Service got slow right when my food showed up and I was starving so that kind of soured the start, but after I flagged someone down they were super nice about it, the burger was cooked perfect and the fries were hot and fresh. Ive been coming here on and off for years it's my go-to for a quick bite when i dont feel like cooking, the patio out back is great when its not too hot. They always mess up my order about half the time but its never anything huge so i just roll with it. Bathrooms are usually clean which is more than i can say for some places these days. Ill be back again soon like always, my wallet hurts every time but worth it

My husband and I moved into Woodbridge Terrace the first part of June, 2025. We were welcomed by all and felt very comfortable. The whole staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The various personnel helped us to adjust here after living in a much larger house here in Irvine. I must send praises to Manny, Oz and Jerry for all the assistance they provided with various aspects of maintenance. The nursing staff are all very caring, especially Faustino, Adela, Rose, Mary & more. Actually I wish I could remember names to list all of them as they respond very quickly when we made a request. The activities personnel are terrific: Jennifer, Linda, Heidi, Mary and, two others that I can’t remember the names. The kitchen staff and servers are very friendly and attuned to our needs. When my husband was place in hospice but still living with me in our apartment, they brought us meals from room service which was wonderful. Daisy and Partiyan, Angel, Rosa & Betsy look out for many ways to help and Christian, the Director, is ALWAYS available with an OPEN DOOR policy that is fabulous. Actually, I’m probably missing a few praises for folks like Victor, Ivan, Gisselle, Jackie, Jenny and More in Food Services. The landscaped grounds are meticulously groomed and maintained well for residents needs and physical comfort. The , housekeeping staff do great laundry and clean our apartment once a week on a regular schedule. On the night when my husband fell and passed away here at Woodbridge Terrace (6/28/25), I felt surrounded by the marvelous and caring staff which was so very supportive in many ways. I think that the whole staff reacts in this manner due to the actions set forth by Christian Otbo, the Director here, as his leadership reflects the behaviors of the staff.

My father was a resident at Woodbridge Terrace for more than 5 years; he was in the first cohort to move into the memory care unit. I am so grateful to the staff for the caring community and the high quality of life my father enjoyed for the last years of his life. We had amazing support from the staff who were always not only responsive to our needs, but also genuinely cared about Dad and went above and beyond the call of duty to support him every day. He enjoyed the classes, the food, the other residents, and the fun activities. Along with my brother and sister, we have no hesitation in giving Woodbridge Terrace our highest recommendation.

"Woodbridge Terrace of Irvine" is a great place to live!!! And a great place to visit. The staff is EXCELLENT. There is something to do each day and the atmosphere is joyful. They have a Bistro, and it is so cute with lots of food for your loved one to nibble on throughout the day. There is always coffee, tea, water, fruit, and lots of love. My dad loves it. Check it out and see for yourself. I forgot to mention they have a gym that my dad uses 4 times a week, and a laundry room.

Our family had a very hard time in last seven months. My husband was depressed after 3 surgeries. That effect my life too I was miserable. We went from hospital to rehab to nursing home. My husband wouldn’t walk and there was no place that could satisfy us and give us what we needed. Until my friend told me take your husband to Woodbridge Terrace in irvine you will be happy and we did that was the best decision that we made. The place is so clean and beautiful like 5 star hotel. The staff are very friendly. You get feeling like they are family. They have a dining room that people get together and eat and socialize it feel like you go to a good restaurant everyday. That environment and great team of Phisical therapy help my husband walk again and he wasn’t depressed anymore. I recommend this place to every senior.

My pop has been living at Woodbridge Terrace of Irvine for 10 months in memory care. He has been slowly declining and it’s been noticeable. Seeing him go through the change is hard enough. The staff there has been there for him every step of the way. They share when they notice something different and together we bounce ideas off each other. My Pop has been living here for almost 11 months. He is aging as we all do but.... I have to share how wonderful this place is. The staff there is amazing! I moved in here a couple of months ago. I had major neck & back surgery and my friend drove me here my chance since we were looking for an apartment where we could not find, turned down a street, and we found Woodbridge Terrace of Irvine. I needed to be in a place where I would be taken care of and looked after. I had no idea how incredible it would be. The Salesman greeted us & then showed us around. He was a delight. I saw a room with a delightful view that I would be comfortable living in, and I signed up. They helped me set up my move here. Everything went smoothly, and it felt right. I pay the rent and they take care of everything else. I get 3 meals a day, great service whatever I need, and the staff is happy and greets me whenever I am walking around. They have a lady that introduced herself and called me by name and had all my information. I did not even have a name tag on. Personality punch and I felt well presented by such kindness & respect. My healing has been wonderful with zero stress! I love the many group activities, the residents, servers in the dining room, and the entertainment. This is a place where you can live forever and stay very Happy! They are at your beck & call.

Where do we begin Woodbridge Terrace owned by Kisco is hands down the best senior living around this area. I would recommend scheduling a tour to see how wonderful this location. Mom being 90 is very active physically but needing more help now with bit of care was looking for a place close to where she has called home almost 40 yrs. The previous owner was just not satisfactory and we were not considering this property, but learning Kisco purchased we did lots of research. Mom was able to make her final choice that Woodbridge Terrace was the perfect fit for her lifestyle and a place that treats everyone like family. Residents have truly resort style living and are respected and listened too. They have such freedom. My mom enjoys lots of the active things like nature walks and outdoors but has branched out to try things like art, history club and spanish class. The live music almost every week and great food has been added plus. Also she has been able to keep her love of community volunteering because the entire team at WT listen to what residents want to do or try. The executive management is very proactive and transparent to keep family and residents informed each week but also the residents have their own council to surface ideas and areas of improvement. The medical staff are angels, so patient and knower and always adding services if a resident needs it. WT is unlike anything you will find around this area because they care about making the property first class completely updating and upgrading the entire property, but most importantly they break the sterotype of what it means to be a senior. At Woodbridge Terrace they know your name, they listen and truly care for everyone. We are so thankful Kisco came to Irvine, they are making a difference in so many peoples lives.

Where to begin? Woodbridge Terrace is amazing! My dad has been living there for one month, and we could not be happier. The staff is so kind and attentive, the food is good, and the activities are a lot of fun. Our kids lovingly call it grandpas resort because when they go, they enjoy visiting him and they usually walk away with goodies. We highly recommend Woodbridge Terrace for anyone looking forward a home away from home with too care and services. My mother has lived at Woodbridge Terrace for two years and we are delighted that activities and dining are returning. The previous year has been challenging but the staff always provided as many opportunities as possible to visit online or outside while following safety protocols. The staff has been great helping with tasks I would normally do such as helping with electronic devices, or changing air filters. My mother chose this place because of the dining and activities and she is now able to enjoy those again.

I am convinced that when a person experiences things that are good, as well as things that are not so good, it is important to let the world and those around you know what you think. I am 85 years old, and I have lived at Woodbridge Terrace Irvine, a senior living facility, for over five years. It would be an understatement to simply say I've enjoyed living here. I fact, I have been very happy here. I have no idea where they find these wonderful people who work here: they are the most helpful and caring young people that you could imagine. They do all of the laundry for the residents. They pick it up from the residents rooms, launder it, fold everything, and return it to the rooms. They clean all the rooms and make beds. Depending on the level of care needed, they bring morning and evening medications to the residents in their rooms; they assist residents with bathing; and in some instances, they assist residents to the dinning room for each meal. I must say that the new owners and managers here at Woodbridge Terrace in Irvine, California are supportive, kind, and they communicate very well. Now that we are able to return to the remodeled dining room, with limited numbers respecting distancing and wearing face covers, the meals are excellent: the meals are attractive, well presented and exceptionally tasty. Banana splits are my favorite desert. I have enjoyed the friendliness, acceptance, and kindness of all the residents as we go about our daily activities. We have always experienced maximum freedom, and we can do the many things that we are able to do. There are many group activities available each day, and many entertainments provided. As the elected president of the Residents Council for 2021, I feel both honored and responsible to represent the concerns of all the residents.

Atria Woodbridge has been a delightful place for my aging mother to reside for the past six years. Atria has provided a safe environment along with friendly staff to help her age gracefully and safely. She loves the delicious food and although she does not participate in the activities as she once did, she loves to interact with other residents and staff. Atria Woodbridge is great because it allows for a seamless transition from minimal assistance to more aggressive care in the Memory Care community. I have felt very comfortable with Mom living at Atria Woodbridge.

I can't say enough good things about Atria Woodbridge, where my grandfather spent his last few years. My family and I grew to know and love the wonderful staff there, and we always had the comfort of knowing our family member was well-cared for. It was always a beautiful and inviting place for us to visit, and after his passing we even had his memorial there. Would like to specifically thank Candise Romero, the Engage Life Specialist for her kindness, competence, and helpfulness; and also Iris who took extra special care of my grandfather with her caring heart, and it meant so much to us that she stopped by the memorial. Thank you also to Brooke and Leonardo for their help with the memorial. We are all sad to longer regularly visit Atria and see the wonderful staff, which I think speaks volumes. Atria is beautiful inside and out with large outdoor garden area for walking. The residents are friendly, and want to have fun. Our mom loves the menu choices and food is delicious. She has become much happier and made new friends. We are so glad we found Atria. We know mom is very well taken care of and the staff couldn’t be better.
