Great place even more amazing staff…end of the day it is what it is they may feel what they feel but they do it right and fallow the state and company rules and each one show the residents some love and kindness

Please people dont base your opinion of a company based on a employee. Bring that employee up to the higher ups or the boss if need be. In my heart I know these people care so much and want to know whats happening in the building when they are not there. If you dont say something they wont know. No facility is perfect, but I put my faith in them

Holly Residential Care Center is a great place to workboth because of the residents and the management. HRCC's standards are top notch (I would not hesitate to say otherwise if they weren't). The atmosphere is very much a family-like environment. I see genuine care and compassion from the staff members and, especially, the owners. I hold the owners in high regard. They have truly devoted their lives to providing the best care possible for the residents.

This place is amazing. You really have to see it to experience it. I've been an employee here for many years and I have worked other places as well. I can say without a doubt if I had a loved one that needed care I would have no worries with them living here and that is because I've seen first hand how much time, love and energy go into caring for these residents as well as how good the care is that goes on behind closed doors. It is common when someone first comes to visit they say "It has no 'Nursing home' smells." That's because they provide really exceptional, individualized care for each resident. The owner has integrity and stands up for what is right. Check out their standing with the state. They just had a deficiency free survey which means when inspected head to toe by the state they were unable to find a single thing wrong.

This place is full of compassion and love. Not only do they run off of integrity and kindness, they keep facility beautiful and comfortable. The management is top notch and cares deeply about the residents, and it shows. I deeply respect this facility, they way they treat and respect their residents and the way they practice integrity. I highly recommend volunteering here. I would also recommend this facility to any one with a dear loved one in need of assisted living. Residents are treated with kindness and respect, it really is a beautiful place to be a part of.
