Our sister moved to Dogwood Terrace a little less than a year ago. I cannot say enough about how kind the staff was to our family and to our sister. They made move-in seamless, helped her assimilate and adjust, and made sure she was doing ok. The residents there were so kind and good to her. Our sister recently died suddenly, and again, Chris, and the entire staff were just wonderful to us. The facility is really nice - clean, well-kept, and welcoming. The food is chef-prepared and delicious. Weekly housekeeping and a choice of activities in and around Richmond are some of the amenities that make Dogwood Terrace a great choice. Our family will always be grateful to those at Dogwood Terrace who cared for and about our sister.

My mother has lived here for almost 3 years. Throughout coronavirus Day have meticulous West people signing in getting temperatures Etc. They have quarantined often at suspected virus. Throughout the year they had little or no problems that Ive heard of until just recently - supposedly several caces!! No thanks gave vaccine shots about 2 weeks ago

My mother has lived at this facility for seven years. It is beautifully appointed and well kept. The best part is the kind and generous staff! They have always been so positive and helpful. They have meetings to address concerns (there will always be something that is not perfect) and seem to take the issues to heart and correct the few problems. The food is generally quite good - which is no small feat for the scale they have! Supported by the staff, the residents form a nice community and they look out for each other. This has truly been a good place for mom and we are grateful we found it.
