Otterbein is a very clean facility. The staff was awesome. When my father had to go to rehab and eventually long-term care, they were absolutely the best. They were always helpful and went the extra step to make sure my father was comfortable. They became family to us

My grandmother was admitted to Otterbein Cridersville for a skilled rehab stay. When she arrived she was very weak and could barely transfer from the car to a wheelchair. When she left she walked on her to the car and could get in without help. She told me everyone was kind and helpful. My family offered to come take her out for meals and she said why would I go out when they have such good food here?This was the first time I felt comfortable recommending a place I work for my own family and everyone far exceeded me and my families expectations.Most important is my grandmother is successfully back in her own home thanks to everyone at Otterbein Cridersville!!

One of the best places to work. I've never seen employees and residents treated so graciously. There is some amazing leadership in the community that are all there for patient centered care. The really work hard at making sure the residents that live there feel like they are a part of something great and not their to just live out the rest of their days.
