All staff were lovely, very friendly except the terrible person at the check in desk. She interacted negatively with my family member that is a resident on 10-2-22. She was the only negative that we encountered during our visit

I am a technician and have made several stops at this facility. It is a nice enough facility though the parking situation leaves something to be desired and the staff is lacking. There are obviously not enough people here to do the job and as a result a lot of important things are being neglected. I think some of the staff are trying their best, but it's about money and you can see it in the number of staff you see actively assisting the elderly residents. Shame on the owners for being part of an all too common problem.
