Windsor Court Senior Living has been such a great place for our family. From the moment you walk in, it just feels warm and welcoming”not like a typical facility, but more like home. The staff are honestly amazing. They’re kind, patient, and really take the time to get to know the residents. You can tell they genuinely care, and that makes a huge difference. It gives us a lot of peace of mind knowing our loved one is in good hands. The place is always clean and well-kept, and there are plenty of activities to keep everyone engaged and social. The food is also a nice bonus”something residents actually enjoy, which isn’t always the case everywhere. This a beautiful and clean community. It always smells good when you walk in and it feels like home. When I have visited the residents are happy and they have a secure backyard patio that they can come in and out of freely. They love walking their laps. The staff there is amazing and caring. The food looks and smells great, Activities’s are inclusive reaching each resident, Myka and Deja are phenomenal, and the new ED Lisa is amazing. It appears to be a lot of change made but all in the right direction. I would place my loved ones here if they ever needed it. Especially for memory care. I highly recommend

I've spent a great deal if time in this community and would place my parents there. They have put so much energy into updating and making sure their memory care and assisted living are a safe, cozy, inviting space. The leadership and staff genuinely care.

I really highly recommend this facility, the price for my mother to live here is great! And considering other facilities in the area, for the price is highly recommended. The staff is caring and friendly. And the food is great!! And the staff is caring. Deja , Myka , and the rest of the staff should have highest regards in taking care of their patients. The staff is amazing. The apartments are easy to navigate even if you have a walker. I like the generous closets. Lots of flowers in the spring and summer. Great place!

We moved my mother in about 3 months ago. They made the process very easy. Nice apartments for independent living are nice. They have someone there in the Memory Care center 24 hours so if needed, they are just a call away in an emergency.

After my mom has lived in 5 other communities (Big and fancy) all of which where very disappointing to the point I had to move her yet again. I placed mom at Winsor Court in Weatherford in memory care Dec. of 2024. It has been a very good place for mom. Because Windsor is much smaller and there are way fewer residents, I feel the staff is able to manage and care so much better for the individual needs of the residents. It is very important to have eyes on the residents at all tomes. The Executive Director, Kayla not only listens to my concerns but also follows through with what she says she can do to help with a situation that arises. The nurse and aides are very caring and helpful. There are occasional times my mom’s clothes and other snall items go missing, but after letting the staff know, they searched and found them, or at least most of them. Overall I am very happy with Windsor Court. Also, I do enjoy having a camera in mom’s room. It helps me know if she is ok during the night and also it helps to learn the coming and goings of people around mom. All in all it is working out great.

I absolutely love this place! My dad is very content here, and very well cared for. It is a smaller, quieter environment that is well suited for his needs. All of the staff is amazing, from Deja, the marketing director, to Kayla, Windsor Courts director, to Michelle, the clinical director, to the members of the staff that I've gotten to know. They have connected to my dad very well, and have met all of his needs. I know when I walk out the door after a visit he is in good hands and is in the best place possible. The facility itself is well maintained, very clean ( smells wonderful) and very cozy and homey! Go check them out!

The best thing about Windsor Court is the people who care for my loved one. From the office staff, to the kitchen, everyone is kind and compassionate to the residents. Additionally, they are friendly and strive to have open communication with the family. The facility is clean and residents are well cared for. I’m very satisfied with Windsor Court as our family’s choice.

My sister's apartment was in very good move in condition. She has enjoyed the lunches very much and says the servings are a very good size. Since she has only been there two weeks and hasn't had time to participate in many activities, I can't comment on those but expect them to also be good.

Memory Care at Windsor Court is the perfect place for my mom. The facility is decorated to feel like home...very inviting, comfortable, and clean. The staff are professional and approachable, answering any and all of the family's questions, and we are always warmly welcomed when we visit. They demonstrate respect and love for all of the residents in the way they speak to them and care for them. My family and I feel so much peace in knowing Mom is loved and properly cared for here, and we highly recommend Windsor Court for families in need of memory care.

My mother in-law is less than easy to deal with and Arbor House has handled her like a champ for the last 2 years. The attitude held by the staff is nothing short of amazing. The care they provide to the residents is topnotch and it’s clear that they love what they do. Thank you for giving my wife and her mother such peace of mind. We moved my dad to Arbor House with a lot of resistance. My mom had passed away about 5 years prior and he didn't want to leave the house or stop driving. We got him to stop driving with the compromise that arbor house would provide a driver (their transportation buss). For weeks they would drive him by his house to check on it. He's now loving Arbor House and we've sold his old home. They still drive him by from time to time to check on the place. Wonderful staff love old folks and know how to keep them happy when there may not be a lot to look forward to. Couldn't recommend this place more to folks that are looking for help with their loved ones.

My mom’s been living at Arbor House for the last 3 years and loves it there. She got really lonely and depressed after my father passed and really resisted the move. We’re so thankful she went though. At first we used to see her a few times every week but now she’s actually busy with friends a lot which is funny and a bit different. She really enjoys the bunco group and putting together puzzles with a couple of other ladies. It’s fun to drop in and see her having a good time with others her same age. Highly recommend to any one searching.

We used Arbor House Weatherford, TX for two years until my mother had to be moved because of her health. To date of the four facilities she has used it was clearly the best. They have staff that has been there for over 15 years which is amazing since this type of business is known for it's high turnover. Not to say they didn't while we were there but they had a core of people that gave it stability. FYI they have three different options: standalone apartments, minimal assisted living where my mom was, and memory care. I can't speak for the other options. Where my mother was there were seven rooms with one caregiver on site with overlapping schedules. Several of the ladies needed minimal help, mostly showering so the ratio was great. Food was better than average but it's still low end restaurant quality for the most part with some surprises. As far as cost goes it was around $2700 a month and I actually petitioned both corporate and the local manager to raise the rate and pay their employees more. Compared to the other choices it was a bargain. Everyone in mom's section was private pay so they didn't have to be there. It was either there choice or the family's. Several had lived in the apartments and migrated to the assisted, often when a spouse passed away. Of all of the places my mother was it was the only one that I had recommended to others. The residents had their rooms decorated for the most part and it had a homely feel. Was it home, of course not. But it did pass the test of you don't walk in the door and immediately detect a strong unpleasant odor. If you are in the situation of having to look for a place for a loved one good luck. The curve is skewed toward the unpleasant side of the middle in my limited experience. Edit. Forgot to mention there were minimal cost increases while we were there, thinking between 5-10% off the top of my head. If the resident can take their own medicine is a big plus. If they can't there is an additional charge of several hundred dollars a month.
