My mom has been living at Westmont for over a year. We are so pleased with the facility and staff. They are attentive and take a personal interest in the residents. We appreciate the caring they show to be sure mom eats daily and takes medications. If there are ever any issues the staff reaches out to resolve timely and are also receptive with any concerns we have. I would highly recommend the facility to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.

Westmont of Morgan Hill is an excellent retirement community. After researching several other communities in the South Bay with my uncle, we all (family) chose Westmont. My uncle moved in July 2023. After an initial transition process from a single-family home to an apartment, he has really settled in and enjoys living at Westmont. The staff is friendly, engaging, compassionate, and warm. My uncle and I have interacted with Ria, the director, on numerous occasions, Ria is very kind, compassionate, conscientious, proactive, and accessible. We are all confident in the staff and care received, hopefully for many more years. The facility is beautiful, with several amenities and activities available. My uncle has met some friends and really likes the convenience of the dining hall which is open from 7am -7 pm every day and the laundry and cleaning service. Some additional items we like about Westmont are the convenient location right off the freeway, medical and dental offices available nearby, the onsite haircuts, and several shopping and dining options nearby, including a family favorite, the In-N-Out, which is a 5-minute drive from Westmont.

My parents recently made the move to Westmont in Morgan Hill. The property is beautifully decorated and maintained and has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The best part of Westmont though, is the staff. From the initial conversations before my parent's move, to now, a couple months later, they have been so helpful and caring. When my mom took ill and had to go to the hospital, two of the nurses took their personal time to go visit my mom at the hospital. My mom is in Compass Rose (their memory care center) and my dad is upstairs in Assisted Living, and the staff across the board is wonderful. So thankful I have such a caring and dedicated team to help take care of my parents.

Westmont of Morgan Hill is a very nice community. My mother has been a resident there since it first opened in 2011. She started out in independent living and as her health declined she has moved into assisted living with memory care. Throughout her stay there, now going on 12 years, the staff and management has treated her with great care and dignity. I'm always able to meet with the management staff and discuss her care and needs in an open and professional manner. I can drop by and visit at anytime and have always encountered a friendly and caring environment.

I felt comfortable immediately when i first visited in September . I knew it was just what i wanted for my Mom. Now , six months into the facility my mother has already adjusted well, she tells me that she looks forward to the meals every day , and feels the genuine care and love being provided by all the staff.

Upon my first visit at Westmont of Morgan Hill, I was instantly impressed by the warm greeting I received from the receptionist. The ambiance was pleasant. I can see that the facility is well maintained and polished which is one of the important factors we were considering to ensure the comfort and safety of my grandmother specially during the pandemic. I was equally impressed with the leadership and direction of Jolie and Ria. The care team are also very detail oriented. I am truly satisfied with everything that this facility offers. From providing excellent care, administering medicines, and preparing good food that meets the dietary needs of every resident. Contrary to many assisted living homes I've visited, Westmont of Morgan Hill is meticulously clean. The residents constantly look forward to the nutritious, hearty meals. Most importantly, Ria, the nurse director, and the rest of the staff are excellent, knowledgeable, compassionate, and welcoming. Members of our family drop in unannounced several times a week and often stay for hours. We have never witnessed anything but the best care. Westmont of Morgan Hill is where we have placed our brother-in-law. We can’t be more pleased with his placement there. The facility provides a warm home environment. It is clean, safe and provides him with the upmost quality care. It allows us as family to feel rest assured that his needs are being met. In addition, the rooms/apts are perfect in size, clean and equipped with everything he needs including items like bathroom bars to meet his physical needs.The dining area is also great. Providing at restaurant type setting. The food is great and meets his dietary needs and restrictions. The extra curricular activities there help him to have social interactions and they are individualized to meet his mental and physical well being.Most important is the staff. Every staff there makes you feel welcomed from the time you arrive to the time you leave. Ria and her team go above and beyond to ensure that our family member is safe, happy and well taken care of. They are excellent in keeping us informed 24/7. It is clear that their primary goal and outcome is to ensure that all individuals residing there are happy and have what they need for a quality life. My mother in law moved in Westmont of Morgan Hill last week. She is happy about pretty much everything about this community. The staff are polite and helpful. Residents are friendly, too. They made her felt welcomed. She engages in most of the daily actives and really enjoys the interactions with people in the facility. We want to Thank Luis Nieves for the smooth move-in process. He works hard and efficiently. He did an remarkable job to solve all our hurdles/problems in a timely manner. My MIL would not be where she is now without Luis's help. Ria has done a fantastic job to manage with my MIL's medications. She not only makes sure all her refills arrive in time, but also she follow up with my MIL to make sure she takes her medications. Last but not least, I have to say that all ladies at the front desk are pleasant to work with.

We simply can't find words enough to describe our complete and total satisfaction with Westmont of Morgan Hill - an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility.My daughter and I researched numerous facilities in and around Morgan Hill, California, for many months. We were looking for the perfect Assisted Living residence for my 90 year old Mom.A large part of our decision to select Westmont of Morgan Hill was due to the confidence we felt in its Nurse Director, Ria Hernandez, to deliver the level of care and service we were looking for. Ria does an amazing job of keeping her Care Team functioning at peak performance in providing excellent care and genuine concern for my Mom and all the residents at Westmont.We are at the facility several days a week and are so delighted that Ria and her team are constantly checking in on Mom to make sure that she is comfortable and is receiving all the services she needs to feel safe and "at home." The facility is very clean and well maintained and we especially appreciate all of the creative, decorative touches the team provides at each and every holiday event. The residents there all seem happy and well cared for. It's like one big, happy family!We gladly refer friends and relatives to reach out to Ria if they are contemplating moving a loved one into Assisted Living or Memory Care. They were supportive and helpful throughout the intake process and went the extra mile on several occasions to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition for my family. All of the ladies are very nice and they treat my mom very well. The facility itself is very clean and nice. It is very pleasant to look at. The only drawback is that the facility is very expensive.

My husband is doing well in the Memory Care and the community is fine. They have activities for the residents. I join with him so he can try it out. The food is really good and I usually have dinner with him. They charge me $12 for a full course meal. That is a salad, the main course, and a dessert. I am also pleased with the caregivers in the Memory Care. They are very caring and positive.
