My mom recently moved into The Point and has now been living here for around two months. She is settling in nicely and has enjoyed her experience so far. Her room is reasonably priced, lovely and extremely comfortable. She has plenty of room and is very happy with it. She is meeting new friends and has plenty of opportunities to play games, socialize, and go to special events. The entire staff has been great from Ms. Ali’s tours and answering ALL of our questions with a lovely smile to sweet Ms. Coby who helps with housekeeping. The front desk staff is also always very kind and patient. This gives me, as her daughter, peace of mind, knowing she is cared for and happy.

In the search of finding a nice facility that still allowed my grandfather to be independent and have great amenities we found Waterview Independent Living! Ms. Alley V is amazing, she is very helpful and listens to your needs and wants! She made the moving transition so easy! Waterview would not be the same without her, she is a great Asset!!! Also concierge Leslie has been very helpful with questions or help I have needed! With these two ladies being at the Waterview I am very content with my grandfather living in his new apartment. I would definitely recommend this facility to others!

My husband and I moved here about 3 1/2 months ago from Arizona and we are very pleased. This was a major move for us, as we had lived in Arizona for nearly 50 years, but we have felt welcome by staff and residents from the time we stepped in. We feel at home.

My grandparents lived here for about 6 years and they loved it! I would come and visit with them a lot enjoying the amenities offered. The staff and other residents were super amazing! They loved it here. I would highly recommend it for any senior looking for a great community to live in.

Visited with my father and now I want to move there. My 12 year old daughter even mentioned that if Waterview is still available when she needs a place to retire to this would be it. It's an amazing property with lots of amenities right on the lake. The staff is very accomodating. Ali, the Sales and Marketing Director, is amazing and super friendly.

The move in went without a hitch and you won't find more helpful and caring people in all departments. The staff, management, house keeping, maintenance, restaurant, all seem to just show up when you need them or have a question . They truly go way beyond in all areas. Lovely easy access facility. Can't say enough good about The Point.

Located right in the heart of Granbury! Within walking distance to the Granbury Square. With beautiful Views of Lake Granbury. The sunrise and sunsets are amazing all year round. About a 45 minute drive to Fort Worth. Nice little community of independent living. With boat docks as well.

My mother is a resident at Waterview and she loves it! The staff has gone above and beyond to meet her needs, especially during the COVID issues. A staff member even helped her set up an app on her phone so she could visit with kids, grandkids, and great grandkids.

Waterview has been my home for 6 years I look forward every fun day. Friends to eat delicious food, play games of all assorts and Exercise of every ability I’m so glad I moved here while I can still enjoy each day

After looking at many retirement communities in the area, we felt Waterview offered the best facilities. Having waiter served meals in the dining is a big plus for those with walkers or wheelchairs, and the food quality and variety is better than any other facility in Granbury. Maintenance is good and the staff are very helpful and responsive to requests. Lots of activities and social opportunities for the residents. Great place to live.

My wife and I moved into a fourth floor apartment at Waterview (The Point) in August of 2017. The entire staff was and is fantastic, don't know that we have ever been treated better. We found many activities to keep us busy (gardening, puzzles, knitting for her, exercise room and gardening for me). The included meals are really great, we frequently ate on the patio, often ordering the Waterview hamburger, really great. We found the atmosphere to be very pleasant and people friendly. Today (5/6/2019) we enjoyed sea bass at lunch. The best sea bass I have ever eaten.

What a great place to live! This has been my home for more than three years, and I have no regrets about moving here. The accommodations meet my needs perfectly (once I did the downsizing); the d©cor is lovely; and amenities abound. If I want to socialize, there are many activities available; when I want alone time, I come to my apartment. Good food, good staff, good friends!

My grandmother was in memory care here and every time I went to visit, the staff were super friendly and kind. I know for a fact that my grandmother was well taken care of at that place.

I would rate this place a five star , but the owners have built homes up around , and covered the lake , hance the name WATERVIEW no longer applies.

Our dad moved here over a year ago. We have seen him become more social, able to get rid of his cane (due to moving more) and enjoy life. There is always activities and people around. Residents really care about each other. Staff know each resident by name or try too.
