I visited Holiday Windlands South a few months ago and met some of the staff during my time there. They were each very sweet and I was able to witness the love they had for the residents in their care.

I was previously here for 2 years then moved back to my house. Stayed there for 2 years before I realized I couldn't keep up with the cleaning and yard work. I decided to sell my house and move back to Windlands since I had been here and knew staff and had friends. Was that a big mistake! I have wanted to move out after 2 months. Staff was unhappy and 4 good people left. We lost rides to doctor visits, and for groceries. Housekeeping went to 1 time a month. Meals consisted of lunch meat, dry bread, and stale chips. All these service's in our contract not being held to yet our rent went UP! I hope things will continue to improve with Chad and Amy in charge.

I have received the most congenial and fast help on any problem I have encountered. As a woman, the things I can no longer do are quickly done in g a helpful manner from something as simple as changing a lightbulb to fixing the burners on my stove.

My mother has lived here for several years & is happy with the facility. They have made her feel safe during the Pandemic by consistently following the recommended public health guidelines. The direct care staff are always friendly and caring.

My mom has been here for over 5 years. I know God put her in this remarkably place for a reason. The management at Windland South have been amazing during this pandemic! They have kept my mom and ALL the residents there safe. If you are looking for a safe and clean place for your mom or dad, I highly recommend. I am so thankful God lead us to Windland South! Very impressed. Everything was pleasant, safe and clean. Staffers were friendly and helpful. Apartments were a good size, dining room was lovely with several options daily. Perfect for the transistioning elderly.

My mom moved in a month ago and we have nothing but GREAT things to say. The staff is so KIND. The food is YUMMY. The activites are so FUN for the residents. The spirit of friendship among residents is rare and special. Thank you to Jason and the whole crew for helping my mom to feel more alive than she has in years. 🙂

A friend & her husband live here. Nice size apartments, the food is great, & the staff appear to be friendly. Many of the apartments have balconies, but they also have seating at the front where residents can spend time outside. One problem: responsible for cleaning carpet but this has not been done in friends apt., although assisted living facility. My friend has Alzheimers & spouse in a wheelchair. They do offer van services to take residents shopping.
