Apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. We are incredibly proud of our Springfield staff members. The Bungalows at Springfield East meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. My husband and I play for the folks here and the place is always so clean and pretty and everyone is so helpful! Love to see the smiling happy faces of the residents! That is always a great sign!! And the employees are always smiling too!! What more can you ask for?! Great place!! Great people!

For the past eleven years and nine months, Morningside East of Springfield provided compassionate care and exceptional service to my ninety-one-year-old mother. The staff is exceptional, the food great and facilities warm and inviting. Plus there are ample activities for those who want to socialize. I highly recommend Morningside East of Springfield.

We just moved my mom to Morningside. She was not a happy camper. Wanted to stay on north side of town. Trish spent several hours with her yesterday. They discussed my moms concerns. She had a complete change of heart. Trish went above and beyond her job duties. Thanks also to Debbie and Phillip. This is a wonderful place to call home. Big rooms and the food is wonderful.

I honestly do not feel words can even truly express how wonderful everyone at this facility is. And how grateful we are for their kind hearts. Everyone in the office, and the facility, that we have worked with especially Philip, Debbie, Tammara & Trisha have been just phenomenal. They provided us with all the information we could have ever needed. They never made us feel like we were a bother to them no matter how many questions I had or emails I sent. This was a whole new experience for us as Grandma had always lived independently prior to an infection that impacted her so badly that she is no longer able to. We didn’t know exactly what we were looking for size wise or level of care wise. But Philip, Debbie and Trisha made the process so easy.Trisha and Philip went out of their way to spend HOURS with my Grandma the day before she was to totally move in to make sure she really felt comfortable with the sections. Trisha even called to share what had occurred at 6pm on a Friday evening. When she easily could have just gone home. Needless to say Grandma was NOT happy about giving up her freedom or moving out of the neighborhood she’s been in most of her life. The thing is that neither of them had to do that and neither were asked to do so. They saw a problem, need and decided they would do all they could to make sure a solution was found and that Grandma felt comfortable with the decision. Trisha and Philip went out of their way and gave up the time that they could have been using to do their true jobs. Instead they took the time to listen to her reservations about the move and found ways to remedy most of those issues.I could go on and on about great this place is, but I won’t. The last thing I will say is that my Grandma is not the easiest person in the world to please. But she has gone on and on about how truly lovely every single person she has encountered during her stay is. I truly feel that this facility and everyone we have come into contact with during the last couple weeks have been amazing. Anyone who is able to move into Morningside East would be lucky.

My mother lived at Morningside for 2 and 1, 2 years. The staff was very attentive, supportive and loving. She was placed at a dining table with a group of ladies who were perfect for her. The building is very nice and furnished beautifully. If you are looking for a place in Springfield, I can think of none better.

This community is a hidden gem in Springfield, and should be everyones first stop when looking at different care homes. The staff is so caring and management is warm and welcoming. Moving in was one of the smoothest transitions I have ever encountered. The director, Debbie, was so sweet, as were the nursing manager Tammara and office manager Phil. Im very happy with our choice of Morningside of Springfield East.

Morningside East is an awesome residential care community tucked behind Sam’s Club in Springfield. It is a beautiful building with tons of natural light and beautifully appointed common areas, as well as an enclosed court yard with a fountain for residents to enjoy. It has a warm and welcoming home like atmosphere, where everyone is taken care of like family. I would highly recommend to any one looking for care to check Morningside East out!

Morningside East is a wonderful place with caring, compassionate people. Residents receive great care and are treated like family. My dog and I do pet therapy here. We love visiting. There is always lots of happy friendly staff. The residents are always happy and busy with activities and outings. The facility is pretty comfortable and amazingly clean and fresh. We will be coming for as long as they will have us.

We were more than just a number, we were treated like family. While we were unable to make Morningside my Moms home due to finance issues, I was delighted by my experience with their staff. Missy was so tremendously helpful, even after we discovered that Mom couldnt make Morningside Assisted Living her home. When Missy contacted me she bent over backwards to help us find a way to make it work; but even when we were financially unable to go with Morningside, she helped me to find an alternative that would work for us. I highly recommend them because their staff was wonderful to work with!

I attended my grandmothers Christmas party today at Morningside East. I must say what a wonderful time. The residents were dancing and singing and really enjoying themselves. The staff went above and beyond making this day very special. The entertainment , and food were FABULOUS! Thank you to the Staff at Morningside for making this such a special day for my grandmother!
