My mother was a resident in the memory care unit for only one year but I cannot say enough kind words about The Bickford of Scioto. The property is beautiful and spotless, always decorated for the season. The activities and food are all excellent. The staff is fantastic, Highest compliments specifically to Angela, Marie, Janine and Zack.They treated my mother and us like family, which we are forever thankful. She loved it there. I highly recommend!!!

My wife, Nancy, is a resident in the Memory Care unit. We are very happy with the new management and Care Managers and Nurses. Everyone is well mannered and have positive attitudes, unlike some of the few disgruntled employees who have recently left. Looking at some of the recent negative reviews, it's obvious that they were written by the recently departed disgruntled employees. This place is great, and I would highly recommend it to any and all. I see that the disgruntled employees are still at it. They have asked all their friends to post one star ratings without any comments just to lower the Bickford rating. I would hope that the disgruntled former employees concentrate on their new jobs and stop being vindictive.

My husband, Carlton, is a resident on the Memory Care floor at Bickford of Scioto. He loves living there, says it feels like home & a family. Since the original/former staff left to go to another facility, the environment & atmosphere of Bickford has improved so much. Its a happy place. Well taken care of. And, the food is wonderful. No regrets about selecting this place over 5 others that I researched & toured.

My dad has been on the memory floor for just over a year. We were there for the change over from Sunrise to Bickford. Although it was not a 'pretty' transition, I never had a safety or neglect concern. Now that Bickford has recently gained firmer control, I am again feeling very confident that choosing this facility as my dad's home was the right decision. I love the size of it, the staff is caring, the meals are good and it is clean and safe.

Let me tell you, this place is the place to be! The staff is absolutely wonderful, the building is gorgeous and kept very clean by the amazing housekeeping staff. The workers are very pleasant and are more than happy to help with any concern you may have or anything you or your family member needs. I have worked for Bickford for over 2 years and any Bickford I have come to it is a very home-like positive atmosphere. I love being apart of this family!

I want to thank Bickford of Scioto for allowing me as a worker in the kitchen to be all I can be. I am happy at my job and what I am doing and I will never leave. I am very pleased with the new management and everything is so much better. Finally we have management that cares and puts the residents and employees first! Great place to be at. The activities are awesome. Play Bingo every week, sing along are exciting, and there is happy hour every Friday in the afternoons.

Bickford is the most family oriented senior living facility I have ever seen! The employees really go above an beyond to not only make sure the residents are cared for properly, but to make sure they are happy and enjoying every day!

I looked at this facility for my mother its an absolutely beautiful facility the staff was so nice so hands on the caregivers were the most kindest most amazing I have ever seen really cared for the residents like one of there own the administrative people were so pleasant I percent recommend this facility to care for your loved one my mother loves it shes always so happy when I visit her
