My name is Joe and I have been living at the Villa Pueblo Senior living facility for almost 8 months my experience while living here is pretty decent the CNAs are really helpful the nurses are extremely helpful you will find one or two CNAs that are not very nice but other than that generally the rest of them are do they have a person who comes in and cleanses my room every other day which is nice I do get three meals a day breakfast lunch dinner I am able to buy my own food which I get through Walmart have delivered that way I do have some food that I like to have as what I call a snack maybe 2:00 in the morning I get hungry so I might want to have a bowl of soup or a sandwich sometimes I can get some tired of donut or maybe some peanut butter crackers to some things I never learned to hold me over till breakfast play you provide sodas they have Coke and if you want to have diet sodas as well Sprite root beer you can get orange juice to drink here you get hot or cold tea weather without sugar put other than that everything is pretty good here if you have any doctor appointments they will help get you dressed add help transport you to the doctor's office normally you'll have a CNA our company you to and from so right now they are in the process of fixing issues in the section where I originally was living they moved me to another room which is a private room and pair to where I was because I had to share a room with another person hands if you're lucky you can get along with that person

I have a family member who lives here and ive visited this place a couple of times and every single time I go the elevator isnt working, the food is bland, it smells like a dump, its always run down somewhere. The fact this place cost so much money is ridiculous, if I was an old person this would be the last place I go to. 3 grand a month for this amount of care is so sad. The care for elderly is non existent here, unless were talking about money. Then the care is top of the line. The only reason im not giving it a 1 star is some of the staff are nice and I think theyre great people. The lady who checks in on my family member is great and does a great job.

Our experience with our mother living at Villa Pueblo has been nothing but the best. The staff is the utmost professional, dedicated, caring, and so very helpful! It is such a nice place. It is so clean. I would rate it five stars. my plan, once I am retired, to set up house on the independent living side. I'm excited for all our future endeavors there at Villa Pueblo. Her mother loves it here!

My father has been at the Villas for the past 3 years. When your parents move to a senior living apartment, you worry that they will be treated wrong or they won't make friends, or a million different things. He was apprehensive about moving at first, but has thrived at this community! The staff is always welcoming and he does nothing but rave about everyone there. I have gotten the opportunity to visit with some of the other residents and they can't say enough great things about the staff, the food and the activities. Each and every resident i spoke with was incredibly happy. The new ED and staff have brought many activities to the community (military appreciation) and have impressed not only the families but most importantly, the residents. Highly recommend Villa Pueblo Senior Living!

Clean building with a friendly staff. I really like that everything I need is located in the building and when it isn't they make it easy to get to where I'm going with reliable shuttle service. There is also an apartment to rent which makes it very convenient for my family to visit me.

The head maintenance man, who has been at the building for 20 years, is very difficult work with.His first answer to every request is a sharp no, if the resident inquires more, he be comes argumentative. After dealing with him for 6 months we had to leave. He became more and more difficult.

Sherries is much appreciated as driver to appointments. A joy to know as is Josie at front desk. Get tired of same menus over and over but that will never change. Laundry machines downsized and don't work well. Takes forever.

My name is Jacky and I'm a 65 year old female living at Villa Pueblo. It is required that a person be at least 55 years old to live here. About a year ago, my lease was up at previous apartment so I started shopping around for another one only to find they were very expensive and quite sub standard. Villa Pueblo seemed expensive but considering all utilities paid including meals, basic cable and transportation, I had to consider it. Due to Covid 19, rides are temporarily limited to medical appointments only. My studio is beautiful and spacious with a large balcony and view of the mountIns. But the best thing about Villa Pueblo is their commitment to kindness through all staff, management and residents, which is a very diverse group. They all say it is like a family and it truelly is. It is very unique and special. I love it here and don't plan on ever moving. I recommend Villa Pueblo to anyone over 55 . It is like living in a high class hotel. Hope to see you here for a tour. It's worth it!
