My dad is at Hyland Park in the independent living building. He moved in about a year ago and really loves it. He says the food is excellent. They try hard to accommodate you if you have difficulty with certain foods and will find substitutes food for you to eat or help modify foods that are on the menu. They have a host of activities that are fun to get involved in. Such as exercise classes and art activities.They have fun outings also. I would recommend Hyland Park for your loved ones.

During this crazy time for our country, Hyland Park has been a great place for my mom. The staff are kind and caring. They also work hard to provide special activities for each resident while they are in isolation. I also really appreciate the weekly communication with the families. If you are looking for a place, this is a fantastic one!

My 94 year old mother has been living at Hyland Park for the past year. She moved in after having lived independently in a retirement condo complex. Hyland Park is a high end facility that allows secure parking as well as secure living. The personnel that have daily interactions with my mother are kind and polite. The most amazing is the care during the COVID 19 Pandemic. She has regular contact with the caretakers and she is comfortable remaining safe and secure during these trying times. I would not hesitate to recommend Hyland Park to anyone looking for high quality senior care.

Mom moved here 6 weeks ago and it has been a blessing for all of us. She has adjusted well and is actually blooming in the environment that Hyland Crossings Memory Care has provided. The residence is bright and clean and the individual rooms are spacious and comfy. The activities they provide throughout the day have encouraged Mom to participate and have done much in keeping her active and engaged. The staff are warm and welcoming and take great care of the guests. Thank you Hyland Crossings!

My mom moved there after the death of our father- her husband. We all struggled with this major change in our lives. Then Covid happened. All I can say is that the staff especially Sarah, has been a god send. So kind and helpful. Even if to calm my fears. My mom has flourished. She gets 3 meals plus a beautiful apartment that has become home. She is active and the staff is always there to help. I live a hour and half away but I know my mom is in the best care and love.

The moment my mother visited Hyland, she said, this place is for me. Her move there reinforced it.During a difficult time (evolving from active independence to deteriorating health and a senior facility), Hyland helped make the transition feel comfortable. They skillfully achieved the delicate balance between assisting and respecting her privacy. They listened and cared.As a family member, Im particularly grateful to the caregivers, who worked tirelessly to help her feel comfortable, particularly given her reticence to ask for anything for fear of being ‘too needy. She developed strong relationships with several of them. Martina (supervisor) was very responsive to my needs and provided great comfort and communication to me as my mom entered stay-at-home hospice.I recommend Hyland to anyone that is looking for a place that will provide good care, respect the varying needs of its residents, and be responsive to family member needs and communication.

I had to move my parents from their home of 60 years 2 1-2 years ago. Thank God Hyland Park had an opening! Their apartment-condo is absolutely perfect.The Staff is beyond exceptional and treat my mom and dad as if theyre family. The food is prepared daily with a wide variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner by some great cooks! Being I live out of state, so knowing the are in such good hands lets me sleep well at night!Thank You Hyland Park!

We moved our Mom to Hyland Park shortly after our Father died and we realized she could not live on her own. We have been SO pleased with our experience here! Mom was very hesitant to move, as she has high anxiety, but once she was there she loved it. She loved having her own apartment, but having the social interaction available when she wanted. We did not have to worry about her cooking or eating healthy meals, with the meals included in the price. She had gotten to where she could not change the sheets on her bed so it was wonderful that that was provided for her, along with housekeeping. She loves the staff there and they have always had great communication with us when weve had a question or problem or if they want to alert us to something such as issues related to her declining dementia or other health issues. They have also had very safe Covid practices and seem to have kept the disease out of Hyland. Part of the reason we decided on Hyland was because of the great reputation they have, as well as having a Memory Care unit. When the time came to move her to the Memory Care unit, they were great about helping us relay the information to her and helping her to feel safe and cared for. She has loved both places and we have been so thankful for the great care she is receiving!

Id like to sincerely thank the Hyland staff for the care my mom received. They cared for her in a loving, compassionate and respectful manner. I was anxious about her original transition into assisted living and her later transition into memory care. Both went unbelievably smooth largely due to the Hyland staff.I also thank Hyland for the support they provided our family as we did our best to connect with and care for our mom. Hyland also helped so much by connecting her to other services like hair care, physician care, therapy, prescription medications, transport services, etc. Lastly, Hyland was a huge help with paperwork and insurance providers.I would not hesitate to recommend Hyland Park and Hyland Crossing. I am so glad we chose them to care for our mother.

We like this community. The staff are caring and we like knowing that she is doing well. The menu is appealing for her with nice choices. We like that they offer her to stay active with the other residents. We would recommend the care here for other families.
