My experiences at Our House Senior Living have truly been amazing. I have worked at the Our House in Richland Center for 13 years in June.I have worked with amazing and fun staff members. We have really caring and supportive management, Tina and Amber are always willing to help on the floor in whatever capacity they are needed. They are both understanding and available to help with any issue any of the staff or tenants might be dealing with. They both make coming to work a joy.The tenants are truly fun and so admirable. They have got great senses of humor and they have so many great life experiences they are always willing to share. I feel truly blessed to get to share my days with them. For me it is like getting to share time with my parents who are both gone now. I am thankful I worked here when my Dad lived here. So Our House is a very special place for me.I have co workers that are so great to work with I have been blessed with people who are kind, caring and their humor is great. I have made friends that I will never forget. I stay in touch with the friends that have move on and they will always have a special place in my heart.Our House in Richland Center is such a clean, neat and beautiful facility. I t is a privilege to get to work in this wonderful environment.

My father moved into Our House on Easter Sunday 2018, shortly after his wife passed away. He lives relatively independently in his apartment. He depends on the facility to provide his meals, housekeeping and to monitor his overall well-being. Both management and staff are both friendly, dedicated and professional. They go out of their way to provide activities that engage the residents. Covid 19 quarantines are now a fact of life which definitely places extra limits on the residents. Our House makes every effort to keep residents safe but with as much compassion as they can. I strongly recommend Our House to people who need some assistance but want to enjoy their lives as fully as possible.

My mother was initially admitted to Our House Respite Care after a fractured femur. Tina worked with us allowing us to use the facilities bed, table, chairs, etc. After a while we realized mom was not going to be able to return to her home. The transition to permanent residency went very smoothly. Tina is very good at communicating with me. She is prompt with returning phone calls texts. The staff members are attentive to moms needs. Whenever Amanda is scheduled were thrilled. She is one of the caregivers that you can tell, truly loves what she does. The activities director Lori, is very talented both musically and with her craft projects, etc. She encourages people to get out of their rooms join her activities. She goes over beyond.....during Covid when residents cant leave and family cant come in, Lori has offered to help mom do her hair and has offered to pick up items at the store, if needed. (among other kind gestures) The facility itself is very nice and is kept neat clean. The apartments are also larger than a lot of Assisted Care facilities. None of moms family live in Richland Center, so we are very pleased that there is such a nice place for mom to call her home away from home.THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO, OUR HOUSE SENIOR LIVING!!!AJ Bettenhausen

My mom has been at Our House Senior Living for about 2 1-2 years now. Mom felt welcome from the very beginning. Anytime we have questions, we get prompt answers. We appreciate the very accommodating and caring staff. Mom is always encouraged to attend activities but likes to be in her apartment. The best part is that she calls it home now. Very caring, patient, and helpful staff. They have always answered my questions about my moms care in a very timely manner. They offer a variety of activities for residents and post pictures on their Facebook page. Hoping something can be worked out soon so residents can communicate with their families via Zoom.

Our House is a great facility. Its clean, quiet and staffed by folks that truly care for the residents. The activities director does an excellent job of helping folks stay engaged and entertained. My Mom has felt welcomed and safe since day 1 as has her dog...Abbe.

I havent personally been inside the facility due to covid19. However, seeing the pictures on Facebook of all the activities that are provided to the residents is amazing. I can see the genuine care of the staff towards residents and the smiles of the residents is heartwarming. Seeing pictures of my aunt with a smile on her face and joy in her dance moves is satisfying.

We cannot thank Our House Memory Care of Richland Center, WI, enough. It was a challenge finding a care facility for our family member at the end of his life. They exceeded his needs and even ours. To all the staff there, words cannot begin to express our gratitude. You treated our loved one with supreme dignity, and most importantly you treated him like the man you imagined he was. You are all exceptional at your jobs, clearly approaching your tasks with compassion and deep care.

I liked Richland Center Senior Apartments (Our House), but it was a little expensive for us. It was very nice and clean, and the rooms were adequate enough. They had laundry and delivered the meals to your room if you want it. They had a nice dining room.
