Encore Champlin has been a wonderful experience for our family. The administrator Beth is amazing and truly the reason why this location is as great as it is. She is personable, helpful, intelligent and genuinely cares about the residents. Are there occasional "bad" employees? Sure- that exists everywhere. Do the corporate folks seem fake, cold, and "in it for the money?" Yes- also not a new thing and not an Encore only thing. The good: the facility is clean with no bad smells, meds are passed accurately, there are a lot of activities, the residents actually smile and laugh, most of the staff are amazing and caring, and it's close to a lot of shopping/restaurants, the administrator actually comes out of her office and will help out if needed. The bad: they have a facility bus that has been MIA for a few years, residents say food is "hit or miss" The indifferent: Encore is one of the rare assisted living facilities that doesn't provide paper products to residents. Overall, even the "bad" and indifferent cannot dim the positives of the Champlin location. If you want your loved one to be cared for and safe in a clean, compassionate, and engaging facility- then go to Champlin!

I'm thankful for the great care my loved one is receiving at Encore. The staff have been great and very caring towards her. This has been a huge relief for me. The facility has always been clean and has a nice welcome feel to it. They also do a lot of fun activities, too.

We are in the process of moving my father here from out of state and have been touring memory care facilities in the area to find a place for him to live near us. A couple of weeks ago, I was given a tour of Encore and was very impressed with both the facility itself and with the types of care that my father could receive there. The Housing Manager, Veera, even brought me by the residents' coffee break/Happy hour to give me a chance to meat with some of the people currently living there. Unfortunately, due to my dad's current financial situation, we won't be able to get him an apartment here. Under a different set of circumstances, I would have signed up on the spot to get him in here. However, I also ended up speaking with Kelly Hurley, their Director of Sales and Marketing, while I was there. She took the time to tell me about a ton of other options and has been helping me navigate the process of finding a place for my dad to live for the past couple of weeks. To me, that is amazing dedication to your job and to helping others. If anything changes in the future, we're coming back here.

Good care, upbeat atmosphere, nice activities. The food was very good on some days and other days not, but that does not affect my overall rating. Overall, happy with the care my Mother received here.

We recently moved my grandpa here and i honestly love this place the atmosphere is very homey and the staff seem to really enjoy themselves and the job! Thanks for being so awesome! Definitely would recommend this place!
