Bickford is the best of the best Assisted Living facility in Midland. My sisters and I totally vetted Bickford as well as other facilities. Others were very good, but Bickford stood out as the undisputed top. Their services, care and attention to details was excellent and my mother thrived health wise and socially. Highly recommend.

A family member went to Bickford to spend his last few days on earth. The care he received was amazing. And the extra care the staff took to make sure his family was comfortable and able to be with him the entire time was above and beyond. They were amazing!!

My grandma was recently there and her room was disgusting. They didn't clean her room, they lost some of her clothes, some of her things were constantly coming up missing, one day I went there and her hands were covered in dry blood due to them allowing her to hand sew a blanket unsupervised knowing they had her overdosed on pain medicine giving her a side affect that resulted in intense shakes and jerks and memory issues. An employee admitted that they forget she is even there and don't tend to her like they should because she is a sweetheart. They also had been double charging her on things as well and since she's no longer there trying to claim she owes double of what her monthly charge was. I am truly disappointed in this place and they should be ashamed of themselves saying they are good for their residents.

I called a few places when we realized Dad needed assisted living. Bickford immediately called and was very accommodating with me to set up a tour. From that day forward they made us feel as though not only my dad, but our entire family, were welcome. My dad has never been a social person, but after 7 months of living there, he loves it! The entire staff is wonderful and this is the best decision my brothers and I have ever made. Would highly recommend Bickford to anyone looking for a beautiful environment for their loved one to live.

I visited a few months ago. The building was very clean and modern. The staff was very kind and interacted with the residents like they were old friends. The rooms are modern, clean and kept up well. There seemed to be plenty of fun activities for the residents, I did not try the food but it smelled good!

We recently visited Bickford of Midland for an open house in consideration of a home for an elderly parent. We were very impressed with the staff and how comfortable and welcoming the whole facility was for residents. The new memory care wing was especially impressive and is a well designed facility. We’re sure in the future, Bickford will make a caring home for our family member.

THE STAFF IS THE BEST IN MIDLAND!!!!! My father has been a resident for over a year and Bickford assisted living is just like being at home for my father. All of my dad’s needs are addressed daily and they always have a senior nurse on duty. The activities are phenomenal and have numerous people come in to perform. As a guest I have 24 hours access by way of a key fob. I would not want my father to be in any other location especially since Bickford is right across the street from the Midland Mall. ’•‘
