happy about pretty much everything about this community. The staff are polite and helpful. Residents are friendly, too. They made her felt welcomed. She engages in most of the daily actives and really enjoys the interactions with people in the facility. We want to Thank Luis Nieves for the smooth move-in process. He works hard and efficiently. He did an remarkable job to solve all our hurdles/problems in a timely manner. My MIL would not be where she is now without Luis's help. Ria has done a fantastic job to manage with my MIL's medications. She not only makes sure all her refills arrive in time, but also she follow up with my MIL to make sure she takes her medications. Last but not least, I have to say that all ladies at the front desk are pleasant to work with.

Contrary to many assisted living homes I've visited, Westmont of Morgan Hill is meticulously clean. The residents constantly look forward to the nutritious, hearty meals. My mom moved into Westmont last year. It was an adjustment for my mom -- living on her own for the 1st time, being dependent on non-family members. Ria and her staff have been very caring with my mom. Now, my mom enjoys living there. She likes the activities, aides and residents. She also likes her apartment. Westmont of Morgan Hill is where we have placed our brother-in-law. We can’t be more pleased with his placement there. The facility provides a warm home environment. It is clean, safe and provides him with the upmost quality care. It allows us as family to feel rest assured that his needs are being met. In addition, the rooms/apts are perfect in size, clean and equipped with everything he needs including items like bathroom bars to meet his physical needs. The dining area is also great. Providing at restaurant type setting. The food is great and meets his dietary needs and restrictions. The extra curricular activities there help him to have social interactions and they are individualized to meet his mental and physical well being. Most important is the staff. Every staff there makes you feel welcomed from the time you arrive to the time you leave. Ria and her team go above and beyond to ensure that our family member is safe, happy and well taken care of. They are excellent in keeping us informed 24/7. It is clear that their primary goal and outcome is to ensure that all individuals residing there are happy and have what they need for a quality life.
