My aunt is in this facility. She was there in 2021 for 3 months recovering from a surgery and it was great. She recently moved back in permanently and is miserable. Staff is rude, food is terrible (cold sandwiches most nights), they dont answer her call pendant and manager doesnt seem to care. I wish she had looked before moving in. It is nothing like it was a year ago.

Great staff. Older building but very clean and grounds are well kept up. The staff goes the extra mile to ensure the residents are well taken care of. Their rates are All Inclusive which means no level charges or added extra charges on your monthly bill. They have hired a nurse on their staff and Dr. Cossio makes weekly rounds. The residents are always happy and smiling! Highly recommend this facility!

Im so thankful that I am able to help care for the residents of this communty. Home health is such a valuable service to help keep them healthy and active, and Savannah Court does everything they can to keep their residents motivated and engaged.

I wasnt able to go to Lake Oconee to see it in person, so their Marketing Director, Michael, was kind enough to take me on an in depth virtual tour of the community. He also taught me more about how VA Benefits help to pay for assisted living. He gave me a lot of ideas to think about and knew what I was trying to ask when I didnt know how to properly articulate my questions. Very kind and patient. Too bad there isnt a 10 star option.

After doing all of our due diligence, my sister and I chose this place for our dad. It was the best move we could have made. After a brief getting to know him period, the staff truly learned who he is as a person- they dont see him as just a resident. He couldnt be happier, which of course makes us even happier.

We moved my mother from another assisted living community where we felt she wasnt getting the care she needed. I wish we would have just found this place first. This place feels way more comfortable and homelike- the other place felt like a hotel.

I felt so guilty when I first thought Id have to my wife here. Turns out it was the best thing I could have done. Im no longer having to take care of her. I just get to be with her while the fantastic care staff take care of all of the hard work. Thank you, employees of Savannah Court.

My father grew up Greensboro, and knew about Savannah Court. He moved in last week and I cant believe how quickly he has settled in. I dont have to worry anymore now that I know he has people around him. And hes happy that he no longer has to try to maintain a house. After all the stressing out beforehand, this turned out to be the biggest no-brainer.

My dad was hellbent on not moving into a senior community. I told him, lets give it two months and see how you like it. Its been four months now, and I cannot believe the changes Ive seen in him. He is so active and engaged. Savannah Court has really put a spark in him. I have mixed emotions, but all I can say is this has been one of the best decisions of my life.

The people. You will never find a more loving, caring group of people who work together for a common goal. The Chinese Virus has been a whopper of a burden for everyone, residents, families, and especially employees, but we have all weathered the storm with resilience and determination and prayer. I am thankful for Savannah Court and their Employees who care so much!

All the staff here were extremely helpful and attentive to my father while he was there. They helped us navigate a difficult time with many barriers such as being a caregiver from across the country and needing to be moved from another facility immediately. Everyone loves each other at Savannah Court. The way the staff loves and cares for the residents and in return how they look after the staff . It is adorable to see how they make sure that the residents are ok and happy they are. This is a spectacular place.

I have been a resident at Savannah Court of Lake Oconee since November 2016 in one of the villas and am very happy here. The staff and caregivers are wonderful. I have a tendency to fall and each time I have had to push my alert button they come right away to see about me. I am furnished my noon meal and it is a good, balanced meal. They have many activities here, but I am unable to participate because of my disability. It is a good place to live if you are unable to stay in your own home.
