I had a lovely time here! Was in Regina for an interview, so I really wanted somewhere quiet. The apartment is extremely quiet, spotlessly clean, and very secure. It is located a short 5 min walk from downtown. Has all appliances to cook - only thing I would suggest is cooking oil. Overall 5-5

Had a great stay at the Metro 1827 this weekend. Great location with bright rooms that are clean and quiet. We were also able to enjoy the lounge area and played some pool and foosball. They also had books to read in there a fridge, popcorn maker, tv and decks of cards. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Love all the extra details from the coffee bar to the snacks in your room upon arrival. Thank you for the great stay Metro!

Enjoyed my stay very much when I was in town for a Roughriders game. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very clean. I was very comfortable during my stay. Would definitely come and stay again.

WOW WOW WOW! ! !So i found an advertisment for a parking spot. It was a pretty fair price for a one year lease. I gave the girls, Miranda and Jaqueline a pretty hard time but talking to them I realized I was getting soon much more than just a space to park.They are beyond dedicated to making you feel right at home! I even got invited to a potluck my first day there! What a great way to network! The staff here really want to make this more than a casual come and go they want to make this a community! And why shouldnt they? Apparently they love on site so its in their best interests to make sure its the best it can be and it shows!The facilities are super clean! I think the building is maybe only 2 years old and in think most of the accommodations are in their first year. The commons area has some nice seating, a pool table, always fresh coffee and Id heard there were rumors of free continental breakfasts on Mondays. I mean Mondays Andrew hard but if you wake up and dont even have to worry about breakfast!!!! WWWWHAAAT!!!!There is also a nice fitness center, a wet and dry sauna room, and the parking facilities are fantastic. If you are a long term Tennant there is a separate more secure area for you to park giving you greater piece of mind.This is bonkers! Im renting a parking spot and they are offering me all of this. I swear if I lose my spot after my lease is up Im probably cryI currently live out now town at a VERY good rental rate, but wouldnt mind moving to town to save on my commute. So I checked into the rates for renting a space and WOW There are some really fantastic rates here not only for short stays like AIR BNB, but also fantastic long term ratesThe daily rate is FAR less than youd get at any hotel in town unless you want the roach coach inn truck stop out on vic east. Not only that the long term rates are also VERY competitive. I may be having a conference soon and I will DEFINITELY be hitting these folks up for roomsFor down town accommodations this is an absolutely fantastic deal and the location is Prime time! The Regina Downtown Business District has really taken things up a notch in the last few years. There is ALWAYS something going on in fair weather seasons, whether is yoga in the park, ultimate Frisbee, skating, or cinema under the stars on Wednesday nights this location has quick access to all of itThe night life is great and only getting better. If youre new to Regina and looking to make friends take access quick stroll over to OHanlons right by Vic Park and youre sure to name a friend of 12. Nial is right from Ireland so the beers are great, the drinks strong and the atmosphere is beyond welcoming. There are many live bands that play good table stomping music you can sing toIf you want fine dining there is plenty within walking distance if youre looking for veinamese try veit thai down Albert, or hit up Miso for some proper Sushi. The Copper Kettle has Reginas best voted Pizza, or if you want a quick bite head down to Cornwall. The Cornwall has a superior shopping experience, and the Scarth street Mall and Hamilton St have all sorts of great boutiques and upper class shopping destinations. All with in walking distanceSeriously cant say enough good things herClean spaceSafe buildingAmenities Galore!And... potluck!!! Like food! Who can argue with this!? Jeepers creepers Im renting a parking space and wanna move in!Five stars all the way around

Our suite was so modern, clean and bright and within walking distance to many shops and the stadium. Parking spot is included. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen had everything you need. This place is great for a short stay but would also be wonderful if you needed accommodation for longer stays. I will highly recommend to anyone needing a spot to stay in Regina!

The suite was warm and welcoming the minute we stepped in. Had everything we needed for our stay including the most comfortable bed and very nice linens. Kitchenette was well equiped and clean!! Lots of little extras in the suite, home away from home.

Stayed here when we came to visit for a Roughriders game! Beautiful building and suites. Easy walk to the stadium and even had pool tables and a sit down area downstairs for some fun after the game! Also they had amazing staff to make you feel welcome and at home!! Would easily recommend and will be staying there in the future!

Im just completing a three-week stay at Metro1827. I am impressed with the facility: the well-equipped apartment, the highly comfortable bed (and great pillows and bedding), the wonderful shower, and the great new package of appliances in the kitchen. The underground parking was super. The apartment was a great home away from home. My flight arrived quite late but I received clear information for entering the unit. There was even a tray or treats to welcome me! Jacqueline is a great asset to the Metro1827. Her professionalism and friendliness are hallmarks of her great management of the complex. Regina is fortunate to have this furnished rental facility. Its so much more comfortable than a hotel...and much more economical. Id stay again.
