If residence families knew how that place was ran, they would not want to put their loved ones there. I do not recommend. It has changed names so many times sounds suspicious.

Jackson Crossings helped me with my Grandmothers move from Texas back to Wisconsin. They were always accommodating when we had questions prior to the move. Once my grandmother was living there, the staff was always helpful, respectful and polite to us and catered to our needs day in and day out. Tory & Gail are wonderful at managing the property and very responsive when issues arise or questions relating to the care residents are receiving. Would recommend Jackson Crossings to anyone who needs help with their loved ones! And the view of the lake is amazing! My grandmother loved watching the ducks/geese every day. Thank you Jackson Crossings!

Jackson Crossings is an assisted-living home for the elderly. They have a very kind & compassionate staff. It is a wonderful place for the elderly to reside. Very well kept & clean & professional. It's also a wonderful place to work!

Visited facility today for a tour and to meet the staff and management. Impressed with care program and facilities. Cozy and inviting. Looking forward to bringing our mom into their care.Update - we moved our mom into the facility at the end of Feb. The staff was very helpful, considerate and caring as our mother transitioned in. Special shout out to Shirley for all her help and coordination. Mom is doing very well.

I worked at Jackson for 3 years, Brooke Smith is the Activity Director and she is hands down the best with the residents. She really shows love and compassion and treats every single one of them as family. If anyone has any questions, I highly suggest talking to her!

The care and compassion of the staff are very evident at Jackson Crossing. They are always polite to visitors and I have seen them go way out of their way to patiently assist residents. It is definitely the staff that make this facility extra special.

I am a guitarist and I entertain the residents every few months. The residents seem to enjoy the performance and seem genuinely engaged.

My classmates and I went to Jackson Crossings to educate their residents on how to prevent the common cold and flu as a community service project. We had a blast. The residents there were very attentive and had a lot of fun with us, especially when we showed them how to make hand sanitizer. They were also very appreciative of us and showed a lot of enthusiasm, which made us feel great for being there too. We enjoyed working with the Jackson Crossings staff as well. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were also very accommodating and were willing to provide us with the necessary tools to run our activities. They were also very prompt in communicating with us and were so thankful to have us there. I cant thank them enough for allowing us to be there!
