Arden Courts of Kenwood has been an amazing experience for my mother. Monica and Amanda specifically have just been warm, friendly, compassionate, and always there to accommodate. But truly all the staff are friendly and wonderful. There’s nothing but positive things that I can personally to describe this facility. My mother has dementia, and she is happy doing the activities and I could not have asked for a better scenario or facility to put my mother in. I highly recommend Arden Courts.

I have worked with Arden Cts of Kenwood throughout most of my medical social work career. I have to say I have been very impressed with the fabulous customer service they provide the families I refer and quality dementia care most recently. Amanda at Kenwood takes her time and educates families on how Arden Cts can make their loved one feel like that is there home. It is cozy and home like to make the transition easy and still provide the dementia programming to suit the residents' individual care needs. Amanda and Monica make a good, strong team. I will also would like to mention Arden Cts of Anderson as well. Shannon is amazing and is a wealth of knowledgeable. Great care and team.

My mom, Allene, was at Arden Courts in Kenwood in 2005. She was well-cared for by the excellent and compassionate staff for over a year. At Arden Courts, the residents can move freely through many hallways and even go outside. The atmosphere there is home-like. Daily meaningful activities provide the residents with fun and inspiration. On April 1, 2022, my dear sister, Linda, moved from Dallas, TX, to Cincinnati to also live at Arden Courts. She has adjusted well and is doing fine. Her caregivers are loving and kind. I am very thankful for such a wonderful facility as Arden Courts. I highly recommend it to anyone considering residency for their loved one.

Have driven by several times and there is only 3 cars in the parking lot. How do you Give proper care to memory care residents when there is only 3 people on staff? Ask about it before sending your love ones. Just an observation

My Mother has only been at Arden Courts since mid-March. Due to the wonderful care she has been given, shes gained weight, is interactive with the other residents; and when the Hospice Nurse visits, she uses FaceTime so I can see Mom and she sees me. She smiles and giggles and looks so content. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of our Mom.

My father has resided at Arden Courts of Kenwood since 2015. The staff is very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The place is very clean. Residents rooms are large and the food is outstanding. They have activities for everyone. My father enjoys himself and loves his aid, Angel . I am extremely happy for all the aids and staff

My mother has been at Arden Courts of Kenwood for exactly a year as I write this. She feels safe there and is well cared for. The first line caregivers, nursing and office staff work collaboratively with us to manage my mothers care. We could not imagine her being anywhere else. We are very confident and appreciative of the care she is receiving. They have made the painful journey of dealing with a loved ones dementia less traumatic.

My wife was at a different facility prior to moving her to Arden Courts. I am very happy with the care she has received since moving to Arden Courts. Everyone of the staff is very good and caring and I highly recommend you consider Arden Courts for your loved one if you are unhappy with the care you are getting somewhere else, like I was. I no longer worry about the little things - or the big things. The price is fixed and that is another reason for choosing Arden Courts. Thanks to all the great staff members for all you do everyday.

I recently moved my mother into Arden Courts of Kenwood, and have been very pleased with our experience. We were trying to keep her at home as long as possible, per her wishes, but that was becoming increasingly difficult. The Director Jana was extremely helpful in guiding us on my mothers care, in a non-pushy and supportive manner. From day one, my mother was welcomed by the staff, and made to feel at home. I have found the staff to be well-trained, patient, and gentle with the residents. Many have been working there for several years, which is a testament to their commitment. I feel relieved and reassured that my mother is in a safe environment where she is well-cared for at this challenging stage in her life.
