When I was given two-weeks notice that I would be undergoing emergency hip replacement surgery, I had to quickly find personal support workers who could help me during my post-surgery recovery period. Tim and Jennifer immediately put together a team of caregivers who would come in for an hour in the morning and in the evening to help me dress and undress, do light housekeeping and laundry, and take care of my two cats. As I didnt know how long I was going to be in the hospital, they were flexible as to the start date and they were willing to adjust their services as my needs changed during my recovery. The team of caregivers that came into my home were professional, friendly, personable, compassionate, competent, and extremely supportive. They did everything that I asked and more, and I felt that they were all pulling for me to get better. I would highly recommend Right at Home and the care that they provide.

Managing my mothers care from another city can be challenging, however, the team at Right at Home London is superb and has provided the support I needed from day one. From the onset, Right at Home London was courteous and took the time to answer all the questions I had regarding their services. With kindness, patience and respect, the team worked diligently to understand my mothers needs and strived to learn as much about her as possible. By taking the time to gather this information, Right at Home London was able to pair my mother with a phenomenal caregiver who she adores. The level of care this individual provides is truly exceptional, as are the detailed notes she prepares to keep me in the loop regardless of distance. As a result of Right at Home Londons continued efforts, my mothers life has improved dramatically and our family couldnt be more grateful. We have been receiving PSW support from Right At Home in London for a year now; in that time, devoted caregivers have followed and attended to my Mother at 2 hospitals in seven weeks, and at Parkwood for rehab and now at home. The service and care is exceptional; their caregivers are genuinely caring. Whether they are helping my Mother transfer, walk, bathe, or taking her outside to the cafe for a change of scene and cup of tea they have all been great. One of them even brings her homemade baking! What peace of mind, to have this kind of support when I am unable to see my Mother every day. We are so very grateful to the staff and caregivers of Right At Home and give them our highest recommendation.

When looking for care for family members only the best will do. My family and I can honestly say the BEST is Right at Home London. I am extremely happy with the professional service and the flexibility of Management from our personal caregiver. I must personally thank Tim Hunt as he always takes the time to answer all questions and concerns. Jennifer Verslype has proven to be very kind and responsive to all questions ! Lastly to the personal support worker Lenore, what an absolute STAR !! Lenores kind and caring ways have made her part of our family. What an absolutely fantastic team ! Thank you Right at Home !

Just want to share me experience with Right at Home London and Tim Hunt. My Dad had a severe stroke which after a lengthy time in hospitals and nursing home - still required 24-7 PSW care. Everyone told me I was crazy to have him at home with PSW care as there would be all sorts of roblems(staffing, no shows etc...) From my first conversation with Tim, long before I knew if it was even a possibility of getting him home, he was extremely helpful, compassionate and professional. He offered sound advice and support long before Dad returned home. Fast forward to the day of his arrival and his recent passing last month(almost 9 months) - There was not one incidence of staff not showing up or any issue of any kind. Staff was highly professional, kind and caring. Tim constantly was involved making sure things were going well and providing emotional support along the way. From the moment Dad returned home until he passed he was looked after. It gave him the opportunity to spend his last time at home and made the entire experience as pleasant and stress free as possible under the circumstances for all of us. I cant recommend Right at Home London and Tim highly enough! Thank you!

If you need extra help for a loved one - this is the place to call!! From initial phone call to call back following up to coordinator coming out to see us - the whole experience was easy, professional and extremely helpful. In the end we didnt need extra help but I know all I have to do is make a phone call and assistance will be set up immediately. This place truly cares about their current clients and potential clients. I highly recommend Right at Home!!!!

I want to thank Right at Home London for all their help with my Mom. She has been in a nursing home for 4 years and I felt I had to visit her every day and I was getting burnt out. About 2 years ago someone told me about Right at Home and I called and talked to Jennifer. She came and visited me and my mom in the home and she set up a schedule so I could have a few days off every week. Jennifer matched the caregiver to my mom perfectly and they became very close and now I dont feel guilty about not seeing her every day. Thank you Jennifer, you have been a blessing.

2 years ago I called Right at Home when my Dad had surgery and needed a little help around the house. He only needed help a couple of times a week with laundry, housekeeping and some meals but it made all the difference for him. Six months ago we found out my Dad was terminal and he wanted to pass away at home. I called Right at Home again and this time they set up a care team which started out with just a couple of times a day and eventually was 24-7 before he passed. They were so supportive and it was so nice that we didnt have to spend our time working around his house and we could just spend quality time with him when we visited.

Thank you Jennifer for being there when we couldnt. When the doctor said my mom had to have someone there for her I was in a panic since I work 2 jobs and didnt have the time. I couldnt believe how quickly you answered our questions and reassured us that you would look after everything. In 2 days she had a great team in place with compassionate caregivers who looked after everything, including taking her to the doctor and for her tests. Great Job!
