Our Mom has been living and thriving at All American Raynham for the past year. It has been the best decision we could have helped her make. The wonderful staff, under the leadership of Shanice Rodriguez, treats our Mom with consistent respect, patience and kindness. The level of caring and cleanliness is outstanding, not to mention the food which is delicious and if top quality. I cannot say enough about Shanice who is always present and engaged with residents. Also, we are always greeted with a smile and a friendly chat from the front office staff, nurses, aides, maintenance, dining staff and cleaning crew. It is wonderful to see our Mom being active and mentally stimulated every day with workouts and games/activites.

Our family is so pleased with Mom's new home. Everyone has been so accommodating and friendly. Everyone, in all departments, has always had her best interests at heart. In doing my research on assisted living communities in Massachusetts, I often reflect on if the principles are being honored. I am most impressed by the leadership of this community. Observing how knowledgeable and committed the leaders are, helped me rapidly navigate through my thoughts of pursuing this community as home for my family member. Their communication and specifically the way they actively listened to my hopes and desires for my loved one is unmatched! I have been in the market of looking for a facility for my grandmother. I recently visited this facility for further information and Executive Director was in constant communication with my family and I leaving no room for confusion or uncertainty. The staff and all directors were professional and exceptional. I have no reserves in moving my grandmother here. Shanice R has been superb and tailored our search to meet our specific needs. She gave us a starting place for a seemingly impossible task, and was very helpful narrowing down facilities/communities that fit the criteria for my loved one. This is a wonderful & well managed assisted living community. It's had such a big turnaround within the last year thanks to its dedicated team of leaders. The commitment, effort and compassion from All American's team is what everyone should want for their loved ones. It's very peaceful. The residents who live here seem very pleased with the care and support being provided, as well as the families. All American stands by their values and I would recommend this community to anyone in need of assisted living.

My father recently moved into All American. It has been an amazing process. I was overwhelmed at first as I was facilitating the move from across the country. The Director of Community Relations was checking in with me frequently before the move. When she found out that dad would be taking a cab from his home to the facility, she arranged for him to be picked up. When dad arrived he didn't realize that he was going to have to unpack his belongings. So, three employees immediately helped him do so. Then the Executive Director FaceTimed with me to show me the apartment all set up. In the week since dad has been there they have done so many things above and beyond what I even expected or hoped for. They have been in constant communication with me to help me sort out so many of the transition items that have to be set up. The Executive Director has been superb and I am feeling more at peace. My dad told a visitor yesterday he is starting to enjoy his life of leisure and not doing chores! Thank you to all the workers at All American for taking such great care of my dad.

All the directors and Employees here are so kind and helpful. The building is beautiful …so many residents outside and they look good and happy so to live there. The staff That works there really cares and has a heart for what they do. I am very impressed with All American in Raynham, if I could give a 10 star review I would !!

My mother has been at All American for 3 years. I previously gave a 2 star review that I would like to update. They have made a change in directors and my mom and I couldn't be happier. Shanice has brought life back to the residents. There is always something to do. From social hour each day to arts and crafts, games and movie night. They planned an Easter egg hunt and the residents families invited and we had the best time. They have food demonstrations and dance parties. There are visits to local restaurants, stores and parks. My mom says she feels like she's on a cruise. The CNA's and Cafe staff are the best. They know everyone's likes and dislikes. They are alway making even me smile. My mom has early dementia and can be a handful. The staff treats her with kindness and dignity. When you walk in the front doors residents fill the common areas interacting with each other like I've never seen before. They are all smiling and laughing. The staff are even happier. They are always out and about engaging with the resident. The only thing I can say negative is the yearly increases are pretty hefty. But I assume that is part of the industry.

I came to ALLMERICAN IN October of 2023. I was depressed after the loss of my husband who died in May, 2023. I didn't like the idea but my family insisted I get some rest and change focus. The change was strange at first, but it didn't take long to find my way. The staff was very helpful and the residents were beautiful. I was beginning to like this. It gave me a chance to really know myself. I loved helping the residents by listening to them and assisting them if they needed something. They responded well to the caring and attention. I was feeling so much better. The character of All American was helping me feel better. IN early 2024 ,All American gave me the distinction of "RESIDENT AMBASSADOR". I am honored to have that title and do as much as I can to help out. All AMERICAN has so much to offer. It maintains a family atmosphere and we all belong.

I think you guys are wonderful we have communication now and they always keep Family informed. Our Senior living experience has never been better ! We feel better now that he is in a community that is affordable but also beautiful. The other residents are friendly and the staff are always happy,smiling,and willing to help ! The place is lovely we had supper there one night and the food was excellent. The person at the desk is helpful All American Raynham is home ! Don't change a thing

My mother and our family feel so blessed that friends recommended All American to us for our Mom! Beginning with Janet, who helped us so much with all of the arrangements to get her in so quickly. Janet displays compassion and caring for Mom as does the entire staff of nurses, Reception staff (Chloe), PT and OT staff, Chef John and restaurant staff, and all caretakers. The activities, and fellow residents who quickly became friends, as well as the excellent staff have already helped Mom make fantastic improvements in her disposition and daily life - thank you so much, All American!!

Great place to work! As a former Employee I must say, the Managers and staff are wonderful to be around! They are very understanding and caring of the residents and staff. I unfortunately haven't been able to work due to my children's scheduals with school since my youngest started PreK but if I could I would work there again in a heart beat! Please consider this place for your loved ones or even as a place of employment if you are a CNA!

My dad, a 94 year old dementia patient, lived here nearly 6 months. He enjoyed it very much and didn't want to leave. I tried to get veterans assistance to keep him here but was unsuccessful. The staff is very friendly and he got great attention and encouragement to participate. It is a very attractive setting Nd from what I now can compare to where he presently resides, is very thoughtfully designed in the dementia unit. Great floor plan for these dear ones. The staff was very cooperative in giving my dad his coconut oil at every meal, which I believe helped to keep him healthy during any stomach illnesses last winter. I truly wish I could have afforded to keep him here. His eyes still light up when I ask if he remembers living here and he said "that was assisted living!" I had friends there, we did lots of things! I truly wish I could have kept him there.
