Rainy has been absolutely wonderful caring for my aunt while she is in the nursing home! I recently did a tour and assessment at Apple Springs for my father. I called Apple springs and Rainy answered the phone and set up a tour for me and my dad to come see the community. Rainy was not at the community when I did the tour or the assessment but something that stood out was she called after both were finished to follow up and see how they were and if I had any further questions. This really stood out and means a lot to me! 10/10 customer service! I can’t wait to continue working the amazing staff at Apple Springs in hopes my dad becomes a resident there!

My mother has been at Apple Springs since October 2024. The staff is remarkable at their jobs, which at times we are sure isn’t easy. Those that Mom interacts with includes, Maria, Anita, Christina, Rainy, Devon, Shawn, her housekeepers and Michael. My mom has pretty much adopted Micheal as another son. Mom is very happy in her apartment and totally loves all those that care for her.

Christina Bodenmiller is a fantastic team member and helps everyone with a smile on her face. Anita Monroe is a very good person who is always there when needed most. Brenda Smith is very kind and helpful. Devan Cooper has excellent communication skills and pleasant demeanor. Rainy Graber has been very helpful in providing support wherever possible. Cathy Murphy provided a variety of activities to enjoy and encourages residents to participate and have fun, she is a hoot to be around.

My Father has been in Apple Springs for the last year. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. The building is new and everything is in good working order. The facility has plenty of activities and is located near the major shopping and hospital facilities.
