My mom lived in Belmont Village only a short time before cancer took its inevitable toll. I wish it had been longer because she was happier there than she had been in a long time. This retirement community doesn’t knock you out with a lot of glitz; instead, it’s warm and comfy and even a little intimate. The best parts are the staff, the residents, and the food. That’s pretty much everything! The location was also a real plus; it’s so easy to get to, and having a lot of stores nearby made it convenient to pick up what Mom needed day to day. Don’t underrate this facility; it’s really special.

I have seen Belmont Village and I think it’s a wonderful place. They seem to really take care of their residents. They offer lots of activities for all.

Belmont in Oak Park needs a total attitude adjustment of some of its staff . We pay good money for our love one to be assisted in a timely matter There are nurses and other staff that think they are doing us a favor by having an attitude . We pay your salary !!! . Some of the pals are very sweet and compassionate. The Management does not return calls or emails . I would not bring your loved one there on the pretense that it's a great place ( it is not )

I would like to thank and applaud Belmont Village Senior Living for their wonderful service and support of my stepmother. Our family was in dire need of an assisted living facility two years ago, and Belmont Village was the only facility in the Chicagoland area to accept her after visiting many other facilities. The staff and administrators were warm and welcoming, patient with answering our questions, and prudent with keeping the family informed. We have been extremely pleased and "at peace" with knowing that she is getting the best possible care. Belmont has been a blessing for our family, and we have been highly satisfied with her care and support.

I would like to thank the entire staff at Belmont Village, Oak Park for their exceptional service. The Administrative Team made this transition easy and trouble free. They answered all our questions with kindness and compassion. Each member of their staff is very patient and wonderful with my 90 year mother who is legally blind. They go out of their way to check on her constantly to ensure that she is doing ok. She receives 3 good meals daily and special activities if she is interested. Belmont Village provided an exceptional experience for my dad during his 60-day respite stay following his stroke. From the very beginning, their team went above and beyond to facilitate his transfer from rehab, making the entire process as smooth as possible during an incredibly challenging time. Upon arrival, my dad was warmly welcomed, and it was clear that the staff truly cared about his well-being. Everyone was friendly, the food was great, and his room was cozy and comfortable. The staff handled everything for us, which was a huge relief. The PT/OT team was also excellent”dedicated, knowledgeable, and supportive in his recovery. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and attention my dad received at Belmont Village. Their compassionate approach made a difficult transition much easier, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of respite or long-term care.

My family was very impressed with Belmont Village. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a warm and welcoming environment. They offer great options for assisted living, and we were really pleased with the variety of services available. The apartments were very nice and clean. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, which gave us peace of mind knowing that our loved one would be comfortable there. The atmosphere also seemed fun and vibrant, with lots of activities and a strong sense of community. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a supportive and caring place for your family member!

A beautiful facility. Wonderful people at the front desk. Visiting Memory Care is depressing. It saddens me to see many lined up in front of a screen that is showing movies the staff seems more interested in than the clients. Cell phone use should be discouraged for staff! These clients deserve attention. I know I’m not seeing the whole picture but what I see bothers me. Families pay a lot for their loved one’s to be there. They should feel that great care is going on.

This was my first visit with my sister zubi. The attendent (forgot her name) gave us coffee. She was very pleasant. We went to zubi's room. It was nice. We spent a few hours. Everyone is so kind to my aunt! They always seem to know what she needs and what to do for her. I’m so grateful for her caregivers on a daily basis. They are also so respectful of her whenever I’m there. Everyone that works with the aged at your home has a special gift!

I've had occasion to visit other retirement homes when my wife needed help. This facility is the best I've seen for people that qualify. An old friend of mine now lives at Belmont Village here in Oak Park. I visit him regularly. The staff is happy! They are alert and are giving their attention to their residents, and to visitors. There is a good feeling about the place in spite of the unfortunate circumstances of the residents. The place is spotless. There is good entertainment and opportunities for my friend to keep busy. Of course the essential services are provided and they are of high quality. Years ahead, should I need the services offered by such a home I hope my kids will consider Belmont Village of Oak Park for me.

Of all the assisted livings my 99 year old mother has been in, Belmont Village is still our favorite. The staff are very friendly, always checking on you, calling you by name. Their activities were great for my mom who is a bridge player. I wish she could go back there,but she needs skilled nursing now. We simply loved it.
