I work with a lot of senior living properties on a daily basis . Lakeview at Josey Ranch is, by far, at the top of my Top 10 list. The staff caters to each residents individual needs. They never fail to deliver friendly service and they do it with a touch of class. This property has so many bells and whistles, to include: a workout center, movie theatre, bar, formal dining room, pond with jogging trails, etc. Most all of the residents are super friendly and you can always find a familiar face when attending one of the many daily planned activities. The food is gourmet and absolutely incredible. There is not another property that compares, to be completely honest. The Marketing Director,, Nancy, and Executive Director, Jeanell, are always on top of things and go out of their way to make guests feel at home and residents feel like an extension of their family. I’ve never seen either of them without a smile on their face. . Hands down, this property is the cream of the crop and one that you shouldn’t pass up when looking for your forever home.

My two sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law are moving into Lakeview, and I toured the property with them. It's an outstanding facility with a beautiful west facing view of a lake and the Carrollton Library. Lakeview also has It's own in-house large library. I was impressed.

My mother moved into Lakeview in the fall of 2009 and moved out September of 2020. This facility is lovely and they work hard to provide activities and meal experiences even during the pandemic. My mother was in at least 3 different floor plan apartments and all of them definitely suited her needs. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. The residents are happy and safe. I would recommend this facility if you are looking for an independent living community.

My grandfather, mom, dad and I toured this facility last week, and we really loved it. It was a great property, its nice being by the water and the walking trail. We had dinner, and the food was one of the best of all the places we have toured. When my grandfather came home he said This place is too good to be true In a nice way, I could tell he was relieved that there were good places out there. Gerry was great and answered all of our questions. Of the places Josey stood out and Gerry was able to offer a great rate of just $2300 a month *with a $10,000 community fee option you save $500 on rent, so you earn back the deposit through the discounted monthly rent price. My grandfather plans to stay for as many years possible so we are happy with the deal. He is still deciding on which independent living community to join, but the family is really hoping he chooses Lakeview. Will post an update if he does end up choosing it.

Lovely senior living. The staff is always friendly and works hard to keep my relative happy. They have daily activities and exercises, and even a theater for movies. The walking area around the ponds is nice too.
