My brother in law was a short term resident at Prairie Green. Due to his own behavior issues, this was not a good fit for him. However, everyone that works here is an absolute angel! They were all kind, supportive and extremely helpful!! We have ZERO complaints about Prairie Green! In fact, when I’m old enough, SIGN ME UP!! I’d love to be a resident at Prairie Green!!

I looked at many places for my mother, which were not close to me at all. I was referred to Dixie Green from a friend, when I told her I was looking for a place. The entire staff from the head offices, to the CNAs, cooks, maintenance, nurses and specialized personnel get know to your family member and you personally. The majority of the staff goes above and beyond to make your loved ones comfortable in their later years. I was looking for a family orientated place and have found it here. I know every place is not perfect by no means but when my mother is happy and content, I feel at ease. My mother has met some really nice staff members and residents. My mom has been at Prairie green 6 months it was nice when she got there now not so much she had clothes missing from laundry never got back then 2 different times something was stolen from her room when she was in the dining room she reported it and nothing was replaced and the dinner is horrible no options anymore on Easter no nice dinner same on memorial day nothing it’s was not like at first my mom has complaints every day and no one cares

This place is certainly a hidden gem. I grew up in the area and I was skeptical that Prairie Green was all that they represented. However, I have been pleasantly surprised over and over again. The quality of care is fantastic, and the staff have been very kind and responsive. It takes a tremendous load off my mind to know that my mother is being taken care of and I am able to address any challenges in prompt fashion. Highly recommend!

They drug your love ones with meds that keep them sleep all day they lost her clothes and her shoes the staff appears nice and clean but you have to watch them daily there is no respite care if I have to check on my love one daily

I visited this facility and was highly impressed. The staff was outstanding. Pat is knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. The facility was welcoming, clean and provided a sense of comfort. Based on my recent visits to other facilities, this facility superceded my expectations.

I have been coming to Prairie Green at Dixie Crossing for about a month. I must say the staff here are amazing. Very pleasant and respectful to the residents.

II have lived at Prairie Green for seven years. The accommodations are very nice. I have found the employees to be friendly and helpful. We are served three meals daily. If the entree isn’t something we like there are alternatives. Activities are offered daily. During the pandemic we were protected to the best of their ability. Testing was done twice weekly, meals served in rooms, room activities offered etc. Best of all are the numerous friends I have made. I have found management willing to work with me to solve any problems that occur.

Beautiful and clean facility. The staff members are always ready to assist in any and every way. If you’ve ever encountered a negative experience from this place it’s probably because you didn’t give them a chance. The service here is top notch compared to other facilities I have seen. Trust me you wouldn’t be disappointed sending a loved one here. If I could I would give this place a 10.

Mom & I came to the monthly senior brunch and she was suprised by the services offered, the community was clean and fresh. She loved the food and the staff. If she ever requires a senior living facility, this will be her first choice!

My family and I toured Prairie Green at Dixie Crossing, and hands down this is an amazing community! We moved Mommy in last week. She’s very happy with her unit and the staff. We are happy as well, no correction, we are ecstatic that she is getting her wants and needs met! You know the saying if Mama ain’t happy then nobody is...We are all smiles over here! Thanks Prairie Green for wowing our socks off and then delivering!
