My family researched many communities when my dad decided to move somewhere closer to me and my sister while maintaining his independence. From the moment we toured Youville Place, we felt it could truly be home. He’s been there for about two years now, and we’re incredibly grateful we found it. The staff are kind, welcoming, and consistently attentive. Dad has built meaningful friendships, which has been especially important since my mom passed away. The on-site chapel is beautiful and offers him the comfort of attending Mass daily without worrying about travel, especially during bad weather. He loves the convenience and peace it provides. His apartment overlooks lovely grounds, and he’s found a great balance of quiet time and social activity. Youville Place - inside and out - is well maintained, and the dining experience, along with shared kitchens, makes it easy for family to gather. I could go on, but simply put: if you’re looking for a place for a loved one, I highly recommend Youville Place. They even offer respite options if anyone chooses to try it for a moment before making a decision to make it their new home. BIG BIG Thanks to the staff, and all of the Grey Nun Sisters for such a beautiful place to call home for Dad. He absolutely loves it and often says how glad he is to be there and that it’s easy living at Youville Place.

Youville and its caring and compassionate staff made the last two years of my late mother's life as comfortable as possible. My siblings and I were able to continue with our careers and family responsibilities, knowing that our elderly and frail mother was under competent and capable care at all times. There are many activities for the residents to engage in, and the staff is upbeat and positive. A library is available for use by residents, and a recreation room hosts many events to keep the residents engaged. Many levels of care are offered, including memory care. The grounds are pastoral and picturesque. The building is well kept up and efficiently run. My mother enjoyed living in a lovely apartment overlooking a pond.

If I could leave 10 "stars", I would! Youville Place is truly "home" for my family member. The property is meticulous, with gracious furnishings and fresh flowers all around the common areas. Upon entering the property, you feel as though you are in a private, country estate. Meals are served in a warm and beautiful dining room that reminds me of a small country club. The menu changes often and is wonderful. In addition, snacks are always available in the "Country Kitchen". There are fireplaces, lovely comfy chairs, tons of thoughtful and engaging activities! The staff is incredibly welcoming, kind, patient, quick to smile and just so lovely. I visit often and each time, I feel so peaceful and grateful for the wonderful team and care there. You are all just the best! Thank you so much and keep up the incredible work - your efforts are so noticed and appreciated!! I often say I would love an apartment there for myself!

Absolutely thrilled with Youville Place Assisted Living! My dad has been living there for just over a year now, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Initially, my dad worried about giving up his independence. That has not happened! He continues to be quite independent. While he did give up his car, he can still access convenient transport through Youville Place. The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, always going above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and supported. There’s a great variety of activities that keep everyone engaged and happy, fostering genuine friendships and a strong sense of belonging. The grounds are lovely and well-maintained. In good weather, you see lots of people enjoying a stroll around the pond. The apartments are very comfortable, truly making it feel like home. Youville House also has a beautiful chapel on the second floor with a regular mass schedule. This has been such a meaningful part of the community and experience for my dad and our family. I’m so grateful for the compassionate environment Youville Place provides and highly recommend it to anyone looking for compassionate, engaging assisted living. Five stars all the way!

My sister moved into Youville Place five months ago. I don't know what I would have done without the support and caring staff at Youville Place. My sister has a number of ongoing health issues and everyone there has been caring, helpful and understanding. The grounds are lovely - my sister loves the pond - and she always raves about the food and the staff. I feel as if a weight was taken off my shoulders once she moved in. I don't have to worry about my sister's well-being at all. I will be forever grateful for everyone who works there. I can't recommend it enough.

Such a lovely place! My mother’s health and happiness increased after she moved to Youville Place. She talks about friends, how nice and helpful the staff are, and she loves the activities. She is not Catholic, but attending mass in the building on Sundays has been her favorite part and the religious community has welcomed her with open arms. The administrative staff have been communicative and helpful for us as her family, as well. I cannot recommend enough!

My mother has been a Youville Lexington resident for over a year and it has been perfect for her! Youville is an incredibly supportive and caring place that has everything that is important to my mom: a very caring and attentive staff, an amazingly interesting and vibrant community that really supports each other, nice sized rooms that are clean and comfortable, stimulating and varied activities, and a very quiet campus with a pond, lots of trees and tons of open space that that is unrivaled in the area. Honestly, I couldn't recommend Youville more highly!

My Mom has lived at Youville Place for over a year and she LOVES it. The facilities are beautiful and clean, the staff are so welcoming, supportive and friendly, the programs are engaging, and she has so much independence with just the right amount of support. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Youville Place. My Mom always tells me she is "home" here.

The Courtyard at Youville Place in Lexington has been wonderful for my father. It's a non-profit facility that provides programming that is head and shoulders above what is offered in many for-profit facilities. There are two lovely garden courtyards available for safe, outdoor access (hence the name), which makes this memory unit very special. And the general grounds at Youville are landscaped so beautifully. It's like being at an Audubon sanctuary!

I highly recommend Youville Place, Lexington MA. My Mom has been fortunate enough live here for the past year and a half and loves it! It's clean. Their grounds are well kept. They offer a variety of activities and social programs to promote engagement and quality of life. The staff at Youville Place is exceptional! They are caring, friendly, helpful and always approachable. For our family, the safety and security measures in place within the facility were crucial. We have not been disappointed. We are extremely pleased with the overall level of care provided by Youville Place. It far exceeds our expectations. We can sleep soundly at night knowing our Mom is well taken care of, happy, and engaged!
