I love this place. T.J. is absolutely wonderful to work with and Maintance is awesome very quick to handle any problems. The lawn is beautiful. It's a very well maintained clean living environment. I am so glad I found this place.

If I could give 10 stars I would.The leasing agent Kelli was incredibly sweet she showed me more than one unit and never lost patience with me like most complex 's can. She provided great hospitality , information to me and made me feel welcomed and her bubbly energy is absolutely wholeheartedly pleasant to be around. Management companies need more spirited employees like her,and TJ was pleasant as well as was also very informative. Thank you Kelli'Raye keep that positive energy going young lady!!

Kelli and TJ are amazing! I toured the property for my mother and Kelli was an absolute blast. She was sweet kind and enjoyable. Proud to say I left with a smile on my face. I can look forward to my mom staying here.

While apprehensive about all this, I have been assisted every step of the way. This is a nice quiet and comfortable place to be. Was blessed to be able to live here. Glad I didn't have to go elsewhere. Nice bedroom, bathroom, balcony, living space and kitchen, with the appliances I need. It was tough at first, at night, to clearly tell where the entrance to my phase is but I figured it out. I have no gripes and I am usually the grumpy one.

Staff Carmen and Jamal very nice and always helpful. I love my 1 BR Apt. Since Serenity has asked for review, I am responding with utmost kindness. When I moved here 2 months ago everything was great except Common areas the aundry center and trash receptacle. I thought when my lease ended I would be moving. I could not believe the condition of these 2 Common areas. And the hallways were not clean. A week ago I saw Housekeeping people for 1st time in 2 months. They mentioned they had been at other properties? Common areas improved after Housekeeping here. Common areas are used so much everyday. Every 2 months is not sufficient to clean. I am hoping to see Common areas Housekeeping a priority in coming days. I am thankful Serenity Apts is affordable with my limited income. Thank you for this opportunity to let Management know about Common areas.

I really have enjoyed the stay here in this 55 and older community. Jamal and Carmen have outstanding hospitality skills. Also it is peaceful and quiet. I have no intentions of living anywhere else. Bravo ‘

I recently moved into Serenity and am loving the quiet and peace. I have met some very nice neighbors, all older than me as I'm a youngin here at almost 56, and they even offered to help when I was moving in. Jamal and Carmen are easy to work with and truly care about any concerns and making sure you have an excellent experience living here. Clarence, maintenance man, is equally dedicated to making sure your apartment is up to par. Come on by and give our community a look see. Cheers to meeting a new neighbor!! By the way, it is in an excellent location, Lexington Hospital and plenty of restaurants and shopping all within a short distance.

Moved to SERENITY apts in April. Really love living here. Very quiet and the manager Jamal is super helpful with all of your needs. I recommend SERENITY place to anyone that's wants a very friendly and safe place to live!!!!

Thank you Jamal and Clarence for your quick response to my ac not working this past weekend. I called rather my neighbor Charles called Friday late afternoon to Jamal and he had Clarence at my door bright and early Saturday morning. It took until Monday to finally get it reminded completely. But you guys never gave up until it was working properly. I appreciate you Jamal, Carmen and Clarence for all you do to make my home comfortable. I’ve been here since November 2023 and I love it here. My neighbors and management are great. Thank you for a great place to live. Were the people care about each other.

If you are planning a move to another apartment, consider Serenity of West Columbia. I have lived here for just one year and have found the management & the maintenance personnel exceptional. Carmen, Jamal & Clarence go out of their way to make your"home" comfortable. I had my a/c stop during the night & Clarence was at my door the next morning & it was fixed right away. Thank you Serenity of West Columbia!!

I love living here at serenity. This is a very quiet and peaceful place to live. Jamall is very helpful and he ensures that everything around here is taken carr of.. I would recommend this place to all of my friends. The only thing I have a problem with is that it has taken over 7 months to get my ceiling in my bathroom fixed and it still hasn't been repaired. Just can't get maintenance issues done. I still have other things that need to be focused on. Like I said I love living here I just renewed my lease in February I just want things fixed instead of getting the run around. It shouldn't be this way.

I moved in 8/29/2023, and I must say my experience with LaParis was amazing. She took time to make our move in experience great. On move in day the leasing person Jamall was so helpful to me and my husband. I had a few work order issues moving in, however they sent somone right away to handle it. Im glad I chose Serenity for our home.

From the first phone call, Jamall and Laparis were very cordial and helpful. The apartments are in the process of being renovated and look great. This community seems ideal for my elderly father. I look forward to moving him in.
